Judge Calhoun granted the defense request to dismiss all charges
by saying  " How dare MS Brown make these outlandish charges
against this fine upstanding citizen of Mississippi after what I
seen on this tape It obvious that Ms Brown is acting like a
Street whore then a good Christian woman.  MR ANN said, "Mr.
Ferguson was planning to sue Lola Brown and her mother for
deformation of character". Judge Calhoun agreed and said he would
recommend a lawsuit in his written decision. After the judge
announce his final decision the defense team head by Leroy
announce a 1 million civil lawsuit again Lola Brown and her
mother Betty Lou.  

The next day Betty Lou and Lola call MS ANN law office asking to
meet with her. 
A meeting was set the next day. The following day at 9am MS ANN
and her husband and MR Ferguson was in conference room A, A few
minutes later the office intercom announced that the BROWNS was
coming to conference room A.  Betty Lou and Lola walk in Betty
Lou weighting approx 300 lbs her shoes were run over due to her
overweight. Booth Betty Lou and Lola clothe although clean they
was obliviously old.

As the BROWNS nervously sat down in the 2 chairs in front of MS
ANN Big wooden desk MS smile as she knew the purpose of their
visit. Where is your Lawyer Betty Lou? Asked MS ANN. Betty Lou
with pleading face said" I'S can't afford a lawyer MS ANN I'S
only have my daughter & a old run down wooden house and a few
dollars in the saving $ loan bank". At that moment Leroy walk
into conference A. Leroy's purpose was to collect payment and
leave town.  MS ANN said "ah perfect timing Leroy have a sit this
is Lola mother Betty LOU BROWN. They are here to settle the
Lawsuit," which brought a laugh from all 3 white people in the
office. 

MS ANN displaying a wicked smile and walk from her chair to the
front of her desk Leroy could not help to notice the black 1
piece dress covering her voluptuous body down to her knees.  MS
ANN looked at her Husband and MR Ferguson sitting at a side
table. And look at Leroy and than said with a hateful southern
drawl " Where that nigger husband of yours?  Betty LOU shook her
head and said, " That nigger ran off long a go MS ANN. He left me
with pregnant with no money. MS ANN Walk slowly around the Browns
and said "typical nigger" Never the less we will sue you and take
everything you niggers have 

Betty LOU look over to LEROY and pleaded, " Please sir please
don't let them take everything I have" John HANOVER said "He
can't help you he's nothing but a nigger just like you" that
comment brought a chuckle from all 3 white folks in the room.
Leroy could do nothing but bow his head in shame. Tears began to
roll down Betty LOU pleading face. MS ANN while standing between.
Mom on her left & daughter on her on her right. Said,  "Well
maybe we can work out something" smiling down at Betty Lou
tearful face. MS ANN began rubbing her nails thru Lola woolly
hair down to her scalp. MS ANN said, "Since MR Ferguson suffered
greatly with the lose of business and legal fees I figure Lola
can work her debt off " MS ANN hand slide down along her dress
and shove it under her sitting buttocks forcing Lola to lean
forward allowing MS ANN probing hand tickling her cunt through
her dress. 

Betty Lou BROWN turned her tearful head away. Not wanting to see
her daughter being molested. Thru her tearful eyes, she could
barely see the 2 white men smiling and rubbing their crotch. MS
Ann smiling & talking to Lola mother said. "Lola is a nice girl
the school reports say she mentally retarded. But she was a good
working MS ANN working her right hand back and forth as Lola
rotated her fat ass over her hand. MS ANN turn her attention to
Lola and said, "would you like to work for MR Ferguson again Lola
nodded her nappy head yes. MS ANN said let me hear you say it
loader. Lola said, I AM sorry MR Ferguson for coursing all that
trouble. 

That was all LEROY could take he grab is folder and walk out of
the room and broke down crying out side the room. MR Ferguson
walk pass Lola crying MOM and stood in front of Lola exposing a
hard dick protruding within his pants. MS ANN said, " Lola show
your mother what MR Ferguson used your mouth for. Lola unzip his
pants and pull out a hard 7-inch thick white dick. Lola open her
big mouth and began sucking MR Ferguson. MS ANN lean toward Betty
Lou and said, in a hateful southern accent " This is what your

Betty LOU Nodded yes and began sobbing out load. Ms ANN asked her
husband to get the contract AND A PEN from her desk and hand it
to Betty LOU to sign. Betty LOU said, "I can't read sir" I figure
that much John said sign on the read X all 10 pages While Mommy
sign her name MR Ferguson was vigorously fucking Lola big mouth
while grabbing a hand full of wooly hair. Just has Mom was
signing the last page MR Ferguson was shooting a big glob of

Well I think you are done here BETTY LOU. You and your daughter
get the hell out of my office. 
As Betty Lou and Lola headed toward the door MS ANN said "by the
way we are having a victory celebration tomorrow at the Citizens
Council Lodge MR Ferguson will pick Lola up at 6 pm have her
ready. And send the nigger lawyer in here now" 

Betty LOU Exit the room and went into the building lobby she
spotted Leroy walk up to him and slap him hard across the face.
Betty LOU said,  " You white master want you" 
MS ANN  told Leroy that the account call out sick but he will get
his money tomorrow he can pick it up at the Citizens council
Lodge at 6 pm.
