Our History and Purpose
By 2015 statistics showed that 40% of teenagers were sexually active, down from over 80% in the 1980s, and despite a nearly threefold increase in father/daughter and brother/sister incest. Learning of this situation, a group of concerned parents came together to look for a solution.

KIDS
Membership qualifications for P.A.P.A.S. are established by each independent chapter. Many chapters also sponsor junior affiliates for boys and girls aged 13 to 18, known as KIDS. Repeal Legal Restrictions
Oppose and eliminate the social barriers to sexual intercourse by pubescent teenagers. Repeal laws against sex between youngsters. Lower the age of consent to puberty. Permit adolescents to watch, make and participate in pornography and enter binding contracts to profit thereby.

Schools can also take the initiative by expanding their honors and awards activities to include recognition and promotion of student sex:
