This story is among the best erotica I've ever read! The plot was great: Surprising developments, yet very believable. Great pacing til the grand finale. Loved the characters, especially Tera and Quinns relationship. Loved how you described Quinn battling with his own consciousness regarding his "adventures" even though he could do whatever he wanted - this level of inner moral discussion is rare in erotica stories.
Plus of course the sex, which was well written and diverse. My favorite chapters were with the babysitter and the asian girl Ani, where the girls share their desire for daddy/daughter sex. That roleplay was so hot!
So thanks for sharing this great story and keep on writing!

I absolutely loved the entire story! It had just the right amount of rub with romance. I even read the chapter with BD and didn't mind even though that is not my thing. I have read a lot of romantic erotica over the years, but this stands out among the best. The play between Tera and Quinn was excellent. You could have left out most of the other sex and still had a wonderfully good story. Thank You. This is the first time I've felt compelled to comment on a story.

Chase! While waiting for your next installment of "Shipwrecked" I took a look at "Groundhog Nights". a peek turned into a binge! That nearly caused me to miss my train stop at San Juan Capistrano! I liked it. The style reminded me of Robt. Heinlein and P.K.Dick. I also brought to mind a lot of personal fantasies of what I would do I given Cart Blanche to fool about.Oh I tell ya, that lady down the block with the teenage daughters, yes! Mandatory Pelvic Exams for H.S. Freshmen? Why if you say so Mr. Surgeon General! Of course the Lotto thing was a no brainier. I don't know, I think I have a different mind set than our time traveler has.I just figure that it all resets in the am. So whats the beef? I do agree with drawing the line with the little ones. I saw kids suffer through that for food money in 'Nam. I do believe that a particularly mean cop with the radar gun needs to ride his cop bike around the our lake naked with a giant dildo up the yang! Forgive me for saving my comments until this splendid ending. A very occasional typo did nothing to impair the march of this tale to its inevitable conclusion. The artistry of the author was apparent throughout; the opening paragraphs signalled the shape of its ending - but in no way marred the interleaving of thought and action that ensnared the narrator and the reader. Throughout, characters stepped onto the staged affair, played their roles, spoke or dripped their lines or juices, and left their lasting impression on both our hero and his readers. A masterwork, Mr. Shivers, one that has kept me awake for too long each evening - because, after all, how can one get to sleep if he is continually being aroused by your works. Many thanks! I don't have any other of my tales quite like Groundhog Nights where the lead character has such a variety of opportunities like Quinn does in this story. I'm sure other authors have this sort of plot in their stories, but I don't know of any off hand. The closest in my own catalog would be Shipwrecked where Kal has many opportunities like this, but it is a very long (and open-ended) story, so you'll have to work for it to get to the many female partners he gets to enjoy over time.

I just read you Groundhog Nights story, and I love it. I am really looking forward when you release the next part.
I was just wondering are you planning to include more character like Kacy or slightly younger based on their first time in next part. Would be amazing if possible please, introduce more characters just before they develop, not too young, on their first time with Quinn. Kacy part was really nicely written, would be lovely to see more of something like that in future part and even more detailed moment of losing first time.
Would you be likely introducing more female women virgin character, someone similar as Kylie would well in that kind of situation? I found that most character is no longer virgin in the first part and would be lovely to have more of first time character in the future.
Another idea would love you to have, is include a bit more visual detailed description of their maidenhead, such as the shape and size. Most female come with crescent moon shape, other include annular and separated. Some bigger enough put their one finger without any discomfort, where other such small entrance and very sensitive even light touch would hurt.
I just did a quick preview on Shipwrecked, I am going read it soon fully soon. From what I read on the preview, what would be amazing is to have those above suggestion on this story too, especially more character like Bailey or slightly young but have maidenhead, and lose it with Kal. Would that likely coming in your future chapter in the story line?

Re: Sequel to Groundhog Nights: I don't know yet what all will be in the sequel since I've only really worked out some of the larger plot details and little of the sex which will be included. The second part of this story will be from Tera's perspective, not Quinn's (as you can read in the Teaser to Judge Not available on the Groundhog Nights index page.) The story will also be very different in a lot of ways from the first series. I'm not saying there won't be preteen virgins, there may be, but it won't be concentrating solely on characters like Kacy, and, since it is from Tera's perspective, it will have a different feel to it, as well.
I do love writing about characters just on the edge of puberty. That's an amazing time for me, as an author, to explore their emotions and experiences, fear and curiosity. Bailey in Shipwrecked starts out that way, as does the narrator, Miranda, in You Can Call Me Daddy (you will probably enjoy the first part of that series, chapters 1-10, where she flashes back to describe just the sorts of moments you are looking to read.)
Re: maidenhead: I haven't done much in the way of describing hymens, namely because I think they are so often overblown as an important thing in so many fap stories. Don't get me wrong, they are very sexy, but many girls have lost them by the time they have sex, or had very minor ones, or never had them at all. I will try to work in a description or two the next time I write a character with one intact, though I'm not certain who or which series that might be in.
Re: Shipwrecked: You'll have to read to see what Bailey and Kal do :) As I said above, I haven't described, in detail, any hymens in my stories, but there are several virgins throughout the series, as well as girls in the series who start as prepubescent and then progress into puberty.

really intrigues me. And I really wanted to know what happens next.

day very much and I was thrilled by your riff on it.
I loved your
characters, plotting & narrative arc. In particular I liked the way you were
able to explore the boundaries of human sexuality from a "vanilla" starting point,
while communicating how the character was changing based on his experiences.
In a JK Rowling style perhaps you can do an "extension" working in "Punxsutawney
Phil" his "wife" Phyllis and "daughter" Phelicia living in "Gobbler's Knob"

Finished groundhog nights and wanted to compliment you on your work. I was
just looking for some smut and instead got smote and read it over the course of
three days. You did a fantastic job especially creating a character who wasn't
one-dimensional and exploring the psychology and philosophy of the situation. I also
enjoyed that he was freed at the end (After winning the lottery, too!) , which I
was expecting to be honest --- though you threw me a hook when the song played as
normal. Do you have plans for a sequel (perhaps with them spending the money and
traveling the world, accompanied by Ina and her mother?)

job. There's a different, also legendary story you might be interested in, which
explores some similar themes of memory and "resetting the day" --- though the
similarity stops there. It's called "The Preacher Man" and it can be found on Literotica.

hard to work with the time loop where only Quinn was able to progress as a character,
so it was fun to try to find a way for the payoff scene to happen when Tera had no
time pass despite Quinn having spent months progressing towards that moment.

The ending is a bit abrupt, but well within the foreshadowed path.
The fact that some of the diversions weren't fleshed out more (e.g. May)
may have been part of the slippery slope to bring Quinn back to where
his heart belonged. This work could have gone on for dozens or hundreds
of chapters, much as Shipwrecked has. However, it almost feels as
though this was a haunted story, incited in your heart and/or imagination
by a single event or single thread of events, and it never needed to go
down as deep a rabbit hole.
I admire your tenacity and breadth
of scope, but I cannot imagine where you get the energy or how you
manufacture the time to write, but your reader are better for your
efforts. Even the one recent series that I did not keep up with (Run)
was worth the time to read and re-read, if it is to ones taste. I am
glad that 'wrecked did not get left behind, and that Petals is once
again in the pipeline, and I appreciate all that you publish. You
write the story first, and interweave the erotica as spice, or
highlight or real life, and it gives your more a bit more elegance
than most of us achieve. Bravo, and thank you.

The shiv is back! :D I'm hoping for more groundhog nights,
they're the best series to read. Nice and short, good format.
Quite contrived though, I mean why is the hero not researching
at all what is actually happening, why doesn't he figure out a
quicker way to prevent that date etc., why isn't he afraid
every day that that day will turn out to be the last day,
weird priorities... But still, good reads! :)
Good to be back! There's no doubt the story is contrived,
there's a big suspension of disbelief right from the
start. Like I said in the Intro to the series, the idea
is based on the movie Groundhog Day, so Quinn is
sorta following along as Bill Murray's character did in
the movie. What exactly would he research? At what point,
especially after weeks of repetition, would you start to
think each day might be the last? Are they weird priorities?
I don't know. I think that it is hard to judge how one might
act if you thought there were no temporal consequences to
one's actions, and that is the central man-vs-man struggle
going on here.

I loved this story and still check regularly in the vain hope

I generally find your work exceptional, but there were a couple of typos in this
one, and this:
"Mira's pussy produced cream in volume, the thick, frothy discharge running liberally
from her opening, the contrast of her dark labia and pink insides so amazing to see.
I lapped up everything she produced,..."
The words "discharge" and, to a lesser extent, "produced" really detract from the mood
here. I know it's hard to come up with variants of the usual words, but better repetition
than an off-putting turn of phrase!

Love the story and am looking forward to more chapters :) not really a fan of the
pay-for-sex scenarios though, seems a little easy and pretty much like a foregone conclusion.
I think he coulda gotten farther with Kylie and her charges by convincing her to try some...play
as a group ;p. But you're the author so I'll shuttup. Love what you've got so far.

prostitute encounters. Obviously, the 'meat' of the story is about his less-commercial
relationships. As for Kylie and the young girls, I had to try to play that out as best I could. What
resulted was the two very different scenarios, the first where just enough happened to bring out
Kylie's fantasy, the other was where too much happened and Kylie (rather than Quinn) made a strong
moral decision about fantasy and reality. While it would have been very fun to explore the young
girls more fully (as a fantasy), I felt that wasn't right for Quinn and made Kylie less of a complex
person that she was.

Love this story... Progress with Quinn and Tera is a very special reward. I don't
think all Quinn's experiences testing the edges of moral behavior, taboo or other social
mores should always be psychologically punishing to him. The freedom of the Timeloop he's in
should be fun for him too! We shouldn't be the only ones to have some fun! :)
Thanks for the feedback! Quinn is on an arc which is forcing him through both denial and acceptance
at this point in the story, and not everything which happens is wholly positive and
consequence-free. His relationship with Tera (and what might happen between them) is affected by
his other experiences, and he'll need to work through those events as they happen.

The Groundhog one is friggin great. I like how it takes it's time leading up, but
does not get boring either. Too many stories start out with the father/daughter (or
whatever other couple) being ready to fuck from page one, this one does an amazing job
with him trying to restrain himself and not think about it while slowly working up to it.
Many thanks! I definitely enjoy taking it slow when approaching the 'payoff scene' in a series.
It is certainly something I do intentionally and hope the narrative makes it enjoyable along
the way!

This story is one of the best I've read in awhile. I enjoy the slow buildup,
the plot, and the way he is turned on but conflicted about his feelings for
his daughter. Really looking forward to the continuation of this!
It could
be interesting for him to visit Kylie some more...and maybe involve the children
she's babysitting a little more ;) as he sinks further and further into underage depravity.

Comments on Groundhog Nights:
Plus of course the sex, which was well written and diverse. My favorite chapters were with the babysitter and the asian girl Ani, where the girls share their desire for daddy/daughter sex. That roleplay was so hot!

If you are interested, I've started publishing the sequel to it called Judge Not. I dunno if you saw that one yet. It is significantly different, but it picks up the story immediately following the final scene in GN, and features Tera as the first person narrator.
I do have two new chapters of Shipwrecked (along with about a dozen new chapters from other series) to publish, but for over a week, the author FTP uploads have been broken on ASSTR. So I, and all authors on ASSTR, are stuck without any way to add new content to our sites. We've heard nothing from admins, which is nothing new, so I don't know when they'll finally get this fixed. Once they do, I'll put up new Shipwrecked for you to enjoy.
My sincere apologies in taking so long to reply, I'm just getting caught up on emails after a few very busy weeks. It is the best tribute an author can hear about to know that a reader stayed up way too late reading his stories :)
I just started publishing the sequel to Groundhog Nights this past weekend called Judge Not. It is told from Tera's point of view this time, and takes the myopic world of the original and turns it around to be a much larger story. Some previous characters from Groundhog Nights will return (not just Tera and Quinn) so I hope you enjoy getting to see a little more of some of the minor actors in the original returning for a second go.
I was just wondering are you planning to include more character like Kacy or slightly younger based on their first time in next part. Would be amazing if possible please, introduce more characters just before they develop, not too young, on their first time with Quinn. Kacy part was really nicely written, would be lovely to see more of something like that in future part and even more detailed moment of losing first time.
Would you be likely introducing more female women virgin character, someone similar as Kylie would well in that kind of situation? I found that most character is no longer virgin in the first part and would be lovely to have more of first time character in the future.
Another idea would love you to have, is include a bit more visual detailed description of their maidenhead, such as the shape and size. Most female come with crescent moon shape, other include annular and separated. Some bigger enough put their one finger without any discomfort, where other such small entrance and very sensitive even light touch would hurt.
I just did a quick preview on Shipwrecked, I am going read it soon fully soon. From what I read on the preview, what would be amazing is to have those above suggestion on this story too, especially more character like Bailey or slightly young but have maidenhead, and lose it with Kal. Would that likely coming in your future chapter in the story line?

Re: Sequel to Groundhog Nights: I don't know yet what all will be in the sequel since I've only really worked out some of the larger plot details and little of the sex which will be included. The second part of this story will be from Tera's perspective, not Quinn's (as you can read in the Teaser to Judge Not available on the Groundhog Nights index page.) The story will also be very different in a lot of ways from the first series. I'm not saying there won't be preteen virgins, there may be, but it won't be concentrating solely on characters like Kacy, and, since it is from Tera's perspective, it will have a different feel to it, as well.
I do love writing about characters just on the edge of puberty. That's an amazing time for me, as an author, to explore their emotions and experiences, fear and curiosity. Bailey in Shipwrecked starts out that way, as does the narrator, Miranda, in You Can Call Me Daddy (you will probably enjoy the first part of that series, chapters 1-10, where she flashes back to describe just the sorts of moments you are looking to read.)
Re: maidenhead: I haven't done much in the way of describing hymens, namely because I think they are so often overblown as an important thing in so many fap stories. Don't get me wrong, they are very sexy, but many girls have lost them by the time they have sex, or had very minor ones, or never had them at all. I will try to work in a description or two the next time I write a character with one intact, though I'm not certain who or which series that might be in.
Re: Shipwrecked: You'll have to read to see what Bailey and Kal do :) As I said above, I haven't described, in detail, any hymens in my stories, but there are several virgins throughout the series, as well as girls in the series who start as prepubescent and then progress into puberty.
If you like the father/daughter stories, have you read my series Flower Petals? That is a central theme in that story. It is an open-ended series, so there's no conclusion any time soon, but it is a great 'playground' as an author to explore that theme.
I loved your characters, plotting & narrative arc. In particular I liked the way you were able to explore the boundaries of human sexuality from a "vanilla" starting point, while communicating how the character was changing based on his experiences.
In a JK Rowling style perhaps you can do an "extension" working in "Punxsutawney Phil" his "wife" Phyllis and "daughter" Phelicia living in "Gobbler's Knob"
While understandably dismayed to have to wait for the continuation that I didn't think there would be I am excited that you will be continuing the story, the teaser promising some fascinating developments.
