My stories are posted here (look for theGreatxIam under the T's in the author section) along with many, many others. Registration is required, but free, and the site is extremely well-maintained. The ratings are a reasonably good indicator of story quality.

An archive of stories posted to alt.sex.stories.moderated, a Usenet newsgroup. But also far more, including author sites like this one. It's all free -- but donations keep it alive.

Usenet is like a vast, international bulletin board. Google Groups makes searching it easy -- not only recent postings, but 20 years of archived posts, too. Type "alt.sex.stories.moderated" into the search field to read that group in its entirety, or put the names of particular authors or such in and used the advanced search option to limit your hits to those in the alt.sex.stories.* groups.

Monthly awards voted by Internet readers like you. Use the nomination form to get your favorite new stories considered, then return by the middle of the month to vote on a winner from the stories with the most nominations.

Celeste's reviews

Celeste, who reviewed Usenet-posted sex stories in the mid to late 1990s, was a wonderful consumer's guide to the best and worst of the genre. Alas, she ended her reign, and I have been unable to find a complete archive of her reviews. But you can go to Google Groups (above), type "Celestial review" in the search field and limit your search to alt.sex.stories.d, sorted by date, to get a roundup. The best way to find the best of previous postings.

And we thought Celeste's tenure was far too short. The Lime burst into Usenet and faded away in a matter of months, from late 2001 to early 2002. As of June, his postings had slowed to one a month and may have ended entirely. On the plus side, he liked my stories.
