Sydney Delacruz

I guess the thing you probably know about me is that I'm DLC's daughter. At least that's what everybody in school knows about me. Now people know I'm quiet, but when we moved here and people figured out my Delacruz was the same as Mig Delacruz aka DLC aka the main guy in Chainsaw Beaver, they all thought I was wild. But I prefer running to partying. I'm a pretty good mid-distance runner. My 9th grade 1500 meter time was 187th in the nation. I was pretty proud of that, at least until they gave me a trophy at school. God, that was so embarrassing. Then people realized my dad was there and it was crazy and dreadful. I think I'm the only teen in the world who hate social media. I mean I H•A•T•E it!!! People are mean and they think they know you because of something in People magazine. My best friend from the day I got here is Emily Alhadef. I stupidly wore a Chainsaw Beaver shirt to school that day and she told me she didn't think they were very good. Ha. I love her. She really is the best ever.

Favorite Song: "5:34" by Chainsaw Beaver—my dad wrote that for me (it was my 1500 m time), "Shake It Off" by Taylor Swift, anything on a Nike workout mix. Of course Adele. Everybody loves Adele except Emily.

Favorite Film: Breaking Away, which is older than my parents, I think, but its still the best film about solo sports like running.

Favorite TV Show: Gray's Anatomy, Nashville, Scandal, Game of Thrones

Favorite Book: Observations by Richard Avedon. I know it mostly has photos, but it's still my favorite.

I'm a former model from Rosario, Argentina. I run LT Studio with my husband, Tom Best. We focus on fashion, particularly from small houses. My experience in front of the lens has blessed me with a report with models that most male photographers dream of. They probably fantasize about sleeping with as many of their models as I have, too. The camera is a very seductive tool in the hands of somebody who understand how a woman's mind works. I don't believe people are gay or straight. I think everybody is sapiosexual—drawn to minds. Beauty just gives us the confidence to fully use that most erogenous of all body parts, the brain.

Emily Alhadef

i'm syd's best friend, which is awesome because she's so amazing, but it also breaks my heart because i totally love her. in love with her like that. yeah, i'm a dyke and, no, i havne't told her. she has a boyfriend. austin is cute and popular and athletic, so… anyway, i don't have a lot of friends other than syd in "real life" like my mom says, but i have a lot of friends online who like goth stuff. i've been thinking of telling some of them i'm gay. i know everybody is cool with it but…i guess i want syd to know first. i know she has a boyfriend but…she felt me up once. god, it was heaven. but i think about that and maybe if i wait, she'll figure out austin is cute, but i'm cuter. haha.  i'm trying to learn how to sew and stuff so I can go to cons and get into cosplay.

Favorite Song: anything but taylor swift and chainsaw beaver…kidding. kinda. coin operated boy by the dresden dolls, she's in heartache by bauhaus…anything by bauhaus or skeleton family or my chemical romance or le tigre. fuck off! I hate adele.

Favorite Film: twilight. the hunger. its really old but bauhaus is in it and the scene with catherine deneuve and susan sarandon…that was when i was sure i liked girls

Favorite TV Show: i like games and books more than tv. game of thrones is pretty good. no, i fucking hate, HATE zombies. they are absolutely nothing like vampires.

Favorite Book: twilight, the mortal instruments, the vampyre academy, kushiel's dart, nightshade, urban fairytales…pretty much anything with vampires…and those stupid books by levithan and cohen…nick and nora's infinitie playlist, naomi and ely…I guess I relate to naomi :(
