{ASSD} Review Lite - What David Thinks - 19
So. It's been a while. Well, the urge was gone, and it's not exactly
back, but I thought I'd try and review some of the ASSM Gala stories,
among other stuff. As always, opinions are my own, but you can have
them if you want. Don't know how this'll turn out, but let's just see,
shall we?

"Anniversiary" by GenericJoe (MF Rom light bondage)

Joe knows how to write a story, I'll give him that. A good story, no
less. The idea here, is that a woman puts cuffs on herself and waits
naked for her lover to find her and use her 'anniversary present'. And
all he got her was roses. Anyway, it's a tad cliche but it works,
especially because the man doesn't just haul off and fuck her, but
takes his time and lets her enjoy herself as well. I thought the
relationship was shown well, and the characters were fun to read. I
good, erotic interlude.

Leviticus is more propularly known for his "Valley" series, and now a
series of stories about a certain female FBI agent. But this poem shows
what a truly sick sense of humor he really has. This is a very good
take off on "The Cat in the Hat", by you-know-who. If you like bondage
(or even if you don't) and you've ever read Seuss (and who hasn't),
you'll like this one. Very clever.

I had mixed feelings after reading this one. It's no doubt
well-written, and very evocative, even sexy. But it's not quite a
story. It's more a series of vignettes, short scenes from someone's
memory about the sex they've had or watched recently. I guess I was not
prepared for the style and it threw me a little. I have to say I'm glad
I read it, although the author could have come up with a few more story
codes, like MF, FF, MM, MMF.

I think it must be genetically impossible for me to dislike anything
Janey writes. Generally, while reading her stories, I have to remind
myself to frown, so that my face muscles don't hurt so much being in a
perpetual grin. Her stories always have the ring of truth, even in the
oddest situations, and she makes you want to be one of the characters,
so that you, too, could be participating in the goings-on.
This month, we find Janey back up in Maine, helping out her friend Beth
check out a property she recently bought. Along with their husbands
comes another couple, Nicole and Ken. Because of some peaches, they all
end up having a lot of very entertaining sex, out in the sunshine, no
less. Besides making my face hurt from smiling so much, this story also
made me hungry and horny. What else could you ask for?

This was a pretty good story. I think it could have been a bit better,
but it's not bad as it stands now. An arrogant man gets yet another
slave. This slave seems to be working out well for him, not like the
others that eventually failed to meet his high standards. There are
some interesting twists here, but I think some things could have been
explained just a bit more. The ending comes just a bit too soon, and it
left me slightly confused before I figured out what happened.

This was a nice little story about a wife who understands the necessity
making sure your equipment gets tested every once-in-a-while, just to
make sure it still works. In this case, the equipment includes a set of
handcuffs that had been languishing. I liked the interplay between the
characters, and the sex was good too.

I imagine that most men that care about their partners have gone
through this exact scenario. I know I have. Uther writes about what
goes through a man's mind when he's trying to last long enough to get
his wife off as well. It's not easy, as Uther shows us. A well done
quick read which still manages to be sexy.
"The Quest for the Holy Grail....NOT!" By Pami (MF)

You kind of have to be in on the idea of the Fantasy Train to 'get'
this story, but then that's the whole idea of the site. Check it out.
Lots of good stories there, including this one. Pami gets extremely
well-fucked by a man on a camel, while they are both riding the camel.
The train has taken her to King Solomon's time, to find "the Queen of
Sheba's Ivory Dildo". I don't think it gives too much away to say she
does indeed eventually find it, but not before the previously mentioned
sex on a camel. Pami has a great style, which I always like, and her
sex scenes are hot, even if they weren't taking place in the desert.
As an aside, I've read about two thirds of the stories on the Fantasy
Train, and all of them are at least good, and most are great.
"Perverts in Plastic" by Elena (MF rom, bondage, dressing up)

A couple's first visit to the exotic boutique stirs up some interesting
developments. Elena writes about what happens after the couple return
home and have their tea. Very erotic things happen, using plastic wrap,
no less. Elena has a straightforward style that suits the story very
well. This was a fun little romp in the kitchen.
Well, well. I did rather more than I thought I might. As for other
suggestions, go look on the newly reopened ASSM. There are tons of
stories out there and it's spam free. Also, check out the Fantasy
Train. Enjoy!
