   Apologies in advance for the long post Since my sister was so dumb to
get knocked up @ 15 and our parents kicked her out she and the nephew live
with me.  Last fall when it started to get cold, nephew could see his
breath when he exhaled; he thought it was the coolest thing ever...he was
only 3 so probably nto that strange.  Problem was the whole winter he
wanted to be outside so he could see his breath.  I suggested to my sister
that we could let him smoke so he'd be able to see it when he exhaled, but
we'd be inside and warm.  She said the idea was horrible and wrong cause
smoking's so unhealthy; I told her I was kidding and she believed
me...thruth is I was oly half joking: I've always liked the odea of people
doing something that hurts them...  Couple weeks after I suggested nephew
start smoking, my sister complained about how cold it was outside and that
her son wanted to stay outside so he could see his breath.  She said if
smoking wsn't so unhealthy it'd have been a good idea.  I suggested he
could vape.  She asked if it was unhealthy like smoking; I reminded her tha
t vaping is allowed indoors in places where smoking isn't and concluded
that therefore it must nto be unhealthy.  Sis didn't believe me until I
told her theres no tobacco in vape.  Gave nephew this big tabletop vape
machine (about the size of a hookah, with hoses so multiple people can use
it at the same time) for new year.  Got him a bunch of differend flavor
vaping oils too.  He likes cherry and mint best.  He loves the thing:
spends allday within hose length of it, huge vape clouds pouring from his
moth and nose...  One day a couple months after getting him ath machine, he
asked if he could try mint and cherry together; I'd never thought of
combining flavors.  Anyway he loved it and we ended up trying a whole bunch
of other flavor combos/.  An idea hit me: since nephew was used to seeing
me mix diferetn vaping oils in the machine, maybe I could try mixing in
some nicotine oil.  I got the lowest level nicotine oil I could find and
put int eh smallest drop.  First day he had no reaction, second day I put
twice as much nicotine oil in: he didn't seem to notice it, but he was
twichign and shaking every now an then, knda like he was having
mini-seizures.  Keep him at that amount of nicotine oil about a week until
he wasn't twitching and shankin; then I increased the amount of nicoting
oil again.  Same reaction from him.  Kept doing that for about 6 months
before sister noticed.  I told her about adding a little nicoting oil to
the vape miching; figured she'd be pissed, she thought it was hilarious and
suggested we get a stronger nicoting oil.  Nephew turned 4 yesterday; sis
added twice as much of a stronger nicotine oil to his vape machine is I put
in the previous day.  He was twitching and shaking almost constantly, and
finally noticed he was twitching and shking.  When he asked about it my
sister told him it was happengin cause he wasn't getting enough vape. 
Twenty minutes later he was twitching constantly and the room was thick
with vapor from all the vape he'd run through his body

   Yea, was afraid he might have gotten nicotine poisoning.  He stayed
awake until about an hour ago

   He seems to be okay, so I'm okay with him doing it again.  But my sister
is his mother, so it'll be up to her if he's allowed to vape so much again

   Nephew just woke up, first thing he did after getting out of bed was run
ver to the vaping machine.  My sister told him he can vape as much as he
wants but to stop of he starts to feel sck.  The constant twitching and
shaking was amazing to watch...never seen anything like it before.  Gonna
report his progress live...

vapign machine: my sister told him to go in his pants

   Crotch area and inside of both legs og nephew's pants are soaked through
and through, he's twitching a bit more

   Vaping machine ran out of vape oil.  Sis is gonna get nephew (twitching
constantly) into bath and clean cloths.  Gonna refill vapign machine with
flavored oil only this time: don';t want nephew to get nicotine poisoning
