8th grade and just made the cheerleading team for her 
first time. She came home very happy and mom and dad

They were just starting to release some of their holds 
on her as she was excelling at about everything she did. 
This coming weekend would be my sisters first day at 
work at the restaurant. It was a family style place but 
it did have a bar where people could sit and order 
drinks as they ate. 

My sister worked out very well there, and within a 
couple months she was able to hold the fort down there 
during the slow times. Jan had never had her own money 
before and it got to be very fun going to the mall and 
spending it with her new cheerleader girlfriends.

Soon my sister wanted to spend more money than she had. 
She set up a shopping date with some of her other 
friends but the day before she was going to go out with 
them, she realized she didn't have any money. It was 
during the day when Jan was helping out at the 
restaurant that her first really evil idea came into her 
head. She would just slip a little money out of the cash 
register, and nobody would have to know. 

She trembled as she did it but she tucked a $20.00 bill 
into her pants pocket. She worried about it most the day 
but when nothing happened by the time she left she 
totally forgot about it. This started a trend that 
lasted about a month. Every time Jan would work, she 
would pocket an extra $20.00 from her parent's 
restaurant. 

Finally she overheard her parents talking one night in 
the living room. They were talking about the missing 
money that was happening a couple times a week at the 
restaurant. She listened in carefully as they said it 
would probably be about impossible to find out who is 
taking it. But the last thing she heard her father say 
was if they found out who was doing it, he would 
prosecute them to the fullest extent and try to get the 
person some jail time.

Jan quietly walked up to her room and decided in her 
mind she wouldn't take any more money from the 
restaurant. About three weeks went by and Jan found 
herself again short of money and she was supposed to go 
out with her girlfriends to dinner and a movie. Enough 
time had passed that she again thought nobody would ever 
be able to find out if she took a little money. 

She remembered her parent's words about how hard it 
would be to catch the person. When nobody was looking, 
she slipped a $20.00 bill into her pants. She made it 
through the day and checked out as usual that evening 
and went home. She had made it again, or at least that 
is what she thought.

Unknown to Jan, her parents had a friend of theirs come 
in late at night when the restaurant was closed and put 
in a hidden security camera. They didn't tell anybody 
about it, not even Jan. 

Every other day the owner of the security system would 
come in and replace the tape in the recording machine 
with a new one. They always did this after the store was 
closed. It took a special type of tape so that they 
could record the entire 15 hours a day the restaurant 
was open. Each tape held about 30 hours of recording 
time. 

Jan's parents figured they would do this for about a 
month or two to see if they could catch the thief. Well, 
that night when they counted up all the money and 
compared it to the receipts they noticed that they were 
just about exactly $20.00 short. The thief had stuck 
again. They were going to wait until the next morning 
then call the security guy.

That night the security guy came and replaced the tape 
with a new one. The next morning he got a call from 
Jan's parents that they thought the person struck again 
yesterday, and they asked him to review the tape and let 
them know if the camera caught anyone. He said he would 
watch the tape and let them know. He was very busy that 
day and knew he wouldn't have time to watch the tape. 

He saw that his son was home from school feeling a 
little sick. His son's name was Tony, and he was 15 and 
in 10th grade. He went and chatted with Tony and asked 
him if he'd like to make a little money today doing his 
dad a favor. Tony was up to it even though he felt a 
little under the weather. 

Tony's dad told him all about the hidden camera, the 
restaurant, and the money being missing. He showed Tony 
real quickly how to use the VCR machine to fast forward 
and rewind and asked him to look over the 30 hours of 
tape to see if he could see who was taking the money. It 
would take anywhere from one hour to about three hours 
to fast forward through all the tape.

After Tony's dad got him started on the reviewing, he 
left to go install some more hidden cameras in other 
stores. Tony watched the tape for about two hours before 
he finally noticed a face he knew. It was Jan. One of 
the new young cheerleaders that he had seen so many 
times at the football and basketball games. 

Tony thought Jan was hot for her age. Every time Jan was 
in the tape he would play it at normal speed and just 
daydream of how fun it would be to have a cute little 
girl like that as a girlfriend. It was about 30 minutes 
later when Tony had slowed the tape down to normal to 
watch Jan again that his mouth hit the floor. 

Jan had just looked all around to make sure nobody was 
near, then took money out of the register and stuffed it 
in her pocket. He couldn't believe it. He rewound the 
tape about 20 times and watched it again. Of all the 
people to catch, he couldn't believe it was Jan. He 
turned off the machine and went back upstairs to wait 
for his dad to come home. His dad would be proud that he 
found the crook.

Sitting upstairs and watching TV, an hour, then two, and 
then three went by. All this time Tony's imagination 
started going wild. He was playing on his computer and 
started reading sexy stories he had downloaded from the 
internet. He also started looking at the many pictures

school, he had a couple of girlfriends but had never

looked over his dad's equipment. He ran back upstairs 
and got the VCR recorder from his room. He then took it 
back downstairs and sat it next to his dad's expensive 
equipment. He hooked up the cables and plugged 
everything in.

He then rewound the tape to about 30 minutes before Jan 
was caught stealing and pressed play on his dad's unit. 
At the same time he pressed record on his VCR that he 
had brought from upstairs. He was recording all of the 
video from the unusual formatted tape to a normal VCR 
tape that would work in any VCR recorder. He recorded 
for about 35 minutes until the scene where Jan stole the 
money had passed. Then he unhooked his equipment and ran 
it back upstairs. He was afraid his father might get 
home at any time.

He finally got all his equipment set back up and checked 
the tape. He played it back and it was perfect. It was 
very easy to tell that Jan was stealing money from the 
cash register. He turned off his equipment and went back 
downstairs. He thought about things for a few minutes 
then hoped he would have time to do what he wanted to 
do. 

He went into the kitchen and got a pair of scissors. He 
rewound the tape on his dad's machine to a point about 
one minute in front of where Jan had stole the money. He 
pressed the stop button and took the scissors and cut 
the tape. He pulled the tape till about ten or twelve 
feet of tape were on the floor. He then cut the tape 
again. He hoped he had cut out enough. He took the 
twelve feet of cut tape and took it to his bedroom and 
hid it in a box. 

Then he left his dad's machine just like it was, with a 
bunch of tape hanging out of the tape cassette box and 
the tape broken. His dad didn't get home for another two 
hours. This had given Tony plenty of time to work up a 
story.

When his father walked in the house, Tony met him at the 
door. He started to tell his father how he watched the 
tape for four hours or so before the tape jammed and it 
broke. Tony's dad walked into the room where his 
equipment was and took a look. It only took Tony's dad 
about 15 minutes to have the tape spliced and he rewound 
it a little and pressed play. 

He asked Tony if he had spotted anyone messing with the 
money. Tony sort of waited a long time before saying NO. 
Tony's eyes were glued to the screen when it jumped 
wildly for a second or two. That was the splice going 
over the head. He watched intently to see if it would 
show any footage of Jan taking the money. 

To Tony's relief, he had cut out enough. His dad watched 
the tape to the end and then called Jan's parent at the 
restaurant. He told them that they could spot nothing on 
the tape. Jan's parents were so hoping the tape would 
provide the answer. Then Tony's dad gave him $10.00 for 
watching most the tape for him and Tony went up to his 
room.


*** CHAPTER 2

That night Tony read many stories on the internet about 
blackmail. He wanted to know how they did it, what to 
expect, etc. He was up all night and he couldn't wait to 
try it out on his soon-to-be victim. One of Tony's 
problem was that he didn't personally know Jan. How was 
he going to get the video to her so that she would watch 
it. He finally figured it out. 

He waited for her at school in the morning, and he 
watched which locker she went to. He had brought a copy 
of the tape with him with a small note attached to it. 
All the kids knew that the lockers were easy to open 
even if you didn't have a key. Tony watched as Jan got 
what books she needed out of her locker then left.

After the coast was clear, Tony quickly popped open 
Jan's locker with a small screwdriver and placed the 
tape and note in it. Then he closed the locker and left. 
At the end of every period, Tony would get in a location 
where he could see Jan's locker. But she never showed 
up. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon when after one of 
her classes she showed up and opened her locker. 

She immediately saw the videotape and note attached to 
it. She opened up the note and read it for about 20 
seconds. Then she started looking all around. But there 
were way to many kids in the hall way for Jan to pick 
out anybody watching her.

She again read the note, it said: "Please watch this 
video tonight. Do not watch it with anybody else in the 
room. You will want to see this video alone for the 
first time. Watch this as soon as you get home, as it is 
very important to you. Again, do not let anyone see you 
with this video or know you have it. You will know why 
when you watch it!" It was signed, MR. X

Jan didn't know what the tape was about but she still 
had one more class to go to. She left the note and video 
in her locker and went off to her last class. She 
finally came back to her locker about an hour later and 
put the tape and note in her purse. She then caught the 
bus home. 

She thought about telling some of her girlfriends about 
the tape, but at the last minute decided against it. She 
went right up to her room but remembered that she didn't 
have a VCR machine. She had a DVD player, but not a VCR 
player. Then she remembered that her brother had one. 
She went to his room, and noticed he was not home yet. 
She turned on his TV and slipped the tape into the VCR 
player. She pressed play and sat back on her brother's 
bed.

At first she wasn't sure what it was then she saw 
herself walking up to the cash register at her parent's 
restaurant. Within 30 seconds her eyes bugged out at the 
screen. She watched as she stuffed a $20.00 bill into 
her pants pocket then walked away from the register. The 
tape only lasted about four minutes but it was very easy 
to see that she had just pocketed money from the cash 
register. 

She rewound the tape and watched it about four times 
then turned everything off and took the tape back to her 
room. How could anybody get a tape like that? What were 
they going to do with it? The whole night Jan sat in her 
room thinking and crying. What if her parents found out 
it was her. Would she really go to jail?

That night Tony again spent the night on his computer 
reading story after story of blackmail schemes. He was 
at a high pitch of excitement about what might happen 
now that he had the upper hand with Jan. He waited until 
about 1:00 in the morning, and he started writing the 
first note of many that he would give to Jan. He went up 
to one of the free internet email systems and opened an 
account with the name of MR. X. 

This would be how Jan would have to communicate with him 
from now on. This would be the last note put into her 
locker. She would be watching her locker too closely 
from now on. Tony started typing a note to Jan. It told 
her that for the next 30 days, she would have to do 
every little thing he asked of her. 

If she didn't do just one thing, no matter how small it 
was, he would drop a copy of the tape off at her parents 
restaurant with a note for them to watch it if they 
wanted to catch the THIEF that has been stealing from 
them.

Tony also told Jan that she was to send an email to his 
new address with her email address so that he could send 
her a daily list of things to do. She had to check her 
mail twice a day -- as soon as she got up, and as soon 
as she got home from school. She would never know who he 
was, but just one slip up, just one omission, and the 
tape would be sent out. She was to email him during 
school hours with the computers in the library saying 
she understood and agreed. If he didn't have an answer 
by noon, then he would send the tape off. 

Also, she would have an email waiting for her when she 
got home from school. She was to follow it perfectly to 
the letter. Then at the very end of the letter, it said 
after 30 days, she would get the master copy and all the 
copies hidden so that she could destroy them. That is, 
if she never backed out of anything. She would get no 
second chances, one refusal and her life was ruined, 
forever....

Tony put the letter in a small envelope and got to 
school about an hour before the bus with Jan on it would 
get there. He slipped the note into her locker and left. 
About an hour later Jan got off the bus and went to her 
locker. She saw the note inside immediately. She ripped 
it open and started reading. 

It took her about two minutes to read the note then she 
slammed her locker and ran into the girls bathroom. She 
cried in there for about 10 minutes. She finally got 
herself fix back up and went back out and got her books. 
She put the note in her purse and went to her first 
class. All during the first, second, and third periods 
she though about what she would do. It was the last 
period before lunch, and it would be now or never if she 
had to use the library computers.

The though of jail time and facing her parents were just 
too much for her. After the bell sounded she went to the 
school's library and sat down at one of the computers. 
She opened up her web mail and pulled out the paper from 
her purse. She typed in the address to MR. X and then 
only typed in one word in the subject area: AGREED She 
then sent the message off and went to lunch. 

Tony waited till lunch then went to his house. He was 
just going to tell them that he got sick and went home. 
He would have his dad write him a note. He wanted to see 
if Jan had sent him an email. He turned on his computer, 
opened up his new email account he had just set up, and 
there it was. One new email. It was from Jan, and all it 
said was AGREED. Now he had about three hours to fix up 
tonight and tomorrow's agenda. 

Tony's hands were shaking as he starting typing out the 
first email. It took him about two hours to think 
everything through, but he finally finished it. Of 
course at the bottom of the email was his normal 
warning, do everything I ask or bye-bye tapes. He 
pressed the send button after printing out a copy for 
himself to reread. Now all he had to do was wait.

Tonight was Friday night and Tony knew there was a 
school baseball game. He also knew that Jan would be 
there cheering with the cheerleaders. His first 
instructions to Jan were hard and right to the point. 
She was to leave home tonight in her cheerleaders 
outfit, but as soon as she got to the baseball field, 
she was to go into the girls room, remove her red shorts 
and her undies. 

The whole night tonight was to be spent without any 
clothes of any type under her skirt. Her outfit was the 
normal short cheerleaders outfit, and there was no way 
it was made to be worn without some sort of shorts 
underneath. After the game started, she was to sit on 
the ground facing the bleachers and slowly open and

If she tried to hide things, or cheat the system, then 
the tape would be sent in. It ended by saying MR. X 
would be in the stands, if he couldn't tell she was

she failed. The choice was now hers.

got home and read the email from MR. X, her face turned 
white and she didn't know what to do. But the main fact 
that she could go to jail, the exact words her father 
used, overrode about everything. Jan knew all along that 
she would have to do whatever this pervert wanted. She 
couldn't go to jail and ruin her life. 

That night she went to the baseball game, and luckily 
her parents weren't going to stay. They dropped her off 
and told her they would be back in about three hours. 
She trembled the whole way to the bathroom, but once

just to stay out of jail. She knew that whoever owned

just before her parents pick her up. She gets homes and

one to ask. She runs down and tells dad that all the

Finally he gives in.

asks her what time to be back and Jan said give them 
till about 6:30. That's about three hours of beach time. 
He smiles at her and tells Jan to have fun. Then he 
pulls off and out of the parking lot. Jan walks to the 
public restrooms and goes into one of the stalls. She 
pulls out the email from her beach bag and reads it. 

After she gets to the beach she is to put on her new 
suit, put a tee shirt on over it, then head to beach and 
lay down on a towel. It goes on to say she is to lay on 
her stomach with her face down in a towel. She is to 
close her eyes and wait until somebody comes up and 
chats with her. She will do whatever this person tells 
her. 

If she opens her eyes or looks at anyone, everything 
will stop, and the video will be sent to her parents. 
Just do whatever the person says who stops to chat with 
her. But DO NOT take your eyes out of the towel.

Jan finds a spot on the beach and lays out her towel. 
She can feel the wind even through the tee shirt she is 
wearing. She feels just about naked in the small thong 
bikini she has on. She lays down on the towel and puts 
her other towel up under her head and eyes and lays 
down. He never told her

to take off her tee shirt so of course she was not going 
to if she didn't have to. Jan must have been there about 
10 minutes and was wondering if she might get away Scott 
free today. Then a voice spoke up right behind her. "Hi, 
I'm here for MR. X. You are not to say a word or open 
your eyes. Just do as I say. If I report back to MR. X 
that you did not do as I asked, well, he said you would 
know what would happen. Shake your head yes if you 
understand."

Jan quickly shook her head yes. Next Jan heard the guy 
behind her fumbling in a bag. Then he handed her a pair 
of glasses and told her to put them on without looking 
back or opening her eyes. The glasses were the type they 
gave old people who just had eye surgery. They were big, 
black, and had extensions on the side so no light could 
get in. 

The only difference with these were that Tony had cut 
black tape out and covered the inside of the glasses. 
You couldn't see the tape from the outside because the 
lenses were already black. But the effect it had was 
that nobody could see anything that had them on. You 
couldn't even peek out the sides. Even if Jan wanted to 
take a quick peek at the person behind her, she wouldn't 
be able to see him. Jan put the glasses on without 
really moving her head much.

As soon as Jan had the glasses on, the guy behind her 
told her to lift up at her stomach. He slowly started
