                            The New Eden Chronicles 3

Re-Poster's note:

The preceding three-section material on the New Eden Brotherhood with
unknown
authorship was originally found by me on Rusty and Eddies BBS (at
216-726-2620
to give them a plug). However, I have never seen any sequel or other
material
on it. Whether or not New Eden exists right now, in either a nascent
or
advancing stage, most of us may never know. However, it does seem to
me that
it would be intellectually interesting to develop more speculative
fiction and
theory based on its many obviously well thought-out premises. As an
example,
I am adding the beginnings of a plausible and future history of it
past where
the original material ends that might be the logical next steps in it.
I may
add more to it later. If anyone is interested in expounding further
on the New
Eden concept, post a note on this or a new message with the words
"New Eden"
in the description.

THE CONTINUING HISTORY OF NEW EDEN

Decades 3-4

The Brotherhood of New Eden has flourished immensely in the past 20
years,
standing as a testament to the inspiration of the original brothers.
The
worldwide membership presently stands around 30,000 males and a
present
inventory of 14,500 females in areas under direct Brotherhood
jurisdiction.
Another approximately 11,000 females are possessed by Brothers
throughout the
world and carefully developed pockets of New Eden communities exist
in 37
different countries. Though the original Island of New Eden is still
used as
a prime vacation spot for Brothers, the acquisition of Babesland
(known to the
rest of the world as Kwaiki) in 2005 has enabled the beginnings of a
true
culture under the foundations of the Brotherhood. This 319 square
mile
sub-tropical island in the Pacific, granted nationhood in 2007 under
with the
generous and inspired help of highly placed Brothers in the United
Nations and
the governments of several industrialized nations, has enabled the
BrotherhoodUs great social expansion to develop virtually undisturbed
on a
grand scale. The rest of the world, in as much as a very few
non-brothers
ever give a solitary thought to the never mentioned, isolated
island-nation of
Kwaiki, assume its economy to consist of fruit exports.

Babesland has now become the social and political center of the
Brotherhood,
as well as the worldUs largest producer of females reared in the New
Eden way.
The Brotherhood has for some years been able to depend on its own
breeding
programs on Kwaiki for its primary source of new females, with a
yield of
2,000 healthy newborn girls a year, although donations of offspring by
Brothers worldwide bring in an additional 1,000 annually.

The success of the breeding program has long since eliminated the need
for
procurement of females older than 5 years old from other places. It
is obvious
that females carefully raised from infancy are far superior for the
purposes of
the New Eden Brotherhood. Advances in genetic selection, early
childhood
conditioning and the purity of the New Eden social atmosphere on
Kwaiki are
currently producing the most pleasing and obeisant females ever seen
on Earth.
