The story begins as the twosome have just achieved a long sought after goal of changing the school boards rules on verval abuse. But now alone on the porch, one of the girls has a not so shocking secret to reveal, which leads both of the girls down a path one of them had never even considered before. Later, Kim struggles to come to terms with the events of the night just passed but too soon finds herself confronted by an angry and threatening new enemy with some info that could wash away her good mood. Episode Two Rhythm & Blues: The Confrontation Blues    (Original airdate: 01/21/08) In the ALL NEW 2nd episode of 'Rhythm & Blues', Kim confronts Val about her allegedly still on-going relationship with one Sasha Keller. Which is interrupted by the appearance of the very person the two are discussing, ending when one of the girls resorts to violence out of anger and frustration. Later, Sasha is confronted herself by her own roommate, Cara, who insists that Sasha needs helps. A request to which Sasha provides plenty of opposition to until Cara offers a rather life changing compromise that just might change Sasha's stubborn mind. Even later, Kim and Connie ("The Mom") have a show down over Tori, and Sasha and Val come face to face once more over Kim, but the end result this time is twisted. Episode Three Rhythm & Blues: They Got A Rhythm and I Got the Blues    (Original airdate: 01/28/08) In the ALL NEW 3rd episode of 'Rhythm & Blues', Kim helps a still dizzy Sasha to her apartment after the scary incident involving them and Val in the school hallway. Leading Sasha to ask Kim a monumental favor and Val to beg for a chance, a real chance with Kim. Later, as Sasha realizes the destruction her behavior has finally caused she begins to focus on the one or rather two things left in her life that are good. Which means making what may turn out to be a lifelong commitment. Even later, Val and Kim try to move a little farther when they embark on their first real date, only to be interrupted by a cute puppy and an even cuter owner. Episode Four Rhythm & Blues: The Missin' My Dad Blues    (Original airdate: 02/04/08) In the ALL NEW 4th episode of 'Rhythm & Blues', Sasha catches us up on all the changes in her and Cara's life in the past few weeks. Arriving home, she finds Cara in the midst of some serious mood swings which soon leads the two of them to have a few words. Meanwhile, Connie (Kim's Mom) announces that she has a date to the School Board's annual social mixer with a nice gentleman. Which doesn't exactly sit well with her middle daughter, Tori that is, which soon has Tori missing her real long-lost father. Later, Sasha confirms her commitment to Cara, which prompts the two to begin discussing possible names for the little bundle of joy that will soon make it's grand entrance. Cara's got a surprise... Episode Five Rhythm & Blues: I'm Not Leaving You    (Original airdate: 02/11/08) In the ALL NEW 5th episode of 'Rhythm & Blues', Sasha delivers some news to her Uncle Jon and uncovers a not so hidden secret concerning her Uncle's private life when he has not one but three familar visitors. Sasha must also deal with Cara once she arrives home and finds out that her Uncle Jon has spilled the beans to Cara already. Meanwhile, Connie ("The Mom") has a near meltdown with Tori, Val and Kim over their proposed plans for the night. Prompting Tori to make a wish that may soon come true. Later, Kim and crew arrive at Sasha's to visit Cara and Sasha finds herself with a new surprising friend in Tori. This little meeting will not end without one of the two getting a real 'buzz' Episode Six Rhythm & Blues: Best Night of My Life, part two    (Original airdate: 02/18/08) In the ALL NEW 6th episode of 'Rhythm & Blues', Kim becomes concerned when, following another date, Val begins to pull away for some reason. Forcing the issue, Kim confronts her and in the process both make admissions that are none to surprising considering how things have been going. Connie ("The Mom") soon finds out just how far the relationship has gone when she brings up the subject of a 'nice young man' she wants her daughter to meet. Later, Val, Kim and Gemini make a discovery that could change things forever. Meanwhile, Tori confronts Sasha about her treatment of Val and tries to convince her that's it's over. Sasha though has some questions of her own for her young new friend. Later, Val and Kim make a fateful journey that may end in disaster for the young couple. Episode Seven Rhythm & Blues: A Real Little Stinker    (Original airdate: 03/03/08) In the ALL NEW 7th episode of 'Rhythm & Blues', Kim spies her new girlfriend sneaking out and returning long after she should have been asleep, not just night but two nights in a row. Leading Kim to plan a confrontation with Val that ends up taking a turn that no one saw coming. Meanwhile, Sasha arrives home to the panicked presense of Ms. Paddington who informs her something is wrong with Cara. That 'something' leads Sasha and Cara to the hospital where a life changing moment takes place. Later, Val and Kim get a call from a very unexpected source that delivers not one but two bombshell announcements in a matter of seconds. Episode Eight Rhythm & Blues: The Daddy Comes Home Blues    (Original airdate: 06/16/08) In the ALL NEW 8th episode of 'Rhythm & Blues', Sasha and Cara discuss names for the new arrival. Meanwhile, Kim and Val with Gemini in tow head for the hospital in hopes of seeing the new baby. Val though wants nothing to do with a certain person and has to be convinced to even go inside, once there she lets her true feelings emerge and things get tense to say the least. Later, Tori and Kim get a major surprise when a phone call comes in from a person thought long lost. Episode Nine Rhythm & Blues: I'm Back and Better Than Ever    (Original airdate: 06/23/08) In the ALL NEW 9th episode of 'Rhythm & Blues', Tori and Kim can't believe their eyes when their long-lost father, Steve, returns. From the new car, expensive leather jacket and tales of success in Silicon Valley it all may seem a little too good to be true. Of course before that can be explored, Connie (The Mom) arrives home to find her ex has suddenly returned and she is not in favor of this latest plot twist, much to the dismay of both Tori...and Kim. Later, Sasha has a surprise for her new love. Even later, Kim and Val finally emerge on the other side of the 'World War' and get some much needed time together. Episode Ten Rhythm & Blues: Daddy Rhythm, Momma Blues    (Original airdate: 06/30/08) In the ALL NEW 10th episode of 'Rhythm & Blues', Kim and Val are close to reliving the previous nights activities when Tori and Steve arrive home unexpectedly. Steve, wanting an oppurtunity to get back into his oldest daughters life, makes an offer than Kim is gonna be hard pressed to turn down. Later, the girls along with Gemmy head to Sasha and Cara's for a visit with the baby when an unwelcomed guest arrives just as they do and things turn from a war of words to something much more ugly. Episode Eleven   *SERIES FINALE* Rhythm & Blues: The Rhythm I Can't Get Enough Of...    (Original airdate: 07/07/08) In the ALL NEW 11th episode (Season Finale) of 'Rhythm & Blues', Val and Kim continue the 'rhythm' that neither can get enough of, leading to their eventual discovery by the very person who had forbid them to spend the night together. Later, Sasha's missing of her regular therapist appointment is met by stiff resistence by the girl she is now in love with. Forcing Sasha to choose between one or the other. Meanwhile, Tori breaks some news about her plans with her and Kim's father and finds out about her own mothers shocking news.
