Mayor Zimmerman's health has only gotten worse following his vacation to Mexico. He was hospitalized two days ago, complaining of nausea, dizziness and chest pains. The City Council, at his request, appointed his teenage daughter to stand in for him until his return to office.
Kimberly Zimmerman, at age fifteen, is the youngest person to hold governmental office in the county. In accordance with Brookside rules, she does not wear clothes when outside and voluntarily does not wear any clothes at all.
The nude beauty has, effective today, delegated three of her friends, also nude teenage girls, to hold office as Interim Village Council.
They have enacted the following changes to government regulations and Brookside ordinance:
1. All female village employees are forbidden to wear clothes when on duty. This includes government employees, park staff and police officers.
2. All male employees in the above positions shall be expected to be appreciative and supportive of nude female employees. Leering, whistles, groping, unsolicited touching, more groping, public masturbation and requests for sexual favors are encouraged.
3. Female employees are expected to comply and participate in single or group sexual contact, at any time in furtherance of their duties.
4. Because lack of body armor will leave female Police Officers vulnerable, those officers will be assigned a partner, male or female. Male partners will leave their body cams on at all times; female partners will work or play together nude and be available for photographs or extended favors by members of the pubic.
5. Any and all teenage girls in the city, nude as required by law, have the authority to demand sexual satisfaction from any person, male or female, at all times.
6. Pursuant to item 5, if a teenage nude girl asks you to do anything, you must comply. This includes any sexual or mundane activity.
These laws are in effect until Mr Zimmerman resumes his duties in the office of Mayor.
Pete Wilkins read the article aloud to the group of men clustered around him at the diner, and set the paper down.
