CANCER FIGHT"

   A single photo fills the center of the page.  A seemingly foggy day in a
verdant park; upon closer inspection the reader realizes that is not fog
clouding the view to the trees and river beyond, but the smoke from
hundreds, if not thousands, of lit cigarettes.  The people smoking them are
a full mix of society: hailing from all racial groups, from the very young
to the very old and everywhere in between...

   More words appear across the bottom of the page, "BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY
