Where the two get a shock as their dormitory is not exactly what they thought they were getting when they paid for on-campus housing. Though a few subtle changes fixes that. Though no one will be able to fix their demanding and head strong dorm adviser, Casey, who lays down the law rather bluntly. Informing the pair that they will have a third roommate whether they like it or not. But who will it be?

In the ALL NEW 10th episode of 'Say What?', Annie's little sister, Jilly, and her resistance to her usual bedtime sparks a night of events at the apartment that will change the relatationship between Liz and Annie forever.
