| The Foursome Moresome is a project inspired by
The Foursome
Project, or sometimes referred to as "Ruthie's Foursome." It explores what happens
when four authors with very different styles, each start a story with the same basic premise. Whereas Ruthie's authors were
all male (Mr. Slot, Dr. Spin, E.Z. Riter, and Jack of all Trades), the Foursome Moresome collective is *all* woman. Featuring
stories from Virago Blue, Katie McN., Souvie, and AleciaD, the project was almost four months in the making. Dealing
with all sorts of real life interruptions, and disasters, and roadblocks, the ladies rallied at the end, and came up with stories
that truly illustrate what writing erotica is all about.
There are three behind-the-scenes people who made this project come together. Hecate came up with the original idea, and persuaded all of us to hop on the bandwagon. Next, we needed someone to keep us ladies in line (not that we really need it, of course). We quickly snatched up MichaelD to be our editor-in-chief. Acting as our glorious taskmaster, Michael wasn't afraid of getting down and dirty, and cracking the whip when we needed it. *grin* None of this would have been possible without him, and I hope he knows how much he's appreciated. Denny was our proofer, making sure that the stories were legible, and applying his magic proofreader wand. Thanks bunches, Denny. *smooches* Before checking out the stories, it might be helpful to read Michael's initial proposal. That way you have an idea of what all four of us were starting out with. I hope you enjoy the stories, and please, if you're so inclined, take the time to email us, the authors, and let us know what we did (or did not) get right.
