Keywords: inc,fic "I put that virus scanner on here so this sort of thing won't happen, Tawnee," Will told his sister. "I had to turn it off because it wouldn't let me download the things I wanted to," she replied. "That's so retarded! There's a reason it wouldn't let you download the things you wanted. This is it, right here. You understand what I'm saying?" "Yeah, yeah, just fix it. Mandy and I need it tonight to finish our paper. So chop, chop," Tawnee urged him. She crossed her arms and stared at the screen over his shoulder with impatience. Her friend would be there soon and she wanted to finish their dumb-ass paper so that she could go out. "Mandy's coming over?" he asked. She had been an object of his desires for quite some time. Way out of his league and never appeared to share the same affection that he had for her, but he still didn't think it hurt to dream a little. "Yeah, but only for a while, and I don't want you coming up with some lame excuse so that you can come in here and interrupt us. It's creepy when you gawk at her, like you're some kind of serial killer or something." "I don't gawk at her!" "Please, you practically pop a boner whenever she steps through the door." "Do you want me to fix this, or not? Stop bugging me." Despite how satisfying it was to tease Will, Tawnee decided to give it a rest. She didn't care much about hurting his feelings, he was pretty tough, but she needed her computer to function properly. If there was anything that he was good at, besides being lame, it was computer stuff. Several minutes and clicks later, Will pushed himself back away from the computer desk he was seated at and rose from his sister's pink office chair. "There. Don't disable the anti-virus. There's a reason for it. Seriously." "Fine. Thanks. Now go nerd it up some place else," she ordered. Will scoffed. He didn't really expect any gratitude, she had never shown any before. Turning to make an exit, he nearly collided with Mandy, who was standing in the doorway. He quickly sidestepped to allow her entry. Mandy smiled at him. She had always thought it was a bit amusing at how shy and nervous he seemed to act. "William," she greeted. "Amanda," he greeted back, with the slightest hint of a smile. "I was just going. Good luck with your paper." "Thank you. Goodbye," she said to his back as he disappeared down the hall. She turned to Tawnee and shrugged her shoulders. "Must be he had something important to do." Tawnee laughed. "I don't think he's ever had anything to do that was important. He's just running back to his room because you're like walking pornography to him. He'll probably be jerking his meat in about two minutes." "God, Tee. That's a little harsh, isn't it?" "The harsh truth. When he passed you to get out in the hall it was probably the closest he's ever been to a girl. I bet you ten bucks that if you go open the door to his room in a few minutes, he'll have it out, playing with it." "That's just wrong." Mandy laughed. "Ten bucks, huh?" "Sure. But if it's locked or he's not there, bet's off. You gonna go see?" "Yeah. I could use ten bucks. Then we got to finish the paper, though," Mandy replied. They waited for a couple minutes, then Tawnee led the way quietly down the hall and stood in front of her brother's door. She had confidence that he was a big enough pervert to where there was a good chance that they would actually catch him in the act. Turning slightly to her friend, she made a gesture at the door. Mandy reached out and touched the knob, hoping that it would be locked or that Will was doing something other than masturbating. The poor guy really didn't need that kind of humiliation. Will had just flopped on his bed and opened up a book when the door to his room flung open. "Amanda. What's up?" he asked. "Oh, uh, your sister wants to talk to you," she replied. The girls hadn't thought enough ahead to actually come up with an excuse for barging into his room. She grabbed Tawnee by the arm and pulled her into the room in front of her. Tawnee wasn't prepared for what Amanda had just done to her, but she was always a quick thinker. "Hey chugnut. I need to borrow ten bucks. I'll pay you back later." Will frowned. "What for? You never pay me back. I thought you had to work on a paper, anyway." "We do, but I need to take Mandy to the store to buy tampons, neither one of us has any cash, and her flow is heavy. You can either lend me the money or your computer chair for her to sit on. I don't care which." Will cringed as Mandy slugged his sister hard in the arm. He dug into his pocket and handed her a crumpled ten dollar bill. "Jesus, Tawnee. You probably didn't have to tell me all that." Tawnee accepted the money and shrugged her shoulders. "Eh, honesty's the best policy. Let's go, Mandy, before you stain up the carpet." Mandy found herself to be speechless, she could only shake her head and look down at the floor as she followed Tawnee back to her room. She finally found some words once she got there. "Did you have to embarrass me like that in front of your brother?" "What? After you threw me under the bus? Do you even remember what we were there for in the first place? Would you rather have me lie about your period or see Will with his cock in his hand? Here's your money by the way, you win," she said, handing the bill over. "I should never listen to any of your ideas. Poor William, I can't imagine the kind of torture you put him through. And now he thinks I'm about to flood the house with my period," Amanda replied, stuffing the money in the pocket of her jeans. "Have you ever taken a good look at him? He brings it on himself. And don't worry, he'll still worship you no matter what I have to say. I could tell him that you just came down with a raging case of crotch spiders and he'd still want to get your pants off," Tawnee stated, opening up her laptop. "Oh my god, you're really on a roll tonight. I think he's nice and you ought to be nicer to him. He'd be cute, too, if you could get him to cut his hair and shave that scruff off his face. He's got the whole nerd/hippy look going on, I know, but I don't think it suits him." Amanda sat on the bed and took the computer from her friend so that she could see where they were on the paper. "Ugh, don't make me sick, we've got a lot of work to do." "If you can talk about how heavy my 'flow' is, then I can say that I think Will is cute. Maybe I'll see if he wants to go out some time," Amanda said, not looking up from the screen. She was half-way serious, and thought it would be fun to get under Tawnee's skin. It wasn't that easy to do; the girl was tougher than hell. She deserved a taste of her own medicine, though. The bitch act was getting kind of old and was wearing more and more on Mandy. It seemed to have been escalating lately, as Tawnee was developing a bad habit of mentioning rotten, personal shit about Amanda in front of her friends. The girl seemed to be grumpy about everything. "I know you're probably joking, but still, if you're that hard up for a man, then I feel sorry for you. Start typing, would you? I want to call Doug and get out of here." As much as she enjoyed being wined and dined by her boyfriend, Tawnee always put her schoolwork first. It wasn't that she was a nerd like her brother or had any great desire to be at the head of her class, she just wanted to make her parents happy. It would definitely be beneficial for her to get her degree, but her parents were shelling out a small fortune for her to do it. She may have been a brat at times, but she appreciated what her parents were doing for her, and she wasn't going to mess it up. Sometimes it was frustrating, like when all she really wanted to do was go have a couple drinks with Doug and maybe go a few rounds with him in his bedroom, but hey, that's the way it had to be. They were nearing the end of their assignment when there came a knocking on the door. "Tawnee?" came Will's voice. "Ugh, I told him not to bother us," Tawnee muttered. "What do you want?" she shouted at the door. "Doug's here, he's outside. He wants to talk to you," was the reply. "Well, tell him to come up." That was odd. The plan was for her to call him when she was finished. Sure, it was taking a little longer than she wanted to, but it seemed like he would have more patience than that, she hated to have to tell him something twice. And what would stop him from coming up to her room? He knew that he was welcome and either one of her parents or Will would have invited him in. "Uh, he doesn't want to. He wants you to go out there. I think it's kind of important." Tawnee looked at Amanda with a touch of concern on her face. "I'll be right back." "Okay, take your time. I'll see what I can do here," her friend told her. Tawnee opened her door, pushed past her brother, and went down the stairs to meet with her boyfriend. Will turned to go as well. "William, wait. Come here a sec," Mandy said. Will complied. "Yeah?" "What's going on with Doug?" she asked. "I don't really know, but if I had to guess, I'd say it's not anything good." "That sucks. She really likes him." "Yeah, well, I don't. I think he's kind of a sleaze ball. She can do better than him, all he wants to do is party and get her in bed. He never does anything nice for her." Will's opinion of his sister's boyfriend surprised Amanda. It wasn't because that he didn't like the guy, it was that it sounded like he was concerned about the way that Tawnee was being treated. Interesting considering how terribly she treated him. "Really? That's what you think, huh? I didn't think that you would care. She doesn't seem all that concerned about you. Some girls like to party a little and be taken to bed, you know." Will began to blush, more because of Amanda than talking about his sister. "I know, but there should be something more than that, too. Even though she's rotten most of the time, she is my sister and I still care about her a little. If it's bad news that she's getting, I don't want to be here when she gets back, so I'm gonna take off." "You're a sweet guy, William. Uh hey, let me give you your money back before you go." Amanda pulled the ten dollars from her pocket and gave it back to Will. "She was making that story up, by the way. I know that it grossed you out. She just lost a bet and owed me ten bucks, and got you to pay it for her." "Heh, thanks. Here I was trying to look out for her while she was robbing me. I kind of figured, but hey, what can you do? Sometimes it's just easier to give her what she wants than it is to fight with her." He shrugged. "That being said, I hope everything turns out okay. If it doesn't, let me know if I can do anything." As wonderful as it was to stand around and talk with the lovely Amanda, Will was serious about not wanting to be around when his sister came back to her room. He might not have been involved in all that many romances, but it didn't take a genius to realize that Doug was probably breaking up with her. At the very least, he was going to tell her something that she wasn't going to want to hear. And he did care about his sister, but he wasn't about to stand around and be her punching bag. There was no doubt, she had a mean streak that ran deep. It wasn't present all of the time, sometimes she was right on the edge of being nice. This probably wasn't going to be one of those times. He left before he found out for sure, either way. Tawnee was gone for quite a while, leaving Amanda alone to work on the paper. She was calling it finished at the moment, though Tawnee might want to add something when she got a chance to look at it. She normally wasn't satisfied unless she got the final word in on whatever they were working on. Daring a peek out the window, Mandy wondered if she could see what was going on with her friend or not. She caught a glimpse of Tawnee, but no Doug. The girl was leaning against her car, smoking a cigarette. Smoking was something that Tawnee usually reserved for special occasions, mostly to celebrate a night of hard drinking. Whatever had just taken place must have been enough to where she thought that she deserved a smoke. A bad sign, as far as Amanda was concerned. She moved away from the window before she was caught spying. Mandy fiddled around, wasting some time, thinking more and more about William while she waited for Tawnee. She had known him for a couple of years now and he did seem like a genuinely nice guy. He'd just started college that fall, so it wasn't like she'd be robbing the cradle or anything. A guy like Will would appreciate what she had to offer, not just automatically expect her to spread her legs the first minute that they got alone. Not that she was against that sort of thing, not all the time anyway. Sometimes, she thought, it would be nice just to hang out and have fun without having to endure all that pawing and grunting that seemed to be the way most of her dates ended. William was younger and most probably inexperienced, she would be able to mold him into whatever she wanted. The prospect intrigued her the more that she thought about it. While in the middle of changing her mind about actually asking Will out on a date, his sister came back to the bedroom. She sighed and sat on the edge of the bed heavily. "So, where we at?" she asked Mandy, reaching for the computer. "Um, done, I think. Check it out." Tawnee scanned the lines on the screen. "Looks good. Sorry I was gone so long." "Everything all right? You two...you know?" Mandy asked. "Everything's fine. Doug and I won't be seeing each other anymore, though," Tawnee replied, flopping back on her mattress. "Oh. What happened? You sure you're all right?" "Aw, he was just tired of waiting for me. Wanted to run off for a long weekend at some lake house somewhere. I didn't want to ditch class tomorrow. He whined and bitched about me never being around when he wanted me to and we just decided that he might as well just take his ass down the road. Doug was fun and all, but he couldn't ever get it through his thick fucking skull that school is important to me. He's already got another girl." "No! Who?" "I don't fucking know, and I don't care. She can have him." "Well good for you. I didn't really like him very much. William didn't like him either." "Will didn't like him? Why would he care?" Tawnee wondered allowed, sitting back up. "What did he say?" Mandy realized that she probably shouldn't have said anything about Will. She could have possibly just gotten him in trouble with a rather vicious sibling. "Um, he just said that you were his sister and that he thought that you deserved better than a guy like Doug. Someone that would do more than just party with you." "Hmm, he said that, did he?" Tawnee asked, considering the words. "He probably was just trying to show you how romantic and sensitive he could be. Trying to impress you." "Come on, Tee. I think he just wants you to be happy. It couldn't be that hard for you to believe that, could it? I mean if you were happy then you might spend less time terrorizing him. And he did impress me, I was thinking..." "Oh god. Mandy, I love you to death, but if you're going to ask my brother out, do me a favor and do it some other time. I don't want to have to think about something like that right now. It would probably give him a friggin' heart attack and kill him, anyway." Amanda was beginning to lose her patience with her friend. Most of the time she found her attitude amusing as she hardly ever focused any of her animosity on her. Unfortunately, that was changing and this was a little different; it wasn't up to Tawnee as to who she could or couldn't date. She was tired of watching her friend turn into more of a self-centered bitch as time went on. "That's not fair. If he likes me and I like him, then we ought to be able to see each other if we want. I was just thinking about it anyway, it's not like I actually talked to him about it. I thought it might be nice to see a guy that's sweet and nice and might want to do something other than just fuck. Why would you even have a problem with it? Is it because you know that William likes me and it would probably make his fucking day if I asked him out? That's just mean. I don't care how mean you are to other people, but you shouldn't be mean to Will or me. Email a copy of the paper." Amanda quickly gathered her things and prepared to leave. Tawnee watched with something close to astonishment. "Hey stop, no, you got the wrong idea," she told her friend. Amanda stopped her fussing and turned to look at Tawnee. "If you two want to date, then I'm not gonna try and stop ya. And you're right, I'm pretty mean sometimes. You're a nice girl Mandy, I'm just not sure you two are right for each other. If you guys get together, and it doesn't work out, it would suck for everybody. Just let me talk him before you do, okay?" "Well, why?" Amanda wondered. "He has no idea what it's like to date a real woman. I don't want him to totally embarrass himself." "So, you do care?" Tawnee held her hand up and moved her index finger and thumb close together. "A little, I guess." Amanda giggled, relaxing a bit. "I promise I'll go easy on him. I'm not gonna ask him to marry me or anything, it won't be that serious." "I know, but I'm warning you, he might take it pretty serious. I just want to let him know how shit works in the real world." "It's nice to see that you actually have feelings, too. Are you sure you're okay about Doug?" "Of course I have feelings. And the thing with Doug blows hard. We weren't real close, I guess, but that doesn't mean that I didn't like him. I wish it was different with him, but it just wasn't. So I'll find someone else and try again," Tawnee sniffled and flopped back on the bed. "Oh Tee, are you crying?" Mandy asked, sitting back down. "No, I'm not a little bitch, I'm not gonna cry about it." "Well, I'm not as tough as you, so I'd probably cry a little. I bet you could, too, and no one would think any less of you." "Maybe I will, but I'd rather do it while I'm alone so that I can at least deny it." Amanda chuckled and patted her friend on the knee. "Well, I'm gonna go. Call me if you want, else I'll see you tomorrow, okay?" Tawnee nodded and pulled a pillow over her face. She hated when something happened that she didn't see coming. Breaking up with Doug was one of them. Mandy wanting to date Will was another. Two in the same night, it would take a little while for her process. ***** William was playing on his computer when his sister came barging into his room the next evening. He had gotten used to her not bothering to knock, so if he ever wanted any real privacy, he'd have to remember to lock his door. A lesson learned the hard way a while ago when she had caught him in a rather compromising masturbatory position. "Hey Will, I've got to talk to you," she announced. It was odd that she would greet him using his actual name rather than something random and derogatory. "Sure." "First, here's your ten dollars back." She threw the money on his desk. "Thanks, but Mandy already paid me back." "She did? Why'd she do that?" "She felt guilty about you robbing me. I appreciate the sentiment, though." "Well, keep it, I probably owe it to you. And there's something else..." she trailed off. "What?" he asked. He couldn't imagine that she was actually hesitant about asking him something. "I'm pretty sure that Mandy's going to ask you out." "Yeah right. I'm not fallin' for that. Whatever you're trying to do , just don't okay?" "I'm fucking serious, dickweed. Don't ask me why, but she likes you. There's a couple things that you can do that will make her like you a little more." "Oh yeah. Yeah. Like what? Get a tattoo of her name on my back? Pierce my nose?" Tawnee rolled her eyes and threw her hands in the air. "I told you, I am serious. Do you want my help or not? I know you've probably never touched a living girl before." "I had a girlfriend for like six months!" "You had a girlfriend?" Tawnee asked. She didn't think that was possible. She certainly hadn't noticed. "Who?" "Sam." "Sam? I thought Sam was a dude." "Sam, short for Samantha. You had to have seen her around the house. You've got to be kidding, right?" Vaguely, she recalled a creature named Sam lurking about the house with Will. It was a while ago though, and still, even after she brought the image to mind, she wasn't certain of Sam's gender. She had no idea that her brother had been in a relationship with it. "I remember Sam, but that was really your girlfriend? Oh man, I'm sorry." "What's that supposed to mean?" "That means I'm sorry. Anyway, Mandy's about a hundred times farther up the hot list than Sam. Do you want to hear what I have to say, or not?" Will thought about it for a moment. He was almost sure that this had to be some sort of a vile trick, but there was still a slim chance that his sister wasn't lying to him. "Okay, I'll bite. What is it that will make Mandy fall madly in love with me?" Tawnee scoffed. "Probably nothing. My guess is that she'll get to know you better and drop you like a hot potato. But there is something you can do to make her a little less sick when she looks at you. One is get a hair cut, the other is shave that shit that you have growing on your chin. You look like you've been shipwrecked on an island or something." "That's it?" he asked. As far as tricks went, the drawbacks to getting a haircut didn't seem that bad. "That's it. I can take you right now, if you want." Still skeptical, Will raised an eyebrow. "What's in it for you? Why are you doing this?" His sister sighed and threw her arms in the air again. "God, I'm trying to do something nice for you and all you can do is bitch and moan! I want to help you get ready to go out with Mandy because if she's dumb enough to ask you out, then I want it to work out for both of you. She's my best friend and I really like her. You, well, if anything's going to make you miserable, I want it to be me and not because you got your heart broke from some girl you've been dreaming about for years." "I guess that makes sense, not wanting to share my pain with anyone. I suppose it's not the worst thing I've ever done, getting a haircut. At least Mom will like it." Tawnee drove her brother to a place at the mall that accepted walk-ins. She really had no real idea of how much money she owed Will, somewhere around a hundred dollars, she guessed. She mentally subtracted the cost of the haircut and shave from her debt, feeling better that she owed him a little less after paying for it. Flipping through some old magazines, she waited patiently for him in the designated area. When he emerged, she was pleased to see that he cleaned up nicely. "Hey, you look more like a real person," she commented, leading him from the shop. "That's good, I guess. Did you pay for it?" "Yeah. I know I still owe you, you don't have to remind me." "Well, uh, I tell you what. If I really do get to go out with Mandy, let's just call it even. I'm still not convinced that I'm not being led into some sort of trap," he said. "I know you probably don't trust me, and hey, why would you? All I can say is that I'm not trying to screw with you. And for all I know, Mandy might have changed her mind and decided not to ask you out, I don't know, we haven't talked about you since last night. I still think she's going to, though. She might be scared of me, but I'll try to take care of that," she said as they made their way back to her car. "Take care of it?" "Well, just let her know that I don't have a problem with whatever it is her plans for you are. That kind of thing. I already told her, but I don't know if she believed me or not." "That's the nicest thing you've ever done for me, Tawnee." "I'm pretty nice, that's for sure," she agreed. Will laughed as they pulled away from the lot, then turned more somber. "So, uh, how did it go with Doug last night?" He knew that she was supposed to go out with him and that after their little meeting she stayed in for the rest of the night. "Doug and I are no longer together, and I don't think that we ever will be again," she replied. "Are you upset about it?" he asked, venturing into dangerous territory. "Not really. A little. Went out with him for a long time." "You're tough. You'll be fine, right?" She cast a quick glance in his direction, flashing a small, but genuine smile. That didn't sound like something he would normally say. She expected to hear some mushy bullshit about her feelings. "Right." They made the rest of the trip home in silence until she parked in front of the house. "Okay. Mandy's going to come over in a little while. Just let her come to you and do most of the talking, otherwise, you'll more than likely fuck things up before you even get started. If she asks you what you're planning on doing this weekend, for god's sake, don't tell her the truth. She doesn't want to hear about Star Trek marathons and jerking off. Just tell her that you don't have any plans and agree to do whatever it is that she wants to do. Got it?" Will sat with wide eyes in the passenger seat while he listened to his sister's speech. It certainly didn't seem like she had much confidence in him. Granted, he wasn't what anyone would consider to be a lady's man by any stretch of the imagination, but he wished that she would give him a little more credit than that. Still, he got the feeling that she was trying to be helpful, so he didn't argue. "Got it." "Good. Now's the hard part. You're gonna have to sit around and wait. I know you probably don't have any reason to, but trust me. Have patience. I'll try to make sure that she talks to you tonight, but she might not. Don't freak out if she doesn't." "Okay. I trust you," he replied. In the back of his mind he still felt like he was rolling the dice. There remained a chance that this was still some sort of diabolical plan that his sister had hatched to play with his emotions for her own amusement. In other words, he wasn't getting his hopes up too high. ***** "So, how ya doin'? Didn't get to talk to you much today," Mandy said, throwing her bag down in the corner of the room. "Not bad," Tawnee replied. "No mourning over the loss of Doug? Anybody new catching your eye?" "I haven't done much mourning, and no, I haven't set my sights on anyone new. I may just take it easy for a little bit. I've got a heavy schedule this semester, anyway. How 'bout you? Still getting ready to set your hooks into my brother?" "God, when you ask like that I'm not sure. I've thought about it." Tawnee laughed. "Relax. I already said you could, it's up to you. Besides, he may or may not have been tipped off that you could possibly be interested in him." Amanda looked at her friend cautiously. "What did you do?" "I casually mentioned that the girl of his dreams might want to get to know him better. And I might have taken him to go get a haircut." "You didn't! Now he thinks I plan on asking him out!" "Isn't that what you planned on doing?" "Well...yeah, I guess. What's he look like?" "He looks like a dork, only with short hair now," Tawnee replied. "I bet he looks real cute." Tawnee noticed that Amanda was blushing slightly while speaking of her brother. Considering the amount of men that she had dated since Tawnee had known her, it was amazing to see that she was capable of blushing about anything. Also, she found it amusing to think that the girl was actually attracted to Will. She never would have guessed it. "You actually like him, don't you? You're like excited and shit. Go talk to him, I don't mind. He's in his room. Don't be surprised if he faints or something. I'll just be here, alone with my broken heart, wondering what it's like to be young and in love." "Tee! You're awful. Sure it's okay?" "Go ahead. He's probably pulling what's left of his hair out waiting for you." Tawnee smiled as she watched her friend head down the hall. It kind of felt good to see her excited and happy. She knew that her brother was probably pretty excited as well. It would be interesting to see what was going to happen. She didn't have a lot of faith that her brother knew what he was doing, but Mandy sure did. Maybe too much so now that she thought about it...best not to think about it. Mandy was in Will's room for a quite a while. So long, in fact, that Tawnee was beginning to wonder if they didn't just skip the dating part and head straight into making Will a man. She supposed that it really wasn't any of her business, but Tawnee found herself dying to know just what it was that they were doing in there. It didn't seem like they could just be sitting around talking, not for two hours. No one was that interesting. At long last, Mandy came trotting back to her room. She grabbed her bag from the corner. "I'm sorry, I can't talk, I forgot that I had to pick up my sister from ballet, and I'm already late. My parents are gonna kill me. I'll call you when I get home, okay?" "Sure. Don't drive too fast." "Heh, I won't. Will's fun to talk to, by the way. You should try it. See ya!" Mandy went running from the room, leaving Tawnee with more questions than answers. She decided that she'd take Mandy's advice and go talk to Will, she was just too curious not to. Unlike most other times when she approached her brother in his room, she knocked on his door first, giving him at least a few seconds before she walked in on him. He was just standing there by his bed, not surprised at all by the intrusion. "Hey," he greeted. "Hey. So what happened? Mandy said she couldn't talk, she practically jumped out my window to get away." "Yeah, she said she was pretty late. Not much happened. We sat around and talked. We're gonna go out tomorrow," he replied with a cheesy grin. "Are you sure that's all you did was talk? You were in here a long time." "Yeah. We never had a chance to before and we were getting to know each other a little. We have a lot more in common than I thought. We're going to the aerospace museum tomorrow." "That sounds lame. I thought I told you to do whatever she wanted. You're going to bore her to death." "That's what she wanted. She brought it up. She loves airplanes and spaceships," he explained. "Really? I didn't know that. Maybe you two are a better match than I thought. So you still like her as much after you've gotten to know her a little?" "She's pretty amazing, Tawnee. I owe you." "Ah, well, normally I'd agree with you, but you don't, not really. Just let me know any juicy gossip and we'll call it even." "Sure, I guess I could. You probably know just about everything about her anyway," he pointed out. "Apparently not. I had no idea she had any interest in space and airplanes and stuff. Until yesterday, I had no idea that she had any interest in you. I guess I don't know much about you, either. You really go out with that girl for six months?" Will flopped down on his bed while Tawnee sat in his computer chair. "Yeah, I did, really. A real live girl." "I thought you were totally new at this sort of thing. I don't mean to be rude, but from what I remember of Sam, she wasn't much to look at." "You might not mean to be rude, that's still kind of rude. You probably only seen her around here when she was still dressed for work. She worked last summer at the zoo, cleaning cages mostly. She loved the animals." "That explains it," Tawnee began, "you found her in a cage at the zoo." "Stop it," Will said. He rose from the bed and walked over to his computer. "Move over, let me show you some pictures." He brought up a few of a petite, dark haired girl. In some of them, she was smiling with Will. She certainly looked a lot better in the pictures than the grungy person that Tawnee remembered from around the house with a rag on her head. "Yeah, I guess she doesn't look too bad," she said. "I know she wasn't, you know, gorgeous like you, but she was pretty. And she was fun and smart." Gorgeous like her? Was he trying to be a smart ass? A look at his face showed Will was not in a joking mood, he missed the girl. "How come you never introduced us?" she asked. "I didn't...well, I was kind of afraid that you would hurt her feelings. She was kind of more of a nerd than me, if you can believe that. I'm used to you, and I can handle it. I wasn't sure if she would. Sorry." Tawnee began to experience a pang of regret that she wasn't used to. Granted, he was probably right, she would have torn the poor girl apart without even having to try. "Am I that bad?" Will could see that her feelings may have been hurt. Normally, she was an emotional rock, so it was strange to see her so open. He didn't know what the heck was going on with her. "Sometimes you can be pretty mean, I don't have to tell you that. Sometimes, like today, you can be pretty cool. I should have told you about her, I know it was kind of childish, I guess." "I'm sorry. So what happened to her? I can tell that you liked her. She get eaten by a lion or something?" She just couldn't help herself. "Heh, no, and I kind of loved her, I guess. I mean she was my first...everything. She's going to ASU. I get an email from her once in a while, but that's about it. We pretty much broke up before she left. We didn't think it would work out trying to stay together in one of those long distance relationships. Thought there'd be a pretty good chance that one of us would find someone else and break the other one's heart." "That's the saddest fucking thing I've ever heard. Wasn't that hard for you?" Tawnee found it hard to believe that her brother would let his first real love go like that. "It was freakin' terrible. I thought about running away to Arizona. You must know about what it's like, you just broke up with Doug and you've been going out with him for forever." Tawnee sighed and spun a slow circle in the chair. It was a lot more fun discussing her brother's love life than it was hers. She had no problem talking about the occasional sex act with Mandy, but never really spoke much of her feelings. "Well, Doug and I weren't what you would call madly in love. Fuck-buddies, more like it." Will frowned. "You mean to tell me after all that time that you didn't feel like you might have been falling in love with him? Even a little? You might pretend to be but I know you're not a robot." "Maybe, but I got over it pretty fast once I realized that he didn't want anything more than what we were doing." She continued to spin in the chair, trying to think of something to say to change the subject. Reflecting on her life was distracting, though. "And you stayed with him. Why?" "I don't know. Why not? Not like I could do much better. It was easy being with Doug." She stopped spinning and faced her brother. "Since when do I talk about this stuff with you, anyway?" He chuckled. "Since today, I guess. You've been acting different since last night. I think you needed someone to talk to. I won't tell anyone you've gone all soft, don't worry. And you can do way, way better than that jerk Doug. You just need to look around a little." "What the hell is wrong with me? Listening to advice from my brother. And what am I supposed to look for? Someone like you? All deep and sensitive? God!" "You'll never find anyone like me, I'm special. You just need someone that makes you happy is all. I have no idea what they'd be like. You probably won't either, until you meet them." "You're such a dork, Will. I guess I see why Mandy likes you, though. And you look so much better after your haircut. And if she ever gets the urge for some reason, she might be able to kiss you without puking." "Why thank you. It's nice to hear that I've improved my look to such an extent that I no longer make women sick. I'll cross that one off my list." "Well," Tawnee began, rising from the chair, "nice chat. I'll leave you alone. Mandy's supposedly going to be calling soon and you need your beauty sleep." "Goodnight, Tawnee. I'll see you tomorrow." "Night. Oh, and if you really want to make her happy, you should shave everywhere else that matters. From the looks of things the other day, you've got quite the jungle going on down there." "Go away." ***** Tawnee's life was pretty boring for the next couple of weeks. At first, she was more than happy with it, but now she was becoming restless. Not only was she minus a boyfriend, but she had also lost her study partner. Amanda still came over to the house quite often, but now she spent most of the time there in Will's room. To make matters worse, during the time that she did spend with Tawnee, she had to listen to stories about how wonderful her brother was. She was starting to get sick of it, though she was trying her best to be happy for them both. After having dinner with her parents, she was back in her room debating whether or not to call someone to go out with when she heard the door close to her brother's room. She decided instead to go see what was up with him. It was a little early for him to be home if he had been out on a date. She barged right in, as was her usual custom. "So, what are you doing home? Mandy not putting out tonight?" Will was just sitting down at his desk and spun around in his chair to face his sister. "Heh, I don't know, I hope not. I wasn't with Mandy, I was over at John's playing Call of Duty." "Oh. I thought she told me she was going out tonight, I just figured it was with you. Or maybe that was last night, I can't remember." "Naw, she didn't feel like doing anything tonight, I guess she has something to do with her mother early in the morning." "Hmm. Is it just me or has she been acting kind of funny since you two have been dating?" Tawnee asked. "I don't know. She seems fine to me. I didn't really know her all that well before. Why do you think she's acting funny?" "Seems like she's always trying to get away from me. Won't talk about you at all besides telling me how sweet you are. I get it, you're like a fucking candy cane. I want to hear the more interesting stuff. Just not like her." "Well, she's probably not all that comfortable sharing all the details of her relationship with your brother. Is there something in particular that you want to know?" he asked. "That could be it, I guess. And not in particular, no. I've already seen you without your pants on, so I don't really need that image described. How is she in bed?" Will cringed, mentally kicking himself for opening the door. She would probably never let him forget that she had walked in on him while he was masturbating, he'd have to live with that for the rest of his life. As for Amanda in bed, well, he hadn't gotten that far yet. "We haven't slept together." Tawnee raised an eyebrow in surprise. "You haven't slept together? Are you serious? We're talking about Mandy here. I don't mean to make her sound like a slut, but she's kind of a slut. You don't have to tell me the details, but you really haven't yet? Now I know she's acting funny." Will huffed in annoyance. "We really haven't and I would appreciate it if you didn't call your best friend a slut. She probably would, too. We'll get to it, soon, if you must know. We've been waiting for a time when we can spend an entire night together." "I'm sorry, really, I am. I'm not trying to make you mad. I'm just bored and nosy, I guess." Tawnee looked depressed, which softened Will's attitude toward her comments. "Don't give me the sad eyes, you'll make me cry. Why don't you go out? Mandy's not your only friend, and I'd venture to guess that there's more than one guy that would jump through hoops if you gave them a call," he suggested. "I don't know. I was thinking about going out to tell you the truth, but I really don't want to go out on a date. Doug's about the only guy that I've looked at the last couple of years and I just don't feel like trying to meet anyone new. I do want to get out of the house, though." "Why don't you let me take you out then? Have a couple drinks, come home, and you won't have to worry about getting pregnant." It was somewhat akin to being against her religion, hanging out with her brother in public, so Tawnee had to think about Will's offer for a moment. "I know that I don't pay that much attention to you, but you're not old enough to drink, are you?" she asked. "No, but I'm old enough to drive and get in the bar. I can still take you. I don't want to stay out all night, or anything, but if you want to get out for a bit I would go." "Alright. I could use a drink. I need to get ready, how 'bout we leave in like half an hour?" Will sighed. His sister looked fine. "Can't we just go? It's already getting late. You don't need to go put on makeup for half an hour, everyone will be able to tell that you're beautiful. You're not trying to get a date, anyway, right?" "Beautiful, huh? Save the sweet talk for Mandy. Unlike you, I care about what I look like. I'll try to make it quick, but I'm still gonna get ready. Put on a clean shirt." Tawnee took all of her half hour and then some before returning to Will's room. He had to admit, she could certainly be pretty when she wanted to be. She had jet-black, wavy hair that normally came down to her shoulders, but she had straightened it and it currently came much farther down her back. She also had opted for a black dress that revealed copious amounts of cleavage and leg. William felt like he was far outclassed. She didn't possess the natural, stunning beauty like Mandy did, but she was looking pretty good. "Holy cow, Tawnee. Where did you plan on going? I thought we were just going to grab a beer. You sure you want me to go with you?" "Of course I want you to go, it was your idea. Plus you're driving. And buying," she replied. "Okay. You've got to be the best lookin' date I've ever had," he commented, as they left his room and walked down the stairs. A flicker of a grin crossed Tawnee's face. She wouldn't admit to it, but she had put special effort into getting ready. She liked Will telling her about how pretty she was and she wanted to show him how pretty she could be, if she wanted to. Normally, she wouldn't go through the trouble, especially just to have a drink with her brother. Doug had stopped bothering to comment on what she looked like after they had slept together a couple of times. It was nice to hear, even if it was coming from Will. "I'm not your date, but I agree that I'm the best looking girl that I've ever seen you with." Will chuckled while they got in her car. "I don't know what you're up to, but I'm getting scared. You're not gonna get me in a bar fight or something, are you?" She reached over and pinched his cheek, talking in a baby voice. "You're not afraid of pretty girls are you Willy?" "Stop it. Of course I'm afraid of pretty girls. They're dangerous." "Relax, I know this might be a little overkill for the situation, but once in a while it feels good to try and look good. Just think, any guys that see us together will be jealous of you," she said. "Yeah, I don't know. They'll probably think that I'm paying you," he replied. Tawnee laughed. "I know that's not real funny because it implies that I'm a hooker, but either way, they might be jealous." "That's not what I meant, but I bet you could clean up as a prostitute. You know, like a real high-class one." "Watch it." The bar that Tawnee chose to go to was pretty much packed. It was popular with college kids and it was a Friday night, after all. They had to stand by the bar for a bit, but eventually were able to grab a tiny table near the back. Tawnee was actually having a bit of fun hanging out with Will. They talked about school, picked on some of the people that were dancing like idiots, and were basically behaving like friends. She was working on her third and what she had determined to be final drink of the evening when she noticed a familiar face at the bar. "Well, look who it is," she pointed out to her brother, "Doug. I wonder if he's here with the chick who 'wants to spend time with him and appreciates him for who he is'. I wanted to spend time with him, I just want to graduate more." Will could sense the atmosphere change from laid-back to impending disaster. "Who knows, who cares? Don't worry about it, huh?" "Relax, I'm not gonna do anyth...what the fuck?" Tawnee's thoughts were interrupted as Amanda walked in and stood next to Doug at the bar. "I'm going to rip her tits off," she muttered, rising to her feet. Will put a hand on her shoulder to keep her in her seat. "Hold on, maybe it's some sort of weird coincidence." He had no sooner gotten the words out of his mouth when Doug grabbed a handful of Mandy's ass and she stuck her tongue most of the way down his throat. Will removed his hand from his sister's shoulder, feeling sick inside. Tawnee finished her drink as she stood and slammed the glass back to the table. She walked through the crowd and up to where Amanda was standing at the bar. The girl had her back to her, so she didn't see her approach. She felt it though, with a sharp pinch on the back of her neck. "Ow! What the..." Mandy spun around to face the rabid glare of Tawnee. She looked as though she suddenly needed to find a bathroom. Doug didn't look very happy to see her, either. "What are you doin', Mandy?" "I, I just...stepped out for a minute and ran into Doug here," she stuttered. "You were just cleaning his tonsils a second ago, fuckin' liar." Amanda seemed to regain some of her composure after the initial shock that Tawnee had caused. A flare of anger came across her face. "If you weren't such a selfish bitch, then Doug wouldn't have dumped you and he and I wouldn't have hooked up. And what the hell are you doing here? Telling me you're not on a date? What do you care what he does?" Tawnee somehow resisted the urge to tear the other girl's heart out. "You think I care about Doug? He's a piece of shit! What I care about is my brother. He thinks you're the best thing that ever happened to him." "Will? I haven't even slept with him, and I sure as hell never said that I was going to go steady with him or anything. I mean..." Mandy's voice trailed off as Will came over to stand next to his sister. "Oh man, you're datin' her brother, too?" Doug asked, shaking his head. He didn't really care what Mandy did, she was just a nice piece of ass to him, but he did want to live to see another day. It wasn't Will he was worried about, either. "Shut the fuck up, Doug. I'm talking." Tawnee turned her attention back to Mandy. "You lied to Will and you lied to me. How could you be such a whore? You were like my best friend." "Will, I'm sorry. I like you, I really do. It's just that I want to keep things slow between us, I kind of started seeing you before I planned to. If your sister hadn't stepped in here then I probably would have gotten Doug out of my system and gotten serious with you. Tawnee, I tried to be your friend, but it's too hard. I can't do it anymore. You treat people like crap, even me, and I love you. People don't even want to talk to me because they don't want anything to do with you. So fuck you. You can go be a rotten bitch by yourself from now on." Amanda steadied herself, ready for the attack that was sure to come. She may have been caught in the wrong, but she wasn't going down without a fight. Doug gave her a dirty look. Tawnee was about to leap into action when once again Will's hand on her shoulder stopped her. This time, it was a steely grip. "Yeah Mandy, I'm sorry too. I liked you. Don't ever call me again." He pulled his sister toward the door. "Let's go home." "I'm not finished with..." "You're finished. It's not worth it. Please." Showing an amazing amount of self control, Tawnee allowed herself to be led from the bar and into the passenger's seat of her car. William got in and calmly started driving back to their house. She couldn't believe that her brother would just take all this like a pussy, she was steaming mad. She was about to demand to know why he hadn't allowed her to smack the bitch when she noticed the tear on his cheek. He was crying. "You gonna be alright?" "I don't want to talk right now, Tawnee. I just want to go home. Is that too much to ask? Can we just be quiet for a while?" Not knowing what to say, even if he had wanted to talk, Tawnee kept her mouth shut. It was an uncomfortable silence with her mind running, replaying Mandy's little speech. Was it possible that she could be responsible for this mess? Maybe a little, but it was still Mandy and Doug that were to blame, mostly Mandy. She found it hard to believe that people found her to be so offensive that they wouldn't even talk with Amanda anymore. Then again, her own brother wouldn't let Sam near her, either. Even if she was to blame, why do something that would hurt Will so much? Tawnee knew that she was rotten sometimes, but Mandy was an absolute whore. Poor Will, he never even got to nail her. It just wasn't fair. Without saying anything, she pulled a tissue from her purse and dried her brother's cheek as he drove. He never even glanced in her direction. Once home, they both went up the stairs and down the hall. Tawnee was wondering if Will was angry with her or not, if he blamed her. He seemed as though he was in some sort of a trance. She continued on to her room as he stayed by his door. "Goodnight, Tawnee. Don't go sneaking out and doing anything stupid, okay? Are you alright?" The sound of Will's voice and his question made Tawnee relax a little, though she still had a sick feeling in the pit of her stomach. "I'm worried about you. Can I change and come talk to you? Please?" "Yeah, I guess. Door'll be unlocked." He went into his room and closed the door behind him without looking back. While kicking off her uncomfortable shoes and taking off her dress, Tawnee couldn't help but feel for Will. She had never seen his feelings so hurt, even after the most brutal teasing that she had put him through. She hung the dress on a hook on the back of her bedroom door and put on a pair of shorts and a night shirt. It wasn't really like her to feel sorry for anyone, but the distress of her brother was killing her. She practically ran down the hall and into his room. Will was sitting in a ratty old chair that rested beside his bed with his head in his hands. It was an overstuffed monster that used to belong to his father, until his mother made him get rid of it. He and his dad had hid it in his room instead of putting it out in the trash. The thing was comfortable. By the time his mother found out about it, it was too late. Will had laid his claim to it. He felt as though he should have known that Amanda was too good to be true. Girls like her didn't just change and go out with guys like him. It was kind of sad how easily it was that he was fooled. If it wasn't for the dumb luck of running into her, who knew how long he would continue to be fooled for? Tawnee at least had some idea that something was up, she just didn't know exactly what it was. He was more or less blindsided. "Will? Come on, say something." It was his sister, he hadn't even noticed that she had come in. He looked up to see that she was standing right in front of him. "Oh, heh, I was zoning out. How ya doing? That must have been freakin' terrible for you." "Me? I'm all right. I don't need those guys. It's not right what she was trying to pull with you. Fucking Doug, stringing you along. You don't deserve it and I feel like it's my fault. I'm so sorry, Will. Please don't hate me." She gave him a weak smile and put a hand on top of his head, admiring his new cut. Before his trip to the barber, she would never have gotten her hand anywhere near the rat's nest he used to sport. He smiled back a little. "You may be a bitch, but you're not a cheater or a liar. Well, maybe just little lies when you're robbing me. You thought you were doing something really nice for me by helping me hook up with Amanda. How can I hate you? I hate myself. I should have known. Guys like me don't get girls like her. That's just the way it is. Now that I've seen her for what she is, it makes me sick to think that I wanted her so bad in the first place. What the hell is wrong with me?" "Oh Will. Scoot back a little, huh?" she suggested. He did and she sat down on the chair with him, sort of half on his lap, half on the arm of the chair. She pulled his head into her chest, trying to comfort him. "There's nothing wrong with you. You'll be okay. It sucks right now, but you'll be okay." Will had to adjust himself and his sister so that they could sit better in the chair. She ended up sideways and more directly on his lap than before, but they were both more comfortable. He couldn't really remember the last time that he had hugged his sister. He knew that he must have at some point during their lives, but it surely was a good many years ago. "Thanks, Tawnee. I won't tell anyone that you let me hug you." "You can tell whoever you want. I'm not that much of a monster. I kind of like it, actually. I might sit here and let you hug me for a while." She wasn't lying. She did like it. It was nice to be touched by someone who actually appreciated her. Whether she deserved it or not was a different matter, but Will's affection was genuine. "I know that you won't actually admit it, but I think that you're probably hurting a little, at least. I want you to know that if you ever need anything, to talk, or maybe just someone to sit around with you so that you're not alone, just let me know, okay? 'Cause I might need something like that sometimes," he told her. "I think I could do that," she replied holding him a little tighter. She was hurting, and she wasn't sure exactly what to do about it. Sitting with Will seemed to be helping. They sat like that together for quite some time. At some point, she was certain that she could feel Will get an erection as it was poking into the outside of her thigh, but that didn't bother her. It wasn't like he was trying to be gross about it or anything, and the poor guy had been getting teased for the last two weeks by that whore Mandy. She didn't say anything or pick on him, he got a pass on that one. Eventually, she had to get up and go back to her room. Will stayed in the chair until she left, but just as soon as she closed the door behind her, she heard her brother lock it. Pretty certain that she knew what that meant, she wasn't sure if she was grossed out by it or not. The only reason that she could think of that he would lock the door would be so that he could jerk off without being interrupted. She had just sat on his lap for like forty-five minutes. She decided not to worry about it. If he wanted to masturbate, he could masturbate. Just because she was his sister didn't mean that she couldn't turn him on, it would seem. It was kind of weird, but she found the thought of it strangely exciting. For the time being, she decided to keep the thought to herself. ***** Will found it difficult to look his sister in the eye the next day. It wasn't because of the incident at the bar, which was its own little catastrophe, it was what happened after that. She had been trying to make him feel better, and she did. It was just that by the time that she had left his room he was so horny that he couldn't hardly stand it. He had furiously masturbated as soon as she walked out the door and felt guilty as hell about it. Luckily, he was able to avoid her for most of the day. He was laying on his bed listening to some soul-crushing music through an enormous set of headphones that were nearly antiques when he felt his foot being slapped. It was Tawnee. He pulled the headphones off to see what she wanted. "Hey, I'm doing some laundry. Got anything you want to throw in?" she asked. "Just the stuff from yesterday, in my hamper there. Don't worry about it." "Okay. We're on our own for dinner tonight. What do you think you might want?" "I'll make a sandwich or something if I get hungry." Tawnee looked at her brother and frowned. He had been laying in bed all day, sulking like a little girl. "Don't be a little bitch, you can't cry into your pillow for the rest of your life. Your supposed to try and make me feel better and you laying there in a puddle of tears just doesn't do it for me." That, at least, brought a small grin to his face. "Well, I apologize for having my heart ripped to pieces like that, I'll try not to do it again. What can I do to make you feel better?" he asked. "Get out of bed, for one thing. Then take a shower. Then, you're gonna take me to Taco Bell. After that, you can go back to feeling sorry for yourself." "Alright," he conceded, "I guess I can do that." Will found that his spirit had brightened somewhat after his shower and trip to the restaurant. Tacos weren't his favorite thing in the world to eat, but one once in a while wouldn't kill him, he supposed. Tawnee didn't seem any different than usual, except that she was wanting to spend time with him. That was certainly different, but given the circumstances it was understandable. "I saw that you burned a lot of DVD's," she said from the other side of the booth. He had a whole shelf of them in his room. "Yeah, I probably got a couple hundred," he replied. "You download them from the internet?" "You don't work for the government, do you?" he asked. "What do you think, numbnuts? I'm asking because that's what I was trying to do when I scrambled my computer, now I'm too afraid to try it again. Do you think you could help me?" "Yeah, I'll help ya. You got to be really careful with crap like that because you're delving into a rather seedy part of the internet. But it can be done. Usually. Depends on what you want." "The Godfather." He cocked his head sideways. "Really?" It didn't really seem like something that she would be interested in. "Really. I'm too cheap to actually buy the movie, which, I know would be the 'right' thing to do. We're going to study it in my film arts class here in a couple of days now and I've never seen it. I don't really want to, I have to, and I need a hard copy. I signed up for the class because I thought it would be an easy credit, but it's a real drag." "I've already got all the Godfathers. You're welcome to them. You might like it, I don't know. It's super long." "That's cool that you've got it. You want to watch it with me when we get home?" "Sure, I guess. Don't have anything else going on. It's pretty good. We're gonna need a lot of popcorn, though." It turned out that Will was right about the movie, it was super long. Tawnee didn't think it was terrible, but it really wasn't her cup of tea. She was also finding it hard to stay awake as the film moved toward its third hour. "Can you pause it, Will?" she asked, rubbing her eyes. "I have to use the bathroom and I think I'll change into my pajamas. Maybe if I get up and move around a little I might be able to stay up and see the end of it." "Sure. I think I'll change, too." "Why don't we watch the rest of it in your room? We're heading upstairs, anyway. Mom and Dad will probably be home soon and I don't feel like listening to them blab about whatever they were up to." "Good idea," he agreed. They both loved their parents, but neither one of them were in the mood to talk with them that night. Will collected the DVD and left the living room for the more private confines of his bedroom. He changed into some pajama pants and an old tee shirt, then tried to find the spot where they had left off in the movie. He had just finished when Tawnee came in wearing a thin nightgown. Why'd she have to wear that? Depending on how she moved, you could see every luscious curve of her body. Really well in some cases. Will decided that he would have to pay close attention to the movie. He hopped on the bed and asked his sister if she was ready to start watching again. "Well, um, I was kind of hoping we could sit like we were last night." She sounded almost as though she was afraid to ask. "Uh...I don't know. Why don't you take the chair and I'll stay here." "Oh come on. I liked cuddling with you. It felt good, didn't it?" she asked. "Yeah, it felt good..." "Are you afraid that something might pop up?" she asked, batting her eyelids dramatically. "Don't worry about it. It's just you and me." "You know what's gonna happen. It feels like you're trying to trick me." "Do you really think that I'd try to trick you after what just happened to us? It's not a trick, I just want to cuddle with you and watch the end of the movie." Will relented. He didn't have anything against hugging his sister, he wanted to. Its just that she was so fucking hot that he didn't think that she realized the extent of the turmoil that it put him through. He wasn't supposed to be so damn attracted to her, and now she was purposely doing something that she knew was going to turn him on. And there was the question of why. Maybe she was just wanting to be held. Maybe she secretly liked torturing him, always a possibility. There was maybe something else, but he didn't want to give it much thought at the moment. He moved from his bed to the overstuffed chair and waited for whatever fate would bring him next. Tawnee climbed on top of him and snuggled tight against his chest. She had pulled a blanket from his bed and covered them both with it. "There, that's not so bad, is it?" she asked, settling in. She wiggled around a little and could already feel his erection pressing into the outside of her thigh. "So soon Will? Are you comfortable?" Will braced himself for whatever tongue lashing that he was about to receive. He should have known better than to totally set himself up for ridicule. "I'm okay. I'm sorry about...it." "It's natural. Start the movie." They watched the last half hour or so of the movie without further mention of Will's state of arousal. It was obvious, no sense continually pointing it out. Though it did feel fantastic having Tawnee sitting there with him, he was happy to see the credits roll. He was going to have to get her out of his room so that he could take care of business. "Well, it's over," he said. "Yeah," she agreed. Tawnee didn't really want to move. Sitting there with Will's arms around her made her feel so...nice. He didn't expect anything from her, didn't tell her to do anything. He was just holding her. She knew that it must have been taking its toll on him, however. Sitting there with an erection for so long must have been driving her brother close to insanity. He didn't complain, though. She reluctantly kicked the blanket off and stood up. Much to the shock of her brother, she kissed him on the cheek before she left. He was certain that she hadn't ever done that before. "I just wanted to say that we're both old enough to know that it's kind of weird that we sat there like that and watched a movie. But I really liked it and it meant a lot to me, and I know that you might feel embarrassed about it. Don't be. I'm not gonna let anyone know. I hope you don't think I'm creepy. Now I'm gonna go before I say something even more stupid. You don't have to lock your door, I won't disturb you." Tawnee turned to leave, flee really. She wasn't sure what the hell was going on in her head, but she was being flooded with confusion all of a sudden. And she felt like she about to cry. She hated that. William wondered what had happened to his sister. The girl that was leaving his room surely didn't sound anything like her. "Tawnee!" he yelled. She stopped. "I don't think you're creepy and I don't think anything you said was stupid. I liked it, too. I mean it's nice to hold someone, you know?" She agreed. "Yeah, it is. Night, Will." "Goodnight." ***** It took a few days, but Tawnee was finally starting to feel like she was getting her emotions under control. Most of them, anyway. She no longer felt as though she would murder Mandy on sight, maybe just poke her eyes out or something. She wasn't feeling lonely to the point of despair from missing Doug, either. She hadn't mentioned it to Will, barely even acknowledged the feelings herself. Doug had treated her as something little more than a sex object and despite that, she missed him. He wasn't exactly at the top of the food chain as far as men went and he had rejected her, something which Tawnee found to be both sobering and troubling at the same time. What was a little more troubling was how she was feeling about Will. It was taking an awful lot of self control not to go running off to his room every night. He wasn't the only one that got turned on when they sat together, either. She was also afraid of what it would do to his mind if she kept going back. Tawnee wasn't completely certain of how his worked, but hers was filled with thoughts and images of doing things with him that they really shouldn't be doing. She didn't know exactly why she wanted to be with him so bad, but she did and it was killing her. That's the condition that she was in, laying in her bed during the middle of the night. Wide awake, restless, hoping that she hadn't damaged Will beyond repair with her selfishness. Torn with thoughts of trying to tempt him to do something that they shouldn't. When she heard her door open a crack and her brother's voice, the shiver of excitement that shot through her body just about drove her from under the covers to the ceiling. "Tawnee? Are you awake?" he half-whispered. "I'm awake. Is everything okay?" she asked, sitting up, flipping on the light on her nightstand. He entered the room and closed the door behind him. "I don't know. Can't sleep. I...I don't know." Tawnee frowned. Will looked distressed. "I'm having a hard time getting to sleep, too," she told him. He looked like a nervous cat getting ready to bolt. "Do you want to talk?" "Yeah, I do." "It's me, isn't it? I crossed the line the other night and I shouldn't have. I did it because it felt good, and it was selfish. I'm sorry. I didn't think about how it could hurt you and..." "Just stop right there, would ya? I don't know exactly what it is that you think you've done to me, but you haven't hurt me. Have you been up all night worrying about that?" "Maybe, yeah." "Well, that was one of the most amazingly wonderful things that's ever happened to me. I've been kind of missing you since you left my room that night." "Really? You don't think I'm some weirdo?" "Of course I do. You changed from the biggest raging bitch that I've ever seen to the sweetest girl that I've ever met. I don't know how that happened, but I was kind of hoping that you'd stay this way. But I don't want you to be worried or sad. I want you to be happy," he explained. "I don't know what the hell is going on with me, Will. I think I'm losing my mind. Will you stay with me for a little while?" "I was hoping you would ask me that." Tawnee pulled the covers back and patted a spot beside her on the bed, inviting her brother to lay down. He crawled in as she shut off the lamp and then covered them back up. She snuggled close to him and sighed happily when he pulled her tight against him. "We probably shouldn't be in bed together," she told him. "Yeah, I know," he replied, twirling the soft ends of her hair idly through his fingers. "It would be kind of hard to explain to Mom and Dad if they came up here. Can you ever remember them coming upstairs in the middle of the night to check on us?" "No, but I'm usually sleeping," he said. "Do you want me to leave?" "I'm not that worried. I'll think of something to tell them if I have to. My alarm's set for seven, that's okay, right?" "Fine with me." "I'm glad you came in, Will." "I'm glad you asked me to stay." ***** The droning from the alarm instantly brought Tawnee out of a deep sleep. She was having a pleasant dream of some sort, but she couldn't quite grasp what it was about. When she rolled over so that she could silence the alarm she realized that Will was still in bed with her. He was stirring slightly, but wasn't fully awake yet. They must have drifted apart at some point during their slumber; the last that Tawnee remembered they were in each other's arms. It may have not been socially acceptable, but it was a good cure for their sudden insomnia. "Will," she said, shaking him. "Time to get your butt movin'." He groaned a bit, but sat up and opened his eyes. "Feels like I just laid down." "Yeah, it was pretty late." Will swung his feet to the floor and stood from the bed. He turned to look at his sister who was doing the same. He had always known that she was attractive, but she seemed even more so lately. Now that he had held her up close, felt her breath on his cheek, he couldn't hardly help but want to throw her back down on the bed and ravage her in a manly fashion. He wasn't quite that manly, though, so instead her took her hand and kissed the back of it. Tawnee smiled a curious smile. "What was that?" "I just wanted to thank you for helping me get to sleep. And I thought I'd kiss you. I'll see ya after school, okay?" "Yeah. Stay out of trouble and I'll see you tonight," she replied. She watched him leave the room, thinking that was nice and all, but she was left with the feeling that she wanted a real kiss. There was no doubt in her mind that it was going to happen, especially if they kept sleeping in the same bed. Probably something more than that was bound to happen if they did. She wasn't going to lie to herself and pretend that she and her brother would just keep hugging each other and call it good. There were too many hormones involved, on both sides. Kind of a mess, what they were getting themselves in. There was an easy way to get rid of the mess before it got out of control. All they had to do was stop doing things like her sitting on his lap or sleeping in the same bed. The thing was that she didn't want to stop. What she wanted was to be able to enjoy spending time with her brother. He made her feel good about herself and he was about the only guy in the world that she could say that she totally trusted. If she wanted to hold onto him while they watched an old movie, then she felt like she ought to be able to. If they wanted to be together so they could relax and get some sleep, then what was wrong with that? If she wanted to kiss him and maybe do other things that would make them both feel good, then they ought to be able to do that, too. But of course, all that wasn't so easy. It would have been if he was just about any other guy on the planet. He wasn't though, he was Will. In the absence of a time machine, Tawnee was fairly certain that it wouldn't be possible to go back and un-fuck her brother if the situation went south. She had never put so much worry and thought into a potential sexual relationship before. Did everyone feel like this at some point when they found someone that made them happy? It was fucking painful. Tawnee had the displeasure of sharing a couple of her classes with Amanda. They hadn't spoken since their run in at the bar, and she had a hard time looking at the girl. She had trusted her and loved her dearly as a friend. It was hard for her to believe that Mandy could be so stupid and slutty. The slutty part she could at least understand, actually, but why the hell would she try and date her brother at the same time she was boning her ex? It was like she was just begging to get her ass kicked for some reason. That's why she found it so surprising that she was approached by her when the bell rang. "Hey Tee. Can I talk to you for a minute?" she asked, cheerful as can be. She must have felt confident that Tawnee wouldn't attack her while they were on campus. She knew that she wouldn't risk doing anything to get her kicked out of school. "I don't want to sound rude, but what the fuck do you want?" Tawnee's eyes narrowed with wariness. There were a couple of other girls, underclassmen, standing slightly behind and off to the side of Amanda, Tawnee knew that she hung out with them once in a while. One was a pig-faced girl named Molly that had a tendency to leak snot from her over-sized nostrils when she laughed. She had seen the other one around and while the girl didn't resemble a farm animal, she couldn't remember what her name was. Maybe she didn't have one. Her glasses and outfit made her look like maybe she was born in a laboratory and raised by scientists. Mandy sighed, she knew this wasn't going to be easy. "Look, I know I messed up. Bad. I wanted to say I'm sorry. The thing with Doug and I, it just kind of happened. We got together a couple of times, that was it. I mean, we weren't going out or anything, and we're sure not seeing each other anymore." "Good for you." Mandy huffed in slight frustration. "What I'm trying to say is that I wanted things to be different with Will. I didn't plan on seeing him the same time as Doug. You kinda pushed us together, so I wanted to take things slow and really get to know him. I wasn't trying to cheat on him or anything, I mean, we had barely gotten started," she tried to explain. "Listen, I don't care about Doug or what you did with him. I'm over him and whatever fucked up thing that we had. Besides, he and I were already split when you came into the picture..." Mandy cut her off. "Yeah, about that...I think I did that." The two girls that were witnessing the confrontation stiffened with anticipation. They were sure that there was to be an outbreak of violence at any second. Tawnee looked to the ceiling and grunted in annoyance. Her hands were full of books, which she was considering using as weapons. "Stop! Stop right there, I don't want to hear it. Unbelievable. I trusted you. Will trusted you. Now we don't since you couldn't keep your legs closed for a couple of days. Fuck!" she shouted, walking away a few steps. She stopped and turned back to Mandy, lowering her voice to an angry growl. "Give me a reason why I shouldn't gut you like a fish. 'Cause really, I'm thinking about putting you in the ground." Amanda blinked, trying to think of a good answer. "Because it's wrong to hurt people?" she wondered. "You obviously don't care if people get hurt. Just stay away from me and my brother. Me especially, or I'll show you my version of hurt." Tawnee began again to walk away. She had said all that she had to say. "Well, I'm sorry!" Mandy shouted at her back. Tawnee kept walking. She had better things to do than to stand around and get ulcers listening to Mandy try and explain why she was such a whore. She got it. The girl did something bad, got caught, now she was sorry and wanted to apologize. Did Tawnee forgive her? No. Time to move on. ***** After having totally ditched her social life in favor of concentrating on schoolwork, Tawnee found that her life was now rather dull. She supposed that she didn't really mind it that way, but she wasn't used to being bored. All of her homework was done by dinner time and now that that was over, she was searching for something to do. There was only so much studying that she could do before her brain stopped accepting new information. She'd just heard her brother come thundering up the stairs from wherever it was that he had been, so she decided to go bug him. It would have been hard for her to believe if it had been a couple of weeks ago, but now she was excited that he was home. "Hey," she greeted, throwing his door open. "Hi" Will had only been home for about two seconds and had just flopped down on his bed. He was hoping for a few minutes by himself at least to clear his head, "I'm bored," she announced, taking a seat in the comfy chair. "So, where have you been?" "I'm sorry, Mom. Am I late for something?" He sounded as though he was a touch annoyed. "Don't be a scrotum-biter. I'm just trying to make conversation." "Heh, sorry. I just had a little meeting with Mandy and I'm not in the best of moods," he told her. "Oh? I had a little chat with her today, too. I thought that I made it clear that she should stay away from you. She must be dumber than I thought. What did she say to you?" she asked. Her curiosity was piqued. "You go first." "Um, okay, I guess." Tawnee went on to repeat what she remembered of the brief conversation that she had with the girl earlier that morning. "What did she say to you?", she asked again. "Well, she basically just told me how sorry she was and that Doug didn't mean anything to her. She left out the part about sleeping with him while you two were still going out. I don't think she actually was, to tell you the truth. I think she probably just said that to piss you off," he paused and exhaled with a loud breath. "I just don't get you girls at all. She asked me if I was still mad. Still mad? I know it's been like two whole weeks since we caught her lying and cheating, but yes, I'm still mad. I still have the knife stuck in my fucking back, for Christ's sake." "Not all girls are like that, Will. Even her, slut as she is. I can't remember her actually cheating on any of her boyfriends. Normally she'd just use them until she got bored, then move on to the next one." "I know, I know. She wanted to know if there was any way that I would consider forgiving her. I know she's not stupid, does she just think that I'd be blinded by wanting to go out with her for so long that I'd just disregard what happened? And you know what sucks? What really, really sucks? Part of me still wants to be with her for some reason. I always thought that she was this wonderful, pretty girl that I'd never in a million years have a shot with. It took thirteen days for that dream to get ruined." Tawnee was silent for a few moments. She understood her brother's frustration, even the part about wanting to be with Mandy after everything that had taken place. Part of her still missed Doug, even though he was a deadbeat asshole. She spoke once that she was sure that he was done venting. "I can't tell you what to do, Will. I know where you're coming from. One thing I can tell you, though, if you get back together with Mandy, I'm never gonna touch you again," she said in a soft voice. That got his attention. He sat up and looked directly into his sister's eyes. "I'm not getting back together with her. I believe that she's sorry. Hell, I even believe that she'd make an honest effort to be a good girlfriend. But, I also believed her before I knew she was lying to me to cover for seeing Doug. Even if I forgive her, which I probably won't, I'd never be able to look at her the same way again. Trust just doesn't come back as easy as it goes. I don't want drama, and I don't want her." "Good. Have anything else to talk about that's no so fucking depressing?" she asked. It was a relief to think that Will wasn't going to fall back into the clutches of her former best friend turned enemy. Especially considering the feelings that she was having for him, herself. "Not really I guess." He grinned a little. "You said you'd never touch me again if I got back with Mandy. Does that mean you plan on touching me?" "Will! What a dirty mind you have. You know what I meant." He chuckled and lay back on his bed. "I don't know. I thought you were talking about something inappropriate." "Maybe I was." She propped her feet up on the bed and ran her toes down the length of Will's jeans on the outside of his leg. "What would you do if I did?" William went from a half-joking mood to feeling as though he may have been having a heart attack in less than a second. Perhaps it was a panic attack, he wasn't sure, he'd never had either one before. He had unquestionably enjoyed the newfound relationship that he had going on with his sister, but they were right on the edge of stepping morally out of bounds. He didn't care a whole lot about what the rules were on this sort of thing, but he did care about the girl that was sitting in his chair. "I don't know. If something like that happened, we'd just have to see, I guess." She stopped stroking his leg with her toes and put her feet back on the floor. "One of these days, maybe." She stood from the chair and moved to the edge of the bed. "Maybe even today. When you came in my room last night, I was kind of hoping that we could talk about some things," she whispered, reaching out as if she was getting ready to climb on the mattress. Three solid knocks on the door. Tawnee's eyes rolled back in her head in frustration. "What the fuck?" she mouthed, without actually saying the words. Will groaned inwardly, equally as frustrated. He wasn't sure what was about to happen, but thought that he probably would have enjoyed it. "Will? Do you know where your sister is? She's not in her room and she won't answer her phone. She was just here a little while ago." It was their mother, talking through the door. Tawnee stood up straight and took a step away from the bed. "Yeah, Ma. I'm in here." The knob turned and their mother stood in the doorway, looking perturbed. "I thought you were allergic to your brother. Listen, the school just called a few minutes ago and it sounded kind of serious. Have you been having problems with your friend Amanda?" Tawnee's mouth hung half-open in shock and confusion. "Yeah, I've been having problems with her, and she's not my friend anymore. What did she do now?" Her mother frowned. "Well, apparently you threatened to kill her today. The school has a strict no-murder policy and they're concerned for her safety. We have to have a meeting in the morning with a councilor. Do you want to tell me what the hell is going on?" Tawnee's mind flashed back to that morning when she had been approached by Amanda. Now things were making more sense. The two girls that were observing the argument were there for witnesses. Mandy had told her about sleeping with Doug while they were still going out because she knew what kind of reaction it would invoke. The girl was good, Tawnee didn't think that she had it in her to be such a rotten bitch. But, she had spent years learning from one of the best. Tawnee gave her mother the cliff notes of the situation while the older woman stood there and shook her head. Janice wasn't old enough to have forgotten what it was like to be her daughter's age, but she couldn't quite understand why the kids wanted to turn their lives into a soap opera. "For God's sake, Tawnee. What did you do to her? No one just turns on someone like that. You must have done something to really piss her off." "God, Mom, I swear, I don't know. We were fine, I thought, right up until we saw her and Doug at the bar." Her mother continued to frown. "And you don't actually plan on killing her do you?" "Well, no. I can't believe that she told the freakin' school that. You don't think I'll get kicked out or anything, do you?" Tawnee asked. She felt her dinner doing a slow-roll in her stomach. "I hope the hell not. Especially since you never laid a hand on her," Janice replied. She looked at her son, who was trying to pretend that he wasn't there. "So what do you have to say about all this, Will? What's going on with Amanda?" Nervously, William swallowed. Normally quite cheerful and mellow, he had seen this other side of his mother before. She was not someone that he wanted to cross. "Oh, I really don't know, Mom. I mean, you can't expect me to figure out what goes on in girls' heads. I'm not even sure what's going on in mine. I never really knew Mandy all that well up until a couple weeks ago, and she seemed pretty nice to me. Right up to the point when we caught her with Doug, I guess. Don't be mad at Tawnee, okay? I think it's pretty amazing that she didn't kill her, you know? I mean, look what Mandy did to her and she walked away both times when she could have did something to get into real trouble. Lots of people would have at least slapped the bitch." Tawnee looked to her brother and dared a tiny smile in the presence of her mother. Janice saw it while she was digesting the words of her son. Her attitude and tone softened somewhat. She turned to her glossy eyed daughter. "I'm not mad at you, Tawnee, I'm just mad at the situation. I know you're old enough to handle things on your own and I try to stay out of your business. If you need anything, talk to me. Let's not let anything else happen, okay? I'll see you in the morning and we'll go see your councilor and straighten this mess out." "Okay, Mom," Tawnee agreed. "Are you okay with what all happened, Will? It sounds like you pretty much got the shaft," Janice pointed out. She wanted to at least let him know that she didn't think it was very nice, what he had went through. "Oh, I'm all right. Tawnee's been taking care of me," he told her. Janice smiled for the first time since going upstairs. "Well, she should, she's your big sister. You two don't stay up too late." She left William's room and shut the door behind her. Still not happy as she returned to the living room, she at least drew some comfort that her children had decent heads on their shoulders. Even if one of them was in trouble for making a death threat. Tawnee sat on the edge of her brother's bed with her head in her hands. She felt his arm come around her shoulders. She also felt rather sick inside after her mother's news delivery. "Will, I don't feel like...doing whatever I was gonna do before Mom showed up." She realized that a few minutes ago, she had every intention of seducing her brother. That moment of lust had passed. "Hey, I don't expect you to do anything. I'm not gonna try anything, I promise. I haven't yet, have I?" "No," she sniffled. "If I hadn't seen it, I'd swear that you didn't have a dick at all." Will wasn't sure if that was supposed to be a compliment or what. It was kind of irritating, really. "You know, sometimes instead of saying exactly what you're thinking, you could probably keep some things to yourself." "What do you mean by that?" she asked, seemingly going on the defensive. "I mean that you can offend people by saying things like 'you swear they didn't have a dick'. I'm not sure what you even mean by that, but it sounds kind of mean. I think most of what you say is pretty hilarious, but some people take exception. Like when you kept calling Mandy a slut right to her face and in front of her friends. I think she got sick of it." She shrugged his arm off and gave him a stern look. "I'm not trying to be funny. What I just said about you I said because I think it's nice that I can sit with you and cuddle with you and not have to worry that the only reason you're doing it is to have sex with me. I called Mandy a slut all those times because that's what she is. It's not like I was saying anything that everyone didn't know. I still liked her, she was still my friend." "Alright, I can understand that you were trying to be nice with what you said about me, and I appreciate it. I don't know exactly what's going on with Mandy right now, but I know for a fact that she didn't like the way that you treated her in front of other people. She's probably trying to get back at you." "Fuck! You think that's why she's being such a cunt? What should I do? I want to knock her teeth out, but I can't now that she's made a formal complaint. She staged all that this morning just so she could. That bitch!" Tawnee spewed, clenching her hands into fists. William wasn't sure if anything that he said to his sister at this point would sway her thinking or not. She probably needed some kind of therapy and medication. "Calm down, Tawnee, for goodness sake. She's got you right by the short hair here and getting angry is playing right into her hand. That's what she wants you to do, and look how easy it is to make you mad. She knows better than anyone exactly how to set you off. Just don't fall for it." Tawnee huffed. "Well what should I do, then?" "I don't know. You could try apologizing." "Apologize to her? For what? She's trying to ruin my life." Will shook his head, laid back on his bed, and shouted to the ceiling. "Did you not just hear anything that I said? Tell her you're sorry about all the mean shit that you've ever said about her. And yeah, even if it was true, at least pretend you're sorry about it. You don't have to go back to being her best friend, but at least show her that you understand that you really hurt her feelings. You do understand that's what you did, right?" Tawnee wasn't used to being talked to like that by Will. It was beginning to sink in that he was probably right and that he was trying to help her. "Yeah. It's just kind of hard for me to admit it, I guess. But what about what she did to you? I can't just forgive her for that. I don't care about many people, but you're one of them. She deserves to burn. Why didn't you say any of this to Mom when she asked you?" "I'd much rather tell you than Mom. And Tawnee, I love the fact that you'd be willing to avenge my hurt feelings by setting another girl on fire, I do. It's one of the weirdest and sweetest things that anyone has ever said to me. It's just that it won't do anyone any good if you end up in prison or kicked out of school or something like that. I want you to be around, and I want you to be happy. Just let it go," he advised. "And let her win?" "Don't think of it like that. You'd just be putting an end to things before something ridiculously terrible happens. Besides, I feel like I'm the one that's won out of all this. I've got to really get to know you and get close to you. Beyond that crazy, beautiful shell on the outside and all the dark energy just under the surface, I know there's something even more beautiful in there. Not many people have gotten to see it, but I have and I think it's the most wonderful thing in the world. I know you probably think that's dumb or cheesy, but that's how I feel." "God, Will," she said with a sigh. "That did sound pretty cheesy, but I appreciate it. How come when you say things like that, even when they're dumb, that it makes me feel so good? I'll go along with whatever you say, but I 'm worn out inside. I don't want to talk about it anymore. Can we watch a movie and just sit together?" she asked. "Sure. Pick one out. Something that'll cheer you up." "How about 'Saw'? That always makes me feel better when I'm feeling sad. I'll grab it from my room." "You need to see a doctor." ***** The meeting that Tawnee had with the school councilor the next morning was a short one. She explained her position and made known her intentions of trying to smooth things over with Amanda. Janice, obligated to be there since she paid the bills, asked the councilor if the two girls were the only ones in the history of the school to ever have an argument. She also pointed out that she was having to miss work for the little meeting and thought that it was absolute bullshit. Tawnee didn't know if her mother was helping her case or not, but she admired her for the stance that she took. The councilor, a tall, balding man of indeterminate age was not there to cause problems, he told them. He was just trying to make sure that the environment that the students had to endure was a peaceful one. They were all adults, after all. Sometimes he had to make a friendly reminder so that people behaved like one. Tawnee was advised to settle her differences or stay away from Amanda completely. Tawnee thought that the whole process was a huge waste of time. She imagined that Amanda probably knew what she would think of having a meeting with a councilor about getting along with people. Amanda probably thought that she would lose her temper and would tell the guy to take his bald fucking head and go find an oven someplace to stick it in. She didn't though, she kept her cool. On the outside at least. After saying goodbye to her mother, Tawnee was able to track down Amanda before she got to her first class. She was walking down a corridor with the pig-faced Molly. An audience again, yay. "Mandy, we have to talk." Amanda had seen Tawnee approach and was waiting for her with the tiniest of arrogant grins. "What?" "I know what you've been doing, and I think I know why you've been doing it." "Oh? I've got to get to class, so say what you're gonna say." Tawnee had already felt pretty much humiliated before she started talking to Amanda, now she felt like the girl was just rubbing it in. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I've been such a bitch to you and I said a lot of things that I shouldn't have. I probably deserve what all's happened. I don't want things to get real bad between us. You were my best friend for a long time and I fucked it up." Mandy pondered Tawnee's apology. The words were all right, yet it still didn't sound authentic. She would have liked to have heard something that sounded like it came more from the heart. "Impressive, but who told you to say that? I can't imagine that all of a sudden that you realized what a terrible bitch you've been all on your own." Tawnee was beside herself. Here she was, trying to suck it up and apologize to this twat, but Mandy just kept twisting the screws. "Will did, okay? You were right, he is fun to talk to, and he helped me figure out what the fuck is going on because I was too stupid to figure it out on my own," she spat. Mandy raised her eyebrows. Now it sounded like Tawnee was getting a little more real. "I lost my boyfriend and my best friend and I'm trying to say I'm sorry but it's fucking hard! Now I'm losing my mind. You win, okay? You fucking win." Tears were starting to form, though it was hard to tell if they were from guilt or anger. Amanda was satisfied that there had been some sort of a breakthrough. Perhaps Tawnee had learned something, after all. It was a terrible way to have to be taught a lesson, but if anyone had deserved it, it was her. Still, she felt a touch of regret that it had to be that way. If only she had never seen her with Doug in the bar...oh well. What was done was done. "Listen, Tee. I've done a bunch of shit that I'm not proud of, too. I don't want things to get real bad, either. I'm done, alright? I didn't fucking win, neither one of us did. Want to just call a truce?" Part of Tawnee did not want to call a truce. It was the part that would have rather called the Four Horsemen and brought on the Apocalypse. She had come too far to allow that part of her to come to the surface, however. "Okay. See ya around." "Yeah." The rest of the day ticked by at a snail's pace. Tawnee thought that she would experience some sort of relief after apologizing to Amanda. Instead, she was experiencing a kind of mental indigestion. It would flare up every now and then, making it rather difficult to concentrate in class. It was a mixture of guilt, anger, sadness, and loss. For some reason it was all hitting her at once. By the time she got home, her head was aching and she was an emotional wreck. She had the house to herself, so she was able to lay on her bed and weep in peace. ***** Tawnee had a hard time opening her eyes, they were nearly glued shut by the salty crust of evaporated tears. She was pretty sure that she hadn't ever cried like that in her entire life. It was hard enough and long enough that she had exhausted herself and fallen asleep. Sitting up and looking at her alarm clock, she saw that it wasn't too late, but she had slept for quite a while. She also got a glimpse of her reflection in the mirror on top of her dresser showing her how terrible she looked. As luck would have it, Will stuck his head in the door at that exact moment. He could tell that something was going on there. "Hey, you're up. You missed dinner, but I went out and got some ice cream. I got you a milkshake if you want it. Strawberry," he told her. She was hungry, she decided. Breakfast and lunch had been skipped due to nervous tension. Her first meal of the day might as well be a milkshake. Will even remembered what kind was her favorite, something else that made her feel guilty because she had never paid any attention to what kind of ice cream that he liked. Never cared much about anything but herself. She started crying again. Will frowned. "What's wrong, Tawnee?" "I don't know what kind of ice cream you like," she whined. "What? I like chocolate, but I don't think that's anything to cry about." He walked over to her bed and held out her milkshake. "Do you want it?" She took it from him and sucked down a mouthful. "Thank you." "So what's really going on?" "I realized that I've never paid attention to much more than myself. You can remember that I like strawberry milkshakes and I didn't even know that you were dating a girl for six months. I had a bad day and I feel terrible," she admitted. "Well, you can tell me about it, if you want." Tawnee went on to describe everything that had gone on that day, starting from the very beginning. She didn't leave anything out, even all the guilt she was feeling. By the time that she was done with her story and her milkshake, she wasn't crying anymore, at least. She still seemed quite sad, though. "So, do you think I've lost my mind or what?" she asked him. Will had been laying across the foot of her bed and had listened to every word with interest. He was taking his time in answering, he wanted to say something to cheer his sister up, he just wasn't sure what that would be. She poked him in the side with one of her feet. "Will?" "What? Sorry, I wasn't paying attention," he told her. "Are you fucking kidding me?" she asked, having just poured her guts out. "Yes, I'm kidding. I heard everything. I don't think you're crazy, you're just stressed out. I'm proud of you for what you did and said. Mom will be, too. I know that couldn't have been easy for you. I've never had to go through anything like you have. Just because you've been mean to some people doesn't mean that you're a terrible person. Terrible people don't apologize and feel so guilty that they cry themselves to sleep. Take a breath and keep going. You've got a clean slate with Mandy and a clean slate with me. And you never had anything to worry about with me, I love you." "I don't know why. Why would you?" Will shrugged while still laying across the bed. "I can't help it, I guess. I think I just like being with you. Kind of like what you said yesterday." Oh yes, yesterday. She was about to jump her brother's bones when her mother had knocked on the door and brought a halt to that. She had been feeling about the way that she was now. Somehow, her little brother was able to charm his way into her heart. He wasn't really that little, she supposed, she had seen him half-naked. Looking at the clock again, she noted that it was still pretty early. It would be a while before she could count on her parents going to bed. "I love you, too, Will. I need to take a shower and do a little homework. Do you think we could watch another movie later? You can pick tonight." Will agreed and left his sister to do what she needed to get done. He knew that they were playing a twisted little game. But it was their game and no one ever needed to know about it. So far, they hadn't really done anything, but he was sure that something was about to happen when their mother interrupted them. Tawnee had already admitted that she was about to do something when the knock came. He felt slightly guilty that it may be his sister's fragile mental state that was making her physically attracted to him, guilty enough to put a stop to things, especially after seeing the condition that she was in after waking from her nap. An emotional wreck. If it had been any other girl besides his own sister, then he would just roll with it and thank his lucky stars. He wasn't sure if he could live with himself if they took things to the next level and all of a sudden she had a change of heart after whatever bout of mental anguish passed that she was going through. Another thing that Tawnee had said crossed his mind while he wasted time playing on his computer. The hard part was waiting. It would have been easier on him if they hadn't made a plan to meet up and watch a movie. He didn't want to seem like a jerk and go bug her, so he kept waiting. And waiting. Tawnee had finished her homework and had taken her shower. She wandered around downstairs for a bit, getting a drink from the kitchen, and most importantly, made sure that her parents were safely in their bedroom. Tonight, she did not want to get interrupted. She wanted to end the emotional roller coaster of a day on a high note. Will looked happy to see his sister when she entered the room, perhaps a bit nervous. He could sense that something was different with Tawnee as soon as she closed the door behind her. She had a look about her and instead of wearing a nightgown or a nightshirt, Tawnee was dressed in a bathrobe. A rather short, silky bathrobe. "So, what did you pick out for us?" she asked. "Pulp Fiction." "Oh, I like that one." Will let out a deep breath and blinked his eyes a few times. What he had to say was going to be far more difficult than he thought. It was a hell of a lot easier to make up his mind to stop things from going any further than they had already gone when Tawnee wasn't standing in front of him. About the only thing that he could do for a moment was stare and try and keep himself from totally devouring her. "What?" she asked. She had a pretty good idea what. Didn't need to read his thoughts to tell that Will was thinking about all of the nasty things that he could do to her. That was her intention anyway, when she picked out her robe. "Tawnee, you look absolutely fantastic. I probably don't have to tell ya what kind of effect that you've been having on me. I'm just...I'm worried. We've been through a lot here lately, especially you..." His voice trailed off but his eyes continued to roam up and down her body. Too much there not to look at. "You think I've gone crazy 'cause all of a sudden I want to do something we shouldn't do? You must be crazy too, then. It's written all over your face what you want to do." "I can't help it, I guess. But I just don't want us to do something that we'll regret and end up having you hate me for the rest of your life." Tawnee understood what her brother was trying to say, but she had already made up her mind. "I know what you're saying and if you want me to go, then I'll go. I think that would just make us both miserable, though. Haven't you had enough of that? Can't we just have our moment and make each other happy without having to think about it too much? Please?" Will's resolve had crumbled, he couldn't say no. "Okay." They took their customary spots on the old chair and started the movie. They had just gotten comfortable, Will's arm was draped around her and Tawnee sat mostly on his left hip. About three minutes in, she took hold of his left hand with hers and guided it inside of her robe so that it now cradled her right breast. Nothing was said. Will indulged in the soft mounds of Tawnee's chest. She didn't have a huge set of tits, a bit more than a handful though, as the saying goes. He caressed them gently, running his fingertips over her nipples, listening to the changes in her breathing. Then he felt her fingers. At first they traced the outline of his erection through his pajama pants, then her right hand was inside of them, stroking him slowly. She was pleased that he had taken her advice and clipped off all that pubic hair. He used his right hand to move the hair from the side of her face and expose her neck, which he promptly began to kiss. She shivered with the sensation as he kissed his way up her jawline and behind her ear. He moaned slightly as she began to stroke him faster. With all thoughts of actually watching the movie out of mind, Tawnee released her grip on her brother's cock and rose to her feet. As she turned to face him she let her robe fall to the floor. Will had guessed that she probably looked pretty damn good naked, and she did not disappoint. She was a thin girl and didn't have much of an ass on her, but her breasts were things of beauty. Will would have liked it if she would have stood there in front of him for a moment longer so that he could enjoy the view, but she had other plans. Without saying a word, she dropped to her knees and tugged at his pajamas. He worked with her and they pulled them down and off. Will soon lost his shirt and they both were totally naked with him still sitting in the chair and her on the floor in front of him. Tawnee had planned on sucking Will's dick, but found herself being pulled up into his arms. He kissed her slowly as she settled herself on his chair, a knee on either side of his hips. With one hand, he pulled her against him, with the other he caressed her lower back down to her ass and back again. She wrapped her arms around his neck and felt the tip of his cock pressing against her pussy. There wasn't much of a chance of it, but if they were ever going to put a stop to things, that would have been the time. Instead, she eased herself down onto him until all of her weight was on his body and his cock was as deep as it would go, all the while never breaking their kiss. Eventually, she had to pull her lips away so that she could breath and move properly. Will moved his hands to his sister's waist and groaned with delight as she ground against him. When he looked at her face and saw the smile, the look of guilty pleasure, he was solidly reminded that the beautiful woman that was fucking him so lovingly was his sister. It wasn't a shocking realization considering that the two of them had been planning for this to happen, but it was an amazing feeling to actually have it happen. Of course, it was sex and it was supposed to feel good but this felt amazing to William. Tawnee had her brother on her mind every since Amanda had told her that she was thinking about asking him out. She had been curious as to why. After a little study and actually talking to him, she had begun to put it together. He wasn't exceptionally handsome, but not bad, she had decided. He was, however, quite charming. The more that she talked with him and spent time with him the more that she had found herself attracted to him. Now she was attached to him, literally, and it was fantastic. She had been fantasizing about the moment and something about him being her brother really turned her on. Perhaps she would end up burning in hell for it, if such a place existed, but having sex with someone that she was socially forbidden to was fucking hot. This wasn't all about satisfying some lustful itch that needed to be scratched, though. His touch was soft, her kisses were tender. They were making love and they both felt it. It wasn't all that long before Will began to buck his hips, thrusting up and into his sister's grinding pussy. "Tawnee, I'm gonna...oh god," he began to say, on the edge of climax. It was the first words either of them had spoken. "Go ahead, Will," she urged him, bending her head down to kiss. He came while their lips were pressed together and moaned into them the whole time. When the last stream of semen left his body and entered hers, he kissed her back with all his might. She thought it was priceless, the expression on his face while he came. It made her feel good to think that she was responsible for bringing him the pleasure that he was experiencing. "Did you..." he started to ask. "No. But we're not done yet are we?" She had slowed her grind, giving him a moment to recover. She was also wanting to change positions, maybe get out of the chair. He brushed some of the stray hair away from her face, briefly cradling her cheek. "You're so beautiful, Tawnee. What can I do for you? What do you like?" His voice was low and soft, she felt as if she was about to melt on top of him. "I like you, Will. Can we move to the bed?" William wiggled around a bit, rose to his feet, and lifted his sister the short distance over to his bed. He laid her down on the mattress, kissing her belly, tickling her with his lips and causing a few giggles. Sliding her back on the bed a bit, he maneuvered himself so that he was on his knees with his head between her legs, kissing her waxed pubic region. Tawnee began to squirm a bit when his tongue began to lap the folds of her pussy. It was hard for her to believe that he was going to eat her after he had just filled her with his sperm. Not that she was wanting him to stop, she had just never been with a guy that wanted to get cum in their mouth. Doug wouldn't ever have done it. "You just came in me," she reminded him, not that he would have forgotten. Will didn't reply, he was busy. His sister's hand on the back of his head seemed to encourage his efforts. Considering that they were even together at all the way that they were was incredibly kinky, he didn't think that eating her cream pie was really a big deal. Tasting their combined juices was pretty exciting, really. He kept at it for as long as he could stand it, eventually the need to fuck got the better of him. He pulled his head away and gave Tawnee a big, sloppy kiss while sliding back into her pussy with his dick. Physically speaking, Doug was a larger man, in every aspect, than her brother. About the only thing about the guy that she could say that she missed was his cock. It was a thick monster of a tool, and to his credit, he knew how to use it. Will, on the other hand, didn't quite live up to the same standard and she suspected that there were very few men that could. While her brother probably wouldn't be asked to star in any porno flicks in the near future, he wasn't clueless, either. What he was doing at the moment felt pretty fucking great, she knew that and that's what she was focusing on. A nice, slow build to what was soon going to be a magnificent climax. William suspected that his sister was close to having an orgasm. She was digging her finger nails into his back and making sexy little noises every time that he was fully inside of her. He picked up his pace from the steady rhythm that he had been keeping to a rather aggressive drilling. When she did cum, turning her head to scream into the pillow, he was relieved. Will was about to have his second orgasm and would have felt like a failure if he didn't deliver at least one to his beautiful sister. After twenty more seconds of hammering thrusts he was gasping for air and depositing another load. They hugged and kissed and licked and nibbled each other for a bit, basking in the afterglow. "That felt really good," Tawnee declared. "You did really cum, right? You weren't just acting or anything?" "Trust me, that was real," she giggled, rubbing his chest. "Mine was too," he assured her with a smile. She just laughed and snuggled closer, if that was even possible. "You were really sexy. You still kinda are." He didn't look half-bad without a shirt on. "I was a little scared that I'd, you know, disappoint you," he told her, playing with her hair again. He couldn't seem to stop doing that. He loved her hair. "You didn't." Neither one of them felt like doing much more talking than that. They could always talk later, if they felt the need. For the moment, it was getting late and they both had to get to class in the morning. Will made sure that his alarm was set and they risked sleeping in the same bed, hoping that the visit from Janice the night before was nothing more than an anomaly. ***** Will was already up and gone from the bedroom by the time his alarm was rousing Tawnee from her slumber. She had a heck of a time trying to turn the damn thing off; it was shaped like a pyramid and didn't seem to have any buttons on it. It finally ceased its wailing after she banged on each of the surfaces a few times, vowing to scold her brother later for his nerd-toy of a clock. Having taken a shower and changed into her clothes for the day, Tawnee found her mother and brother downstairs before they left. They usually left around the same time, her brother with an early class and her mother for work. Her father got up at some ungodly early hour for work, and he was long gone. "Good morning," she greeted them. "Morning, sunshine," her brother replied, to which she just smiled. Her mother smiled, too. For one thing, it wasn't like Tawnee to be happy and smiling that early in the morning. For another, it was nice to see her and her brother getting along. "Good morning, dear. Glad to see you're having a smiling start to the day for once." "Yeah, it makes me kind of nervous when you look like that, though. Like something bad's about ready to happen to me," Will commented, then taking a bite out of some toast. "I'd never do anything bad to you, Will," Tawnee said, moving toward the fridge. Their mother was heading into the other room and was getting out of hearing range, so she leaned in and whispered into her brother's ear to finish her thought, "unless you want me to." He squirmed a little, but kept smiling, looking off in their mother's direction. It would seem that she still enjoyed making him feel uncomfortable. "Better behave yourself." She grabbed a small bottle of juice from the fridge and took a seat at the table across from her brother. "I will, I promise." In a much lower voice she asked "Are we okay?" "I hope so. Can we talk about it later?" he asked back. William didn't seem too overly concerned about anything, other than their mother overhearing what they were saying. "Sure. Got any big plans tonight? ***** Tawnee couldn't have imagined that things were actually turning out the way that they were. She had just committed an unholy act of incest with her brother and felt pretty good about it. There was always a certain amount of enjoyment that came with having sex, but there was something about what she and Will had done that went beyond that. At least to her, it felt like it was more than just recreational copulation. She had spent a good chunk of the day wondering if her brother felt the same way about it or not. She imagined that he did, but they certainly had a lot to talk about. When William arrived home, his sister's car was out front, so he was pretty sure that she was there. Like her, he had spent a lot of the day thinking about what they had done the night before. It had been fantastic, as far as he was concerned, and he was pretty sure that Tawnee was happy about it. He was also pretty sure that no one else would feel the same way if someone should happen to find out. It wasn't surprising that his sister was waiting for him just inside the door. "Hey," he greeted. "Hi. I, um, I thought I heard John's car, I was just going to look out and see if it was you or not. I've been waiting for you." "Well, it's me." Will smiled. It was interesting to see Tawnee acting a little nervous. He hoped it wasn't because she was about to freak out. Considering their situation, that was a possibility. "Is everything okay?" "Yeah, I guess I've just been anxious to talk to you, is all. Mom and Dad aren't home yet. Are you okay?" she asked. "Yeah, I'm fine. A little nervous to hear what you have to say." "About last night...you have to admit it was kind of weird when you stop and think about it," Tawnee said. Will's heart was sinking. He couldn't really disagree, it was weird. Men and women had been having sex for a long time, perhaps even brothers and sisters thrown into that mix, but in this day and age, their actions were surely to be considered to be socially deviant. "I know what we did isn't something that we probably would want to tell anyone about. I don't know what it says about me, but I liked it." A small, almost shy grin appeared on Tawnee's face, a kind expression that her nature usually prevented. "I think it says that you're willing to do something if it feels really good, even if you're not supposed to. I think it felt good, anyway. And yeah, keeping it quiet goes without saying. I wish that we didn't have to, that's just the way it is." "Yeah." Tawnee wasn't the best at reading people, but she could tell that her brother was feeling nervous and uncomfortable. "Let's not over-think things, okay? I think we both knew what we were doing, right?" Will nodded in the affirmative. "And it felt good, right?" He nodded again. "Well, I was thinking then...um, we could have some fun with it then, if we keep it quiet. I mean, it won't last forever, and I'm not gonna lie, you...you made me feel really good, Will." "You know that I never expected this. I never even thought about anything like this happening until you sat on my lap that first time. It's kind of hard for me to get my head wrapped around it. I know that we're not supposed to, but damn, it did feel good. I mean, a guy like me just doesn't get to be with a girl like you, even if you are my sister, I mean, you're way out of my league. I kinda feel guilty like I'm taking advantage of you or something, like you're in a funk and you must be out of your mind. I want to make you feel good, and there's so much that I wa...I mean, are you sure it's cool?" Will was still somewhat unnerved by the conversation, surreal as it was. Tawnee seemed to be rather calm. She reached out and ran her hand through his hair. Something about having it cut short like that made her just want to touch it. "Will, you're sweet. I might be a little out of my mind, but you're not making me do anything that I don't want to. You can be with any girl that you want, just because they're pretty doesn't mean that they won't like you. Mandy liked you, and she's fucking gorgeous. A fucking bitch/whore, too, but gorgeous. All it takes is a little chemistry. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. You've got the..." The sound of a car in the driveway cut what Tawnee was going to say short. It was their mother. She gave him a quick peck on the cheek. "Later, okay? There's a lot that you want to do, right?" "Yeah," Will replied. He was flush, probably from head to toe, but all Tawnee could see was his face and arms. "How can you be so calm?" he asked. "I'm not feeling all that calm, really. You look like you might be on the edge of having a stroke or something. Try and relax, would ya? Go lick your stamp collection or something, whatever it is that makes you calm down." Will grinned. He didn't have a stamp collection, and his sister knew it. "Sure, sure. What do you do to relax? Pull the wings off flies? Study medieval torture?" "Nope, but lately I've been watching a lot of movies. That really takes the edge off," she replied, causing her brother to shake his head. "I've got a paper that I have to work on, then maybe we could hang out or something?" It was nice that his sister had graduated from just telling him what they were going to do to asking him if he wanted to do something, though Will would have been fine with it, either way. "Sure. After dinner, maybe?" he asked. "What's going on after dinner?" Janice asked, poking her head in the door. "Not a lot," Tawnee said, turning to head up the stairs. "Don't know, yet," Will said, at nearly the same time. Janice wrinkled her brow as her daughter basically fled the room. "Yeah, well, William, would you be a dear and help me with some fabric samples? There are a couple of boxes of them in my car and they're heavier than heavy." "Sure, Ma." Will walked out the front door with his mother while she opened the trunk to her car. "I don't know why the manufacturer would send an old woman something you're need a fork truck to move around. They could have at least broken them up into more reasonable-sized packages." Will shrugged. "Don't know," he said as he bent over the trunk and slid one of the corrugated, plastic boxes over to the edge and tested its weight by picking up on one end. "Good god, that's fabric in there, and not just a solid chunk of concrete?" he asked. He didn't want to look like a wimp in front of his mom, but he didn't want to herniate something, either. He lugged the thing out of there, and straining, took it back into the house. Janice was a manager of a furniture store, and she often received fabric samples such as these. She would fashion custom displays so that customers could check out the different options for upholstering their furniture. She got the door for him. "You're supposed to say, 'you're not that old, Mom'." He grunted. "I will next time, sorry." He set the box down by the couch in the living room and they went out to get the other one. "Take a breather before you get that one, Will. I want to talk to you about your sister." Trying his best not to look worried, Will looked to his mother. "What about her?" There wasn't any way that she thought that they were up to something, was there? "Well, she's been different lately. I know that this whole Doug and Amanda business has messed with her, and I'm worried. She hasn't been going out with her friends, she either looks like she's been crying all night or she's as cheery as cheery can be. I love Tawnee to death, but cheery would not be a word that would normally be used to describe her. Seems to be spending an awful lot of time with you, lately. You'd tell me if something's going on, right? I know you care about her," Janice said. Will swallowed. Now he couldn't help but be worried. "What do you mean, Ma?" "I'm worried that she might be on drugs or something. I know that your father and I have never had to worry about that sort of thing from you two, but the way that she's been acting, well..." "Drugs?" Relief coursed through Will's system, odd considering that his mother had just suggested that his sister was abusing drugs. He thought that was probably better than if she knew what he and the girl were really up to, though. "Definitely not. She's been up and down, there's no doubt about that, but you got to realize that she's had her world change here. She'd been seeing Doug for a long time, and Amanda was really the only close friend that she had. Tawnee's not been going out because she's been wanting to focus on graduating, is all. Been working pretty hard, really." "She has," Janice agreed. "That doesn't explain you. You two getting along better because of what happened? Nothing against you, Will but if I had to pick one of you to be an emotional wreck after a breakup, I would pick you. You've always been the sensitive one." "Geez, Ma, thanks. I only dated Mandy for a couple of weeks, this crap was way harder on Tawnee than it was me. And yeah, I guess it did kind of turn us into kindred spirits, I guess that's what you call it, anyway," he said, grabbing the second box. Will was tired of this conversation. "No need to get huffy about it," Janice said, closing the trunk. "Didn't mean to offend your sensitivity." Though mildly irritated by having his masculinity called into question by his own mother, William managed a small grin. "At least it's not hard to figure out where Tawnee got that smart-ass streak from." "I see that you've ended up with a touch of it, too. Remind me to slap your father for that, later," she said, holding the front door open. Satisfied for the moment that all was reasonably, well, Janice decided to stop acting so worried. She felt like that she knew both of her children well, and it was her duty to figure out what was wrong when one of them began to act out of the ordinary. It was sometimes difficult to see them growing up right before her eyes, though, and she had a feeling that Tawnee had done an awful lot of growing up in the last month or so. Janice was just hoping that whatever the girl had taken away from her recent drama changed her for the better. "You two have plans later, I take it?" she asked as Will put the box next to the other one. She might not still be worried, but she would always be nosy. Her right as a mother. He nodded. "We haven't decided what. Nothing big. Been watching a lot of movies, since Tawnee's taking a film arts class." "Well, just don't make any plans for tomorrow, your father's trying to get tickets for something at the arena," she said. "What?" Janice shook her head. "I have no idea. I heard about it today at lunch and we only spoke for a few minutes. He wants us all to go, though." Will agreed to keep his schedule open, not that there was much of a chance of it filling up. They didn't get to do much as a whole, so when their father made plans for them, they always went along, for better or worse. Usually it was something mundane like bowling or miniature golf. Once he took them deep-sea fishing which turned out to be a vomit-ridden disaster, but for the most part, his activities were bearable, sometimes even fun. Will left his mother to sort through her samples and thought he'd go give his sister the heads up. Tawnee's door was open, so he knocked on the frame. "Hey." She was sitting at her desk, working on her computer. Her natural reaction in the past would be to yell something profane and tell her brother to leave her alone, she told him that she would be working. Able to suppress that, she just turned and asked, "What's up?" "Mom asked me if you were on drugs and Dad wants to make sure that we don't make any plans tomorrow night. I guess there's something at the arena the he wants to take us to see." Tawnee cocked her head to the side. "What? What did you tell Mom? Why does she think I'm on drugs?" "Your mood swings, I guess. She's worried about you not hanging out with your friends anymore and wonders why you've been spending so much time with me. Don't worry, I told her you're not taking drugs. I said basically that you've just had a mental breakdown and you'll be fine," he said. Will tried not to smile, but couldn't help it. Tawnee sighed. "Oh god. You don't think that she thinks, you know, anything's going on with us?" "I don't think so, no." "So, she just thinks I'm crazy? What a relief." Tawnee didn't like her mother worrying about her. That would mean that she would spend more time checking up on her, which would mean that Tawnee would have a harder time doing the things that she wanted to do. Mainly her brother. "I don't think it's that big of a deal. She didn't seem overly concerned or anything." "Yeah, but less of her attention is better, know what I mean?" She turned back to her computer screen briefly, then to her brother. "What do we have to see at the arena tomorrow? I hope it's not Smurfs on Ice or some shit." That sounded a lot like the old Tawnee. "Heh, I don't know, but I would like to think that Dad wouldn't do something like that to us. I told you all I know, didn't mean to interrupt you, just thought you'd want to hear. See you after while." Tawnee's voice softened. "You're fine, Will. See ya." The big news of the evening came over the dinner table when Jacob, husband of Janice and father to Tawnee and Will, revealed that he had gotten a hold box seats to an MMA event at the arena. "That's awesome, Dad! I didn't realize they were in town! How'd you get box seats?" Tawnee asked. She was clearly excited. "A guy over at marketing. Anyway, they're not front row, but we'll have a pretty damn good view and won't have to worry about getting any blood or teeth on us," Jacob said. "Good Lord! Blood and teeth? What's MMA?" Janice asked. "Mixed Martial Arts, dear. Sort of like boxing, only with more action," he explained. Janice frowned, not a big fan of violence. "I don't mean to rain on your parade, but that doesn't sound all that appealing." Will could have went either way. He wasn't a big fan, but it would be something different, and probably would be pretty interesting to see the fights in person. "Come on, Mom. Nothing brings a family together better than to watch grown men tear each other to pieces in an eight-sided ring of death," he said. Tawnee laughed. "Yeah, not only men, but women fight, too. It'll be fun!" Jacob grinned. "See, Janice, it'll be fun." "Hmm, I don't know about you guys, whatever floats your boat. I can always close my eyes, I guess," Janice said. "Better bring some ear plugs, too. They really start to scream when their bones get broken," Will advised. "Yeah, like that one time when that guy was put in an arm-bar, and his elbow popped out, right through his skin! He didn't even tap out, but the ref made him quit," Tawnee said. "He was howling like he was possessed by a demon." "Yeah, I guess he almost bled to death before he made it to the locker room," Will said, popping a meatball into his mouth. Janice put her fork down. "Alright, I've heard enough, I'm trying to eat." She didn't know if the kids were telling the truth or if they were just messing with her. Either way, she figured that it was her husband that was ultimately to blame. A trip to watch people kill each other for a family outing. Delightful. ***** "So, what are you going to do to entertain me 'till it's time for bed?" Tawnee asked. Dinner was over and the dishes were done. The sun was still up. "I dunno, want to go outside? It's nice out. If we're quick, we could walk over the hill and catch the pretzel guy at the plaza before he packs it up for the night," William suggested. The hill was a large, scrubby berm located a few blocks over that separated the suburban housing from a small string of businesses. There wasn't much shopping to be done there, a convenient store, a laundromat, things like that. There was also a little stand that sold ice cream and soft pretzels. All the kids in the neighborhood had at one time or another made the trek over 'the hill' to peruse the wares. "Sure, I guess." Tawnee thought that it would be much easier just to take the car, but since they were really just killing time, a walk would be fine. They left the house and started down the block. "You got all your credits taken care of? Gonna graduate okay?" Will asked. "I've looked at it all a million times, I think I'm all set. It's been a lot of work this semester, though." Will kicked a pebble off the sidewalk into the street. "Gonna be glad when it's over?" "Yeah, you know, I don't have any great memories of college like you see in the movies and stuff. I never played any sports, went to a few parties, I guess. Mostly it was just a lot of fucking work. Don't think I'll miss it much. Only thing is, when it is over, I'll have to find a job," Tawnee said. She was trying to remember the last time she had actually walked this way. Four or five years, probably. "Yeah. I've only got three years left after this one. Seems like forever." "It seems that way sometimes. I think the last time I walked over to the plaza was with a guy I used to date named Matt. He lived just over there, somewhere," she said, pointing down toward the end of the street. "Don't have any clue what happened to him." "You gonna move very far away, do you think?" Will asked. It was the question that he had been trying to lead up to since the conversation started. "Aww, you gonna miss me if I move away, Will?" she asked, as they stepped off the sidewalk and onto a dirt path that wound its way past a 'no trespassing' sign. She tried to sound like she was teasing him, but what her brother was worried about had been on her mind. "Well, yeah. I've already had one girl skip town on me, and it hurts." "Come on, Will, don't get all sad on me. I don't know where I'm gonna end up, but I don't want you to worry about it, okay? You know what you and I've got going on can't last forever, right? I wish it could, but that's just the way it is." "I know. I don't mean to bring you down. You'll just be hard to forget, you know what I mean?" Will said. They were cresting the hill and could see the roofs of the shops on the other side. "I don't want you to forget me! I won't forget you. Can't we talk about something else for a while? You're making me want to fucking cry and I've done enough of that lately," she said. "Sorry, Tawnee. Here," he said, taking her hand. "So you don't fall on the way down." Tawnee smiled. The path wasn't all that steep, but she let her brother hold her hand. It was a nice gesture, and probably something she hadn't done with a boy since her early high-school years. He continued to hold her hand, even when they were down on the flat. "You know," she began, "there's a super secret make-out spot on top of the hill." "Oh yeah?" "Yeah. I bet if you buy me a pretzel, I could help you find it on our way back." "Heh, that sounds interesting. What kind of pretzel do you want?" They released hands upon returning to the pavement, but they walked in stride and close together, sometimes bumping shoulders. The two were acting silly, they knew, but it was fun. Will got them both a giant soft pretzel and they sat on a bench in front of the laundromat to munch on them. "This is kind of like the dates I used to go on before I could go on real dates," Tawnee said. "You know, before I could drive anyplace and had to be home by dark." "I didn't go on many of those. I don't think I ever had a real date until I met Sam. We had a lot of classes together and I'd been wanting to ask her out forever, I just couldn't work up the balls to do it." "You must have eventually, you said you dated her for like six months," Tawnee said, gnawing off a piece of pretzel. "No, she cornered me in the library one day and said something like: 'Are you ever going to ask me out, or what?' So that's how that happened," Will told her. "Apparently, in high school word gets around if you tell one of your buddies that you like someone." His sister giggled. "Smooth. That's one way to get a girl, I guess. Just sit around and hope that she comes to you. Mandy did, too, now that I think about it. Just think of all the chicks you could get if you actually grew a pair and started talking to them." "Heh, yeah. I think I'm over that initial panic of not knowing what to do. I mean, I'll never know exactly how to act around a girl, but who does? I think Sam and I learned a lot from each other about how the whole dating thing works," he told her. "Gotta learn somehow, as far as I know, that's the only way. Sam had it easy, 'cause you're so thoughtful and nice. I bet you were the cutest first boyfriend. Why'd she go all the way to Arizona? There's a perfectly good college about six miles away." "The biology department, I guess. Had a thing for animals, wanted to know how they were put together. How about you? Someone must have had the honor of being Tawnee's first love." Tawnee finished up her snack and tossed the wrapper in the bin next to the bench and flicked some stray salt chunks from her lap. "Yeah, but to tell you the truth, it's more fun to talk about you than it is me. When I think about my old boyfriends, I just get mad 'cause I remember what dicks they were. I don't think I ever ended on friendly terms with any of them. I never really dated anyone for very long except for Doug, and by the time I got to him, I just thought: 'This is what it's like', I guess." It was depressing, listening to his sister talk like that. "It's hard for me to believe that a girl that looks as good as you do would settle for chumps like Doug. If you put half the effort in to selecting a man as you do in your schoolwork, you could find a decent one." Tawnee shrugged. "Yeah. Maybe I'll start looking one of these days, I'm just not all that interested right now. Besides, there's a pretty nice guy that lives right down the hall," she said, rising to her feet. Will did the same. "An awesome guy," he said. "A real man among men." "Yeah, he's great, but I'm not sure if we're talking about the same person." William chuckled. "Probably not." They sauntered slowly through the plaza and gradually made their way back to the path and began climbing the hill. As they got near the top, Tawnee took her brother's hand and led him through the weeds toward an old mesquite tree. It's branches hung in such a way to make it a natural pavilion of sorts. There were a couple of boulder sized rocks laying about that made for pretty decent seating. "Here we are," she said. "This is the super secret spot, huh?" "Yeah, romantic, isn't it?" "John and I used to come up here a lot," Will said. "What?" Tawnee tilted her head to the side, trying to comprehend. Will saw the look on his sister's face and thought that he should probably clarify. "Yeah, I don't think we came up here for the same reasons you did. He had an air pistol. We used to shoot cans and stuff. Didn't know it was only supposed to be a make-out spot." Tawnee shook her head and grinned. "Sorry, I thought you were about to tell me about the love that dare not speak its name. Come sit with me for a second and I'll show you what this place is really for," she said moving toward the largest of rocks under the tree. They sat down together, side by side. Tawnee put her hands on her knees, leaned over and pressed her lips against Will's. It wasn't long before his hands were moving gently up and down her back and their tongues were sliding in circles around each other. They both tasted faintly of spaghetti and pretzel, but that didn't bother them any. After kissing like that for a long while, Tawnee rested her head on Will's shoulder and they both took a breath. "Yeah, I think we were using this place all wrong," he said. Tawnee giggled and rubbed her brother's erection through his shorts. "You're nice and hard, and if we go back home right now, Mom and Dad will probably still be awake. Let me take care of that for you. It'll be something I never did up here." Will couldn't think of anything to say, so he just kissed her while his sister unzipped his shorts and slipped her hand inside. He found himself whimpering with anticipation as she brought his cock out and began to stroke. "Sit back a little," Tawnee said, breaking the kiss. Will scooted back while Tawnee knelt in front of him, still stroking. The ground wasn't all that forgiving on her bare knees, but she thought that she could manage for a while. He ran his fingers through the hair on the back of her head. "Just let me do all the work, okay?" Not having a problem with that, Will nodded his agreement and closed his eyes , feeling the warmth and wetness of Tawnee's mouth engulf him. She began slowly, then built up to a quicker, steadier rhythm of taking him about three-quarters of the way into her mouth, then back to nothing. Tawnee didn't mind fellatio, but it wasn't her favorite thing. Doug had a nasty habit of forcing her head down onto his cock and holding it there, like he really enjoyed choking her with it. She hated it, hence she mentioned that she should do all the work. Will's penis was easier for her to handle and made it a more pleasant experience. Besides, she thought that he deserved a little treat. How many blow jobs could he have possibly gotten? And probably none by someone that had a clue as to how to do it. She increased the amount of pressure that she had been applying and really started to work him, before pulling off of him for a moment. He hadn't said a thing since or opened his eyes since she had started, and she wanted to see if he was still alive or what. "Do you like that, Will? How's it feel?" "Oh, I like it," he sighed. "It feels like another minute of that or so and it'll be over." "Oh good," she giggled, "that means I'm doing it right." "Yeah, you're doing it right." Satisfied that things were going well, Tawnee picked up where she had left off. It didn't take long before Will started to get a little squirmy and she could hear his breath began to hitch every so often. "Oh god, I'm real close!" "Okay, watch," she said, pulling off of his cock and then jacking him furiously with her right hand. She opened her mouth and stuck her tongue out, waiting for him to cum. The first stream hit her cheek and trickled down her jawline, the second caught her upper lip and dripped down into her mouth. She squeezed and then sucked the last bits out of him while Will hissed with the joy of release. "Did you think that was sexy?" she asked, licking up and down the sides of his throbbing erection. "That was very sexy," Will said, looking down at his sister with his cum all over her face. She wiped it off the best she could with her hand, then licked her fingers. "Oh my god, come up here," he said, bending forward and nearly picking her off the ground as he put his arms around her. He stood, she got to her feet as well, and he kissed her long and hard. Tawnee actually felt a little light headed by the time he let her go. She found out that he didn't worry about sperm-breath, that was for sure. "That was hot," she told him. "Yeah it was. You got a little nasty there." "I thought you might like it." "Loved it," Will said. There wasn't much more he could add to that. Tawnee had just done something to him that he had only seen happen before on the the internet. He never thought that there was any way that a girl would actually let him cum on her face. After checking his sister out to make sure that there weren't any visible traces of his orgasm left, they began to walk back to the house. "You better think of something that I can do for you later. 'Cause you know, I feel like I kind of owe you now," he told her. Tawnee was amused. "You do, huh? Now that I stop and think about it, I kind of feel that way, too. I think I'm going to take a long, hot shower and consider my options." "Just don't make me do anything that I'll need surgery to fix or sutures to stop that bleeding and I'll be fine with it, I think," he said. Will wasn't sure what all she could be into, considering the types of movies that she liked and the things that she thought were humorous. "You ought to be safe, then. I'm pretty tame in the bedroom, really. I wouldn't ever want to hurt you, just like I know that you wouldn't ever want to hurt me," she said. "I never would," he assured her. "Just want to please you," he added, kissing her on the temple as they stepped onto the block that their house was located. "Will, people can see," she whined, face reddening. It was nice to hear her brother say such things, and the affection that he had been showing her that evening did not go unnoticed. When he said something like that, it made her want to throw him down in the neighbor's yard and rip his clothes off. "You weren't all that shy a few minutes ago. Besides, I can't get in trouble for a little kiss, can I?" "Probably not, but you should keep your hands, and your lips to yourself until we're in your room." "I know," he conceded. It was almost two agonizing hours before Janice and Jacob called it a night. Tawnee had time to take her long shower, William did the same. They had hung out downstairs until their parents retired to their bedroom, and a little while longer for good measure. Then, the two practically ran up the stairs to Will's room. He shut the door and locked it while his sister giggled. "I feel a little silly for some reason, like we're doing something really naughty, hiding from our parents like this," she told him. "We are," Will said. He stepped toward his sister and pulled her close. "Have you thought about what I can do for you?" he asked. "I have," she said, sliding her fingers down into the elastic waist of his sweat shorts, and looking up into his face. "First, pick out a good movie for us. Then I'm going to lay down on the bed and you can rub my back." "That's all you want?" "Well, when I've had enough of that, I'll let you know what to do next." "Okay." William picked through his collection of movies and put one in his DVD player while Tawnee arranged herself on the bed so that she could lay on her belly and see the television. She pulled her tee-shirt off before she did lay down, exposing her bare back. After pressing 'play' Will climbed onto the bed beside his sister. "I haven't done a whole lot of back rubs. Don't really know what I'm doing," he told her, beginning to kneed the muscles of Tawnee's shoulders. "I'll let you know what feels good and what doesn't. That feels good." Will kept going, following instructions as they came, but for the most part he just did the best he could and Tawnee seemed to enjoy it. He kept rubbing and they watched the movie for a bit. "Now," she began, "I want you to keep rubbing, but you should kiss my back, too. All over." "Anything you like," he said. As long as his sister liked what he was doing, Will was going to do it. Being horny as hell, it was a little trying on his patience, but he trusted that this was going to lead to sex eventually. Having his hands all over a young, beautiful woman wasn't exactly the worst thing he could be doing. "I like being nasty, but I like cuddling and things like this, too," she explained. "I like it that your patient and gentle," she added as she felt his breath, then his lips on the back of her neck. "And this is really turning me on." "Good," he said in between kisses. "I've been turned on since I started holding your hand before we got the pretzels. Pretty girls seem to do that to me." "Do you think I'm a pretty girl, Will?" It was a question that need not be asked, but still, she wanted to hear what his answer was. "You're a beautiful girl, Tawnee," he answered, kissing the small of her back. "Oh...that feels really good. I think you should slide my shorts off now," she told him. Will was more than happy to comply with that. She helped him by raising her body slightly and soon she was totally naked, not having bothered to put any panties on after her shower. He put his hands on each side of her ass and squeezed gently, sucking in a deep breath. "I want you to lick it," she told him, raising up on her knees a bit. Without hesitation, Will spread the flesh of her buttocks with his fingers and ran his tongue down the crack of her ass. Fueled by Tawnee's encouraging moans of pleasure, he began to enthusiastically rim her asshole. Though Tawnee's sexual experience was far greater than her brother's, she had never had this done to her before. Maybe a stray lick here and there, but not an all-out eating like William was doing. She had men, Doug in particular, beg and whine and try and trick their way into fucking her there, but she had never been all that comfortable with the idea. Not to say that she didn't want to try it, but she always pictured Doug getting carried away and her ending up not being able to sit down for a week. He was hung like a mule and not much smarter than one, after all. Will, though, would be the perfect guy to try anal with. He sure was getting her nice and ready for it. "I want you to put it in my ass, so get it nice and slick," she told him, her voice low and sultry. She reached down and underneath her to give her clit a rub. It was engorged and receptive to her touch, being aroused as much as she was from what her brother was doing. "Mmmm." Will had closed his eyes and was using his tongue to penetrate Tawnee's ass as far as he could. She had just asked him to actually fuck her there, and for the second time that night it would be something that he had never done nor did he ever think he would have the chance to do. Finally, he could stand it no more, he had to give his tongue a break and see what that little pink pucker felt like wrapped around his dick. Lifting his head he asked, "Are you ready?" "Mmm-hmm. Slow and gentle, Will. You'll be the first one in there." Hearing her talk in her 'sexy' voice was almost enough to make Will cum before he even got his shorts off. He was able to hold back, though, and got himself in position for penetration, pressing the head of his cock to Tawnee's anus. It began to go in a little, she wiggled around, pushing her body into him and repositioning her legs. "Spit on it," she suggested. Tawnee had everything planned out except for the lube. She hoped that they could get away with out it, otherwise this little experiment was going to end too quickly. Will did what he was told and he was able to enter a bit further, but he wasn't even halfway yet. He sure as hell didn't want to hurt her, but the urge to fuck was just about driving him mad. He pulled back, not quite all the way out, then pushed back in again, dripping saliva on his cock as he went. It was proving to be an extremely tight fit. Tawnee was hissing with each breath and his every little move. "Are you okay?" he asked. She wasn't quite sure. It was uncomfortable, but Tawnee wasn't ready to give up yet. She concentrated on trying to relax her muscles and allow her brother to get further inside of her. "Yeah, keep doing that. Stay slow, okay?" He did, and seemed to be making progress. Tawnee started to get into it a little more and was pushing back against his thrusts with increased pressure, and soon he was all of the way in. Will held the position for a moment, allowing her to get used to having her ass full of his cock, and leaned forward to caress her back, ending with his hands on her shoulders. "That's all the way in," he said. She could tell. It was still a bit uncomfortable, but not too bad. A far different sensation than having her pussy filled, and a very stimulating one. Tawnee resumed fingering herself, more vigorously than before. Having Will in her ass was making her sopping wet. "Oh fuck! You can fuck me now, just slow," she told him. Will began to move again, establishing a slow pace as suggested, trying to make sure that he wasn't causing any pain. Even though he was only going at about a quarter of the speed that his body wanted him to, it felt amazing. Tawnee was groaning into the mattress and slamming her fingers into her cunt. It didn't seem to take all that long into it before she began to ignore her own advice and started to slam her ass back into her brother's forward thrusts. He couldn't help but pick up his pace, had to in order to meet hers. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, yes!," she chanted as they slapped together. Will started to cum soon after the chanting began, and was doing some groaning of his own. Tawnee could feel her brother release inside of her, her ass suddenly hot and slick with his semen. She could feel her own orgasm building as she rubbed and fucked her pussy with her hand. "Oh, keep it in Will, I'm so close, please!" He kept at it the best that he could. They were a little out of rhythm, and Tawnee was flopping around in the most unpredictable manner. After a moment, she grew still, her entire body freezing except for the fingers on her right hand. "Fuck, oh fuck!" she shouted into the mattress with a shudder. The orgasm was glorious in its intensity, paralyzing her for a minute. Will hadn't been able to say anything. He'd just kind of been sitting back and enjoying the ride. There was a point where he was alarmed that Tawnee was getting too loud and might draw attention to them, but other than that, it was fucking fantastic. He pulled out and flipped his sister onto her back, stifling her whimpering with a hungry kiss. Tawnee gratefully accepted the kiss in the afterglow of her orgasm. She pulled him down to her, pressing his weight against her. It was a wonderful thing, his bare body against hers, lips against lips, the feel of his cock and balls still sticky with his cum and saliva pressing against her lower abdomen. "You are the sexiest thing I've ever seen," he told her, moving his kisses to the side of her neck. Still solidly rock hard, he reached down to guide his erection to the entrance to her vagina. Tawnee felt what he was doing and adjusted her hips to receive him. She squeezed her arms around his back as he slid into her. "That's it," she whispered, being done shouting for the moment. She was done giving orders for the time being, as well. He seemed to be doing pretty good on his own. Will wasn't facing any speed limits now that he was in her vagina, and he couldn't help but fuck into her hard and fast. She was exquisitely wet and making the most erotic little moans each time he bottomed out. Every expression that she made, each little touch from her fingertips seemed to turn him on even more. He thought that she may have came again at one point, but he was too focused on what he was doing to ask or know for sure. Eventually, he had another orgasm, he was sure of that, spraying his load into Tawnee during a series of ragged thrusts. "Oh god," he said, pulling out and flopping beside her. His hand found hers and he brought it up to his face kissing the back of it. After a second, he realized that it had been quite a while since he had heard her say anything. "Are you okay?" he asked. "Yeah, just don't feel much like moving right now. I think you rocked me a little bit," she replied. "Did I hurt you?" he wondered, not knowing exactly what she meant. "No, that definitely didn't hurt. It felt fucking amazing." She rolled to her side and lay her head on Will's sweaty chest. "You're amazing," he said, draping an arm across her shoulder, "look how freakin' beautiful you are. You made it...just...I can't even describe it, I guess." "You did all the work, I just laid here. Had it pretty easy," she said with a giggle. "I never did that before, you know, anal," he said. "Me either. It felt really good, though. Made me really fucking hot. I think I'm going to get some lube before we do it again, though," she said. "Thank you for doing that for me." Will had to laugh. "I think I should be thanking you. I just did two of the hottest things in my life tonight." "Me too. I think I need to go get cleaned up a little, I'm leaking jizz all over you and your bed. Probably ought to wash your sheets tomorrow." A load of laundry seemed like a small price to pay. "Can't I kiss you for a little while longer? You can leak whatever on me that you want. Please?" They may not have been the most romantic words ever strung together, but they worked for Tawnee. She rolled over another turn and ended up straddling Will, looking down at him. "I suppose," she said, trying to make it sound like she was doing him a favor. "If you want to keep your sister here after you've made her all dirty and sweaty just so you can kiss her and tell her how wonderful she is, then I can do that for you. Since you're practically begging and all." Will smiled and reached up, tracing around one of her gorgeous nipples with an index finger. "Making her dirty and sweaty is fun. And so is kissing her." ***** It was a chore getting up and around the next morning for Tawnee. She and Will had stayed up until the wee hours, and when her alarm went off, she wanted nothing more than to crawl back under the covers. Somehow she was able to make herself presentable to the world, however, and made her way downstairs. "Oh good, you're up. Thought I was going to have to go check on you," Janice said. "Are you okay? You're walking kind of funny." Tawnee was fine, for the most part. A little tender from delving into the delights of anal sex. She felt it, but hadn't realized she'd been limping. "Yeah, I'm fine. Slept in a little. Think I might have pulled something when we walked over the hill to get a pretzel last night. Where's Will?" "Taking some boxes out to the car for me. He said you guys went to the plaza. Sure you're okay?" Janice asked again. "I'm good," Tawnee assured her. "Alright. Got to run. Remember, your father's taking us to that awful fight tonight, so don't be going out." "Wouldn't miss it, Ma." With that, Janice went out the door and Tawnee went to the kitchen to get her morning juice. It was a little thing, she knew, but she had wanted to say 'goodbye' to Will that morning. She felt sad, almost like she missed him. Silly, since it was only a few hours ago that she was in his bed. Still one more kiss for the road wouldn't have hurt anything. The school day went about as she had expected it to go. A normal, boring grind, perhaps made longer by the fact that it was a Friday, lengthened again because she was having a hard time staying awake. By the time that she was making her way out to student parking, she was dragging and saddened by the fact that she had a ridiculous amount of work due come Monday. Wasn't going to be a whole lot of free time this weekend. She turned a corner and saw her brother leaning up against her car. "Will. What are you up to? Didn't get a ride with John?" "Naw, thought if I was quick I could catch one with you," he said. "Sure," she said, throwing her bag in the back seat. "Kinda wanted to talk to you this morning, you know, just to say 'good morning'," he said, getting in the passenger's seat. "Thought about waking you up before I left, but then I thought if you were as tired as I was when I got up then you might as well sleep as long as you could." "Really? I was going to yell at you for not kissing me goodbye this morning, but I'll let it slide since you already had an excuse made up." Will chuckled. "Thanks. Mom said you pulled a muscle or something, you alright?" "Well, heh, I didn't really pull a muscle. I'm actually a little sore from what we did last night," she told him, pulling out into traffic. "Oh," he said, then he fully realized what she meant. "I'm sorry, I mean, I didn't think it hurt that bad. Are you okay?" "Hey, I'll be fine. I asked for it, remember? Anyway, you try doing that and see if you don't end up a little tender." "Uh, that's not really my thing." Tawnee smiled, stopping at a red light. "I suppose not. You were really sweet last night, you know, afterwards. When you were gone this morning, I was actually missing you already. You made me really happy last night, and I just wanted to thank you." Will's heart jumped hearing those words from his sister. Even though he was fairly certain that she had enjoyed herself, it made him feel better to hear it after the heat of the moment had passed. "That's kind of all I wanted to do was make sure that you were happy. I know I sure was. It feels good to hear you say it." It was hard for Tawnee to believe that it wasn't all that long ago that she would have chosen to avoid her brother if given the opportunity. Now, as it was, she had just spent hours the previous evening and early that morning laying with him. After their first couple rounds of fucking, they had made love on and off, but mostly had just held each other, caressing, kissing, and chatting. She wanted to take him home and go right back to that and that wonderful feeling of being loved. There just wasn't time enough before their mother got home; she had the feeling that if they started something that she wouldn't want to quit. "I wish we could cuddle up together and take a nap when we get home, but it would probably freak Mom out," she said. "Yeah. Nap sounds good though." "Mmm-hmm." Tawnee parked out front like she usually did and they both went inside. "I'm going to go take that nap, not sure exactly what time we have to get ready to go, though do you?" "Uh, no, guess not. I was gonna go look on the computer to see who all's fighting and stuff. I'll see what time the gates open," Will said. They started up the stairs with Tawnee ahead of her brother. It was very clear to Will that he'd never be able to look at her the way that he used to again. They'd been in this position a hundred times, heading up to their rooms and he never gave it much thought. Just moving from one floor of the house to another. Now, with Tawnee a couple of steps higher, all he could think about was how sweet that ass was. In a way it was exciting, and in a way it was depressing because no one could ever know how they felt about each other. "You could probably still tuck me in, if you want," Tawnee suggested. "Sure. Are you uh, still sore?" Will asked her, as they walked to her room. "Just a little. But don't get any ideas, okay? We just don't have time." "I know, I know. I was just worried about you. I won't touch you, I promise," he said. "It's not that I don't want you to, 'cause really, I'd let you do whatever you want. I mean, within reason. I don't want to dress up like an Ewok or something," she told him flopping onto her bed and kicking her sneakers off. That brought a smile to Will's face. He bent down to kiss her forehead. "Well, sweet dreams. And don't worry, I don't want to pretend that you're something else." "Aww, how come you always know the right things to say? You ought to get a little rest and maybe we could do something that you've always wanted to after the fights. Just leave my butt out of it," she said. "Heh, like what?" "You're supposed to tell me. I can't come up with all the ideas. Bet if you try you could come up with something," she said. "Now I won't be able to think about anything else besides you!" "Good, that makes me feel special. Now, go somewhere else so I can take my nap." Will started to leave, happy to think there was still a little bit of his old sister in there. He didn't miss the rotten parts, the smart-ass parts were kind of amusing sometimes. "You shouldn't tease me like that, not nice." "I'm not teasing, I'll deliver. Promise. Go rest up." ***** The box seats at the arena that Jacob had procured for his family proved to give them a spectacular vantage for the mixed martial arts event. He and Tawnee were the two that seemed to enjoy it the most since they followed the sport from time to time and recognized some of the competitors from television. William liked it too, screaming and cheering along with crowd. Despite her protests of how barbaric she thought it all was, Janice found herself not being able to take her eyes from the action. They made little bets amongst themselves as to who would win each match and how long it would take, and as luck would have it, Janice came out on top. All in all, as a family event, they decided that they would chalk it up as a success and Jacob was able to hold his head high. It was nearing midnight when the family arrived back home, and it was a unanimous decision that it was time for bed. Janice and Jacob were unaware that their children would be sharing the same one, at least for a little while. Tawnee and William went upstairs and whispered to each other near the door to his room in the hall. "Um, did you think of anything you wanted to do?" Tawnee asked. Will grinned and looked down at his shoes, as if he didn't quite dare to say what was on his mind. "Yeah, if you want to stay up for a bit." She slapped him lightly on the shoulder. "I asked, didn't I? Don't be shy, I told you I deliver. Your room or mine?" "I know you said you didn't want to dress up, but do you have any really sexy bra and panties?" he asked. Tawnee smiled. "I don't mind dressing up like that. I might have something that you'd like." "Okay, why don't we wait like half an hour and you can come to my room? Then I'll tell you the rest." "Oooh. It's kind of exciting, isn't it?" she asked with a giggle. "Oh, it will be for me, I'm pretty sure," he replied. The two retired to their respective rooms and prepared for what was about to come. For Will, there really wasn't much preparation. He just changed out of his clothes into what he would normally wear to bed. He set the half an hour clock to give his parents a chance to get to bed. Their schedule was like clockwork and since their outing, it was past their usual bedtime , and he was reasonably certain that they would be snoring by the time that the thirty minutes were up. For Tawnee, she wanted to do a little more prep-work. She didn't know what her brother had in mind exactly, of course, but if he wanted her to look sexy, then she would look sexy. There had never been anyone that made her feel the way that he did, she had never been with such a generous and caring lover. The fact that the guy that was doing all this to her was her brother, and their relationship would be described as deviant at best did little to temper her enthusiasm. May have even added to it. She rushed to the shower and made sure that she was fresh and smooth in all of the right places. She debated with herself as to whether to put on makeup or not after she dried and brushed her hair, but decided against it. She normally wore little or none and Will probably would be okay with her going natural. The mirror provided a picture of a pretty young woman, and she knew that she looked okay, but the more she looked, the more she wondered why he would say such things as he had about her. It wasn't because she was always showering him with compliments about how handsome he was and he was just returning the praise. Of course, Will was handsome, he wasn't the most gorgeous man that she'd ever seen or anything. Looks alone wasn't why she lusted after him. It was him as a whole. She dared to think that was why he actually believed that she was beautiful. Because she made him feel loved, like he did her. Fretting about this and that, and worrying about juvenile things like if she was pretty or not was a waste of time, and Tawnee decided to focus on the task at hand. After brushing her teeth and strapping on a lacy red bra and stepping into an equally lacy pair of panties (a Victoria's Secret gift from Doug), she wrapped herself in a robe and went downstairs under the guise of getting a drink. After tip-toeing around and noting that her parents were safely tucked into their room, she went to meet William in his. The door was ajar, so she stepped in. "Hey," she said. Will was sitting at his desk and swiveled around in his chair. "Hey, you're early. I wanted to make sure their in bed." "I was just down there, they are," she said, closing his door. "Did you take a shower? I smell your shampoo," he said. "Yeah." "That was quick. I probably should have. I did before we left," he said. "You'll be fine. So, uh, what did you have in mind for me?" "Right to the point. Heh, well, first off, you should lose that robe. I want to..." in the middle of his thought, Tawnee dropped the fluffy white robe to the floor, causing him to go blank for a moment. "To get a good look at you. That, that is very nice." Will's eyes feasted on his sister's petite frame. The red lace made her look simply delicious. "This is okay, then?" "Uh, yeah. On the bed, right on the edge," he told her, walking over and patting the mattress. He tried not to lose his focus and reminded himself that he had a fantasy that he wanted to accomplish here. Had to sack up and get in charge. Tawnee did what she was told, thinking it was beyond cute that her little brother was having a hard time telling her what to do. It really wasn't in his nature. She lay down on the bed, expecting him to pounce on her. "Arms at your sides and I don't want you to pick them up again. You can talk if you have to, but I want you to lay still." Will ran his hand along Tawnee's tummy and along the band of her panties. He switched from his whole hand to just his fingertips and continued to trace a circle around her stomach and lower abdomen. "Will?" "Yeah?" "Your not pretending that I'm like a dead body or something are you?" "What? No! Don't ruin this for me," he told her. "Okay, sorry." "Alright. I'm not pretending that you're anything other than what you are, Tawnee. I couldn't imagine anyone else that I'd want to have here with me." "I wouldn't want to be anywhere else, Will. What do you want me to do next?" "Um, I keep thinking about yesterday when, you know, you sucked me on the way home. It was super hot when I came," he said. "Yeah? Do you want me to do it again?" she asked. "Not that. I want to cum on you. Right on your belly while you lay there. I want you to play with yourself while I watch you." Tawnee felt like it was a little silly, but she wasn't going to say such a thing. It was what Will wanted, and judging from the tent in his shorts, he was excited just to be thinking about it. And, it was kind of hot to think that she would be putting on a private show of sorts for him. She spread her legs a bit and slipped her right hand down in to her panties and began to gently rub herself. "Like this? Can you see okay?" "Yes. That's very nice," he said, touching himself through his boxers. After a moment, Will peeled his old tee-shirt off, then bent down to kiss his sister. She looked positively sinful laying there, fingers dancing inside of her fancy underwear. Tawnee responded to the kiss, but felt herself being held in place, mindful that Will wanted to keep her laying flat for some reason. "You look fantastic," he told her. Tawnee didn't please herself very often, never really felt the need. She usually had a man for that sort of thing. But that wasn't to say that she didn't know how. With her brother standing over her watching, it was actually quite stimulating. "Do you think you could take your shorts off so I can see it?" she asked. "It would kind of help me." Instead of reminding her that he was the one calling the shots, will slid his boxers down and kicked them to the side. He was about to do that, anyway, and it was sexy to think that his sister wanted to look at his cock while she masturbated for him. He stood closer to her, and placed it just under her left breast, then slid it along her bare skin to her hip before standing up straight again and stroking himself. "Let me lick your fingers," he said. Pulling her hand from her crotch, Tawnee lifted it up while Will bent down and tasted her juices. "That's very sexy, Tawnee. Are you thinking of me while you touch yourself?" he asked. Tawnee resumed her frigging, taking the hint that Will wanted to hear some dirty talk. "Oh yeah. I'm looking at your cock and wishing that it was in my pussy, fucking me. That's where it belongs, you know, all the way in your nasty little sister." Will smiled as he began to stroke himself faster. "It's a great place to be, even though I've no business being there. That makes it even hotter." "It is hot, thinking I can come in here, lay on your bed, and have you blow your load all over me. Have you use me like your sexy little toy that you can do anything with that you want, and no one will ever know," she purred. It soon became apparent to Will that he wasn't going to be able to last long, even though he was trying to hold back. For one thing, he'd had a lot of practice masturbating, and was pretty good at it. For another, hearing Tawnee talk like that was incredibly erotic. That, combined with what she was doing with her own hand was enough to bring him close to orgasm. He couldn't see the point in trying to make it last any longer, he'd been waiting all night as it was. Besides, he doubted that she was going anywhere, there was probably plenty of fun to be had. "Oh, Tawnee!" he groaned, eyes closing as he felt his imminent release. "That's it, Will. All over my tummy, so we can see it," she urged him. A moment later, Tawnee felt the warm stream of her brother's semen hitting her body, while he sighed and hissed with the pleasure of his orgasm. There was an impressive amount of it, considering all of the sex that they had the night before. He squeezed the last few drops out near her naval and stood back to check his handiwork. Once again, it was one of the sexiest things that he had ever seen. "Damn, Tawnee. Every time I look at you, I can't hardly believe that you're real. You're my fantasy come to life. Thank you so much! Let me grab a towel." Tawnee had to admit that it was kind of hot, but still, she would much rather have him inside of her. Especially now that she was all worked up. She knew that it wouldn't take him long to get ready to go again, though. "You don't need to thank me, I already told you that I'd do whatever you want. And I still will, but I'm going to need you inside of me, soon." "Be right back," he said. Will left his room and returned with a washcloth to clean his mess from Tawnee's stomach. Laying on the bed with her, they kissed for a moment. "You didn't think that was too weird, did you?" he asked. "Everything we do is weird, Will. That wasn't bad at all. I'm surprised you had a little dirty talk in you. The only problem is that now I'm so horny that I can't hardly stand it, so you better do something about that and we can talk about it later," she said. It sounded like a plan to Will. For the second night in a row, the two had sex until every ounce of energy they had was spent. Sometimes it got a little rough, but for the most part, they took it nice and easy. When they found themselves to be too sore and tired to go on, Tawnee crept back into her room and passed out on her bed, thinking that if they didn't get their sexual cravings under control soon that neither one of them were ever going to get any sleep again. Will wasn't thinking anything, he had lapsed into a coma almost as soon as his sister left his room. ***** The next day was a fairly lazy one for the entire family. No one had any special plans, Jacob did a little work on the yard, Janice puttered around the house while Will did much of the same. Tawnee dug into the pile of homework that she had, wondering how on earth her professors could justify it all. She was just done grabbing a soda from the fridge when she went to the door to answer the knock. It was Amanda. "Mandy. What's up?" she asked. "Hi, uh, I was just in the neighborhood and was wondering if we could talk for a minute," Amanda replied. Even though the two had called a truce, Tawnee wasn't sure if she was quite ready to open up peaceful negotiations with the girl yet or not. She really didn't think that they had any more to talk about. "I guess." "I just wanted to say how sorry I was, again. I've kind of missed you, you know the way we were." "Well, we were best friends, I've missed you, too," Tawnee said. It would be a lie if she had said otherwise. "I was wondering if you'd let me make it up to ya, you know, take you out tonight? Have a couple of drinks, we could dance and make all the guys drool," Amanda suggested. "That sounds like fun, but I can't," Tawnee said, noting the disappointment on Amanda's face. "I'm not trying to blow you off or be a bitch or anything, I promise. I've literally got so much homework to do that I don't know if I can finish it all before Monday. I've been working on it since I got up this morning." "Yeah, I've got a bunch of it too, but I figured I could hammer it out tomorrow. Well, I just thought I'd ask." "I appreciate it, I do. And to tell you the truth, I could probably use a drink. It'll just have to wait, though," Tawnee said. Mandy couldn't be one hundred percent sure, but she thought that Tawnee was probably telling her the truth. "You know, next weekend my parents are taking my sister out of town for some ballet thing. I was thinking about having a little get-together. Would you be interested in that?" "A party? Sure, probably. I mean, I'd have to ask Will, see what he thinks." "Ask Will?" It didn't seem to Amanda that Tawnee would have to ask her brother for permission to go to a party, but then again, it was going to be her party. "That's sweet of you, Tawnee. I would understand if he doesn't want you to go. I feel absolutely rotten about Will. I really didn't plan for that to happen, and when it did, I didn't handle it very good. I tried to talk to him about it, but he doesn't really act like he wants to listen to me. I don't blame him. Maybe you could see if he'd want to come, too. I promise, I'd stay out of his way." "I'll talk to him. I know that wasn't like you, what you did, but it's still not easy for him to forget, you know? I understand why you were so mad at me, but he was like an innocent bystander, you know? All that shit that went down was probably partially my fault, so I don't know if he'll listen to me or not," Tawnee said. Amanda was finding it difficult to believe that Tawnee was shouldering some of the blame for the catastrophic malfunction that occurred in their relationship. She felt like that was the case, but really it was Amanda that had actually done those horrible things. She'd been feeling guilty as hell about it, too. "Tawnee, it was almost all my fault. I should have just said something instead of acting like a silly bitch. Just tell him I'm sorry and ask him if he wants to come to the party, okay? 'Cause I am sorry. To both of you." "I will. Now, why don't you get out of here before I start crying? I'll see you Monday, okay?" "Okay," Amanda agreed with a small grin. She left feeling a little better, at least Tawnee didn't sound like she hated her anymore. She sounded like a whole different person, really. Tawnee shut the door, feeling better, too. She thought that Amanda's party sounded like fun, it had been a while since she'd been to one. Now all that she had to do was convince her brother that the girl that had just crushed his heart by being a cheating slut wasn't really all that bad. She wasn't all that sure if she'd be able to accomplish that or not, but she had a while to come up with a strategy. If it turned out that he was really dead-set against it, then she just wouldn't go. Missing Mandy was one thing, but irritating her brother wasn't something that she was interested in. How things had changed. For the moment, it was back to her room and the thrilling world of economics. Far later into the evening, William was sitting in his comfy chair with Tawnee sitting on his lap. The credits were rolling on another movie that they could put in the books. Neither one of them were feeling especially frisky, having spent most of the last three nights doing just about everything that they could think of to one another. They were content to sit together and relax. "Will?" "Yeah?" "I've been waiting to talk to you about something, 'cause I don't really know how to ask," Tawnee said. "What is it? You can ask me anything you want," he said. "I know, it's just that Mandy stopped by today..." "Okay..." "She invited us to a party at her house next weekend and I kind of wanted to go. We talked for a little bit and she seemed like she was really sorry for what all she did, especially to you." "Uh, god. You really think that would be a good idea? I mean, I don't even know what I'd say to her. And who knows, if you guys are drinking, you might end up killing one another," he said. "You wouldn't even have to talk to her if you didn't want to. She said that she'd give you all the space that you want. I don't know. I miss hanging out with her, and it's been a long time since I've been to a party. It kind of sounds like fun to me. Plus, it's been over a year since I've been in a fight. I promise to be good. But if you really don't want to go, then I won't go. I wouldn't go without you," she told him. "You don't really need my permission." "Well, ordinarily, probably not, but in this case I think I do. Just because I realize that you might totally hate her," Tawnee said. Will squeezed his sister against him. "You know that I can't say 'no' to you, especially when you're acting so cute. And I don't hate Amanda, if it wasn't for her then you wouldn't be here right now. I'm not going to just forget what happened, though." "What am I ever gonna do without you, Will? Like when I graduate and stuff?" "I've got a feeling you'll be fine. You'll miss me, I'll miss you, we'll probably be a little bit of mess for a while. Things'll work out. It'll still be a while before that happens, let's try not to think about it too much or we'll be too depressed to enjoy the time that we've got," he said. Will was a lot more worried about himself than Tawnee, but he wasn't going to say that. She was tougher than he was, and absolutely beautiful. She would have no problem finding a decent companion if she so chose. Will, on the other hand, knew that finding another girl that compared to Tawnee would be a difficult task, to say the least. "Shit, now I can't stop thinking about it," she said, holding him a little tighter. It was hard for her to justify much complaining about her life, she figured that she had it pretty good. Somehow it just so happened that one of the things that she had for the moment was something that she just couldn't hold onto forever, and it was one of the most delightful things that she could imagine. What a bummer. ***** The next week seemed to go by in a hurry. William and Tawnee spent most of their free time with each other, not doing anything extraordinary, just being together was satisfying enough. They didn't want to do anything that would have drawn unnecessary attention to themselves, anyway. Most of the time that they spent together was after hours in Will's room. While plenty of times they ended up sweaty and tired, they were able to refrain from the all-night sex sessions that they had when they were first starting out. It seemed like the night of the party came on them before the two knew it. Tawnee was a little excited, Will was still apprehensive about the whole thing. He wasn't going to be drinking, not that he was worried about the law, just that he wanted to make sure that they were able to get home when they wanted and not end up being stranded at Amanda's, or worse yet, having to call one of their parents to come pick them up. The only demand that Will made was that he be allowed to invite his friend John so that he would be guaranteed that there would be someone there that he'd be able to stand to hang out with. The two arrived at the party somewhat early, and were greeted at the door by Amanda herself. She seemed genuinely pleased to see them both and her and Tawnee quickly got into a discussion about who all was going to show up and exchanged information about who had been doing what to who within their circle of friends. Will was suddenly engaged in conversation with none other than Amanda's friend Molly, who seemed to think that he was just SO interesting. Perhaps it was because she was already half in the bag. Luckily, it didn't take long before John showed up and he was saved, though that would prove to be only a temporary reprieve. John was making the most of the party, testing the waters with all of the females that didn't appear to be actively attached to a partner. He even tried his luck with Tawnee at one point, approaching her as she mixed herself a drink at one of the tables. It didn't go quite the way that he had it planned out in his mind. "Hey, Tawnee. You're lookin' good tonight. Here with anyone?" he had asked. Tawnee was amused. John knew better. "Nope. But I was thinking about going lez tonight, a lot of hot chicks here. Which one do you think I would look best with?" she asked. "I..." John tried to swallow a mouthful of beer, inhaled it instead, and nearly coughed his lungs up. "Are you hitting on me or just choking to death?" she asked him. "Tell you what, I don't want to embarrass you in front of all these people. Why don't you try again in a couple of years? You know, after your testicles drop." She started to walk away before John could respond. "That's not a no. Means I still have a chance," he told her back. Tawnee turned and smiled. "Believe whatever you want to believe, John. Don't drink too much." It wasn't all that long after that that Tawnee found herself fending off another advance, this time from some douche named Marcus. He somehow believed that he could lure her away from the party to show her how comfortable the back of his van was. "It's all custom," he had told her with pride. Tawnee informed him in as few words as possible that she wanted nothing to do with him or his creepy-ass vehicle. Hoping that she wasn't going to have to spend the entire night getting hit on, she tried to find Amanda. There was sometimes safety in numbers. About the time that she caught up with her friend and host, Tawnee noticed No-name arrive at the party, the second witness to the supposed threat that she had made on Mandy's life. The Marcus character had sprinted through the crowd to greet her and fetch her a drink. "What's the name of that girl with the glasses that hangs out with Molly all the time?" Tawnee asked. "Oh, that's Symphony," Mandy said. "Symphony? Really?" Tawnee didn't want to pick on the girl, but now she might have to. She cast eyes on her from across the room. Symphony was staring at the beer bottle in her hand as though she had no idea what to do with it. "I know what you're thinking. Be nice. We just call her Mony. I don't know what she did, but she probably didn't mean it. She's a little goofy, but basically a good girl." "Oh, she didn't do anything. Is she going out with that Marcus guy that kissed her when she first showed up?" Tawnee asked, sipping from her cup. "Yeah, they've been together for a while," Mandy said with caution, not knowing exactly where Tawnee was going with this. "He was hitting on me pretty hard before she got here, being a pig. Wanted me to check out his van. Now he's all making nice with no-...Mony. Someone should kick him in the balls," Tawnee said. "What a dick. I've heard some shit like that about him before. He's never tried anything like that with me, though. Prolly 'cause he knows I know Mony. You gonna tell her?" "Should I? Not really any of my business." "True. I'd want to know if my man was hitting on other chicks, though," Mandy said. Tawnee cocked her head, getting ready to bring up something about Doug, no doubt. "Hey! You don't have to say it, I know. I apologized, it was stupid, and I feel bad about it. We've already been through all that. Come on." "Fine," Tawnee agreed. "I'll let that go under special circumstances." "Speaking of special, see anyone around that does it for ya?" Mandy asked. "So far I've got hit on by Mony's boyfriend and Will's friend John. Poor John." Amanda laughed. "Yeah. He needs to change his game a little, I've had that conversation. He took it well, though." Just then, there was the sound of glass breaking in the next room as someone knocked a lamp over. Then, raucous laughter. "What the fuck!" Amanda yelled, stomping off toward the disturbance. Tawnee chuckled a bit, herself, then move off to see if she could find her brother, and how see he was doing. He was out on the back deck playing some sort of card game with John, a couple of other guys, some girl, and Pig-face. Pig-face was seated, of course, right next to Will. Tawnee frowned, not liking the way that Molly had been hanging around him all night. He must have just said something that was bordering on hysterical because she was laughing her ass off and hanging onto his shoulder, presumably to keep from falling on the floor. "Watcha playing, Will?" Tawnee asked, striding over. "Asshole," he replied. A drinking game that she was familiar with. "I thought you were going to drive us home!" "Relax, I'm just dealing. Drinking Sprite. You ready to go already?" he asked. "No, not really, just thought I would check in with ya. See if you were bored to death hanging out with a bunch of drunks," she replied. Molly looked up at Tawnee with her big, farm animal eyes. "You keep a pretty tight leash on your brother. Ought to let him have a little fun." Tawnee was regretting her life decision of not being as mean as she possibly could to people that she didn't care for. "Will can do whatever he wants, I'm not going to stop him. It just turns out that tonight he wanted to do me a favor and be my designated driver." She didn't vocalize the fact that she had been letting him have quite a bit of fun lately. "Why don't you just hook up with someone and go home with them?" Molly asked, causing the game to pause while the conversation played out. The amount of alcohol that she had consumed was clearly causing her to be a little loose with her tongue. Tawnee had to take a deep breath and trust that Will wouldn't do anything stupid like nail the little porker. She smiled. "Maybe next time. I've got things to do in the morning. I think it's your turn. Will, behave yourself," she said, turning to leave before she said something that caused problems and Molly woke up in the hospital. "Oh I will," she heard her brother say, "but only because I want to." She turned and smiled at him over her shoulder before going back into the house. She didn't have to worry about Will, and she wasn't going to let an irritating drunk chick ruin her fun. As the night wore on, Tawnee found herself more able to relax. Maybe because it was she was becoming intoxicated, but she found the irritating people to be less irritating and her friends more friendly. Whatever the reason, she was having fun. It was getting to be about the time to call it a night, so she decided it would be a perfect time to have a smoke before heading home. She went out to her car to have one, thinking that they must surely be stale, since they had been in her glove compartment for months. Deciding that she didn't care about that, she pulled one out and lit up, leaning against the passenger side of her car. Tawnee was feeling a little light headed from the Marlboro. Going a couple of months in between cigarettes made it seem like she was almost getting high. Reveling in her buzz, she almost missed Symphony wandering down the driveway, out to the street, then back again. When the girl started to do it a second time, she had to say something. "Someone steal your car or what?" she asked, as the girl walked by. Symphony stopped. "No, I was just looking for my boyfriend." "You're Symphony, right? Amanda's friend?" Tawnee asked, already knowing the answer. "Yeah, and you're Tawnee. I never thought I'd see you two talking again," Symphony said. "Well, we are. I wouldn't waste too much time looking for your boyfriend, he's been hitting on chicks all night. He asked me if I wanted to see his van before you got here." Symphony frowned. She had already gotten the impression that Marcus may have skipped, the sailing hadn't been what you would call smooth between them lately. "I'm sorry about that. I figured he must have bailed on me, haven't seen him in a while." "Not your fault. You need a ride or something?" Tawnee asked, snubbing out her smoke. "My brother Will's around here someplace. He's my designated driver, we could give you a lift." "Well, kinda, yeah. If you guys were getting ready to go, that would be awesome." "Yeah, I'm about ready. Let's go find Will," Tawnee said. "Um, he might be busy," Symphony said as they were walking toward the house. "Why do you say that?" "Well, I just talked to Molly a little while ago, and she said that she was going to take him upstairs." Tawnee knew what that meant, and even though she was hit with a quick touch of alarm, she didn't believe he would go for it. He had to be smarter than that, right? "Well, my guess is that his schedule is clear. He wouldn't go for Molly." "Really? Why not?" Symphony asked. "Molly's not his type, besides, she's drunk and irritating. At least to me." Symphony laughed. "She gets pretty mouthy when she's been drinking, normally she's not that bad." They entered the front door to see Will playing darts with a couple of guys. "You must know your brother pretty good," she said. "Yeah, he's predictable. I never used to hang out with him much, but a while ago I realized how much..." Tawnee had to check herself before said something that she'd regret, "sorry, uh, I realized he's not that bad. There was a time where I never thought I'd be able to take him out into public." Symphony had to laugh again. She had always thought that Tawnee was some sort of a raging bitch, but from what little she learned from talking to her, she seemed kind of funny. After Tawnee had a word with her brother, the two chatted a little while they waited for him to finish his game and had a few Jello shots. When he was done, he came over to them. "Ready?" he asked. "Yup. Hey, you know Symphony here? I told her we'd give her a ride home," Tawnee said. "Yeah, we've got Computer Science together, right? Nice to see you, Symphony." "And you, William. You can call me Mony." "Mony, huh? You can call me Will." "I know, it's a funny name, you can laugh if you want. I didn't realize you were Tawnee's brother. Heard a lot about you from Amanda and Molly," Symphony said. "Naw, I won't laugh. Can't imagine what Amanda and Molly had to say about me. Don't believe everything you hear, alright?" he asked with a smile. Symphony couldn't help but smile back. "Can I laugh?" Tawnee asked. "'Cause I've really wanted to since I found out your name was Symphony." "Be nice, Tawnee," Will said, as they went out to the car. "It's alright, Will, I know she's not being mean," Mony said. "Yeah Will, it's alright. Keep it in your pants." "What? I don't think you used that phrase right. Besides, where else would I keep it?" he asked. "Well, my first thought would be someone else's pants, I was trying to say 'don't get excited'," Tawnee said. "Oh my god, get in the car." Symphony only lived a couple of miles out of their way, and it didn't take all that long to get to her house. She thanked them for the ride, and Will started driving back home. "So, you have fun tonight?" he asked. "Yeah, not bad. You?" "Wasn't too bad, I guess. Kinda wished I was drinking there a couple of times," he said. "Well, thanks for driving us. Did you manage to keep your hands off that skanky bitch Molly?" she asked. Will chuckled. He'd noticed his sister eying the girl with bad intent all night. "Somehow, I was able to resist. It took her a long time to get the message, though. She was freakin' hammered." "I thought that you might have had a piece of beef jerky or something in your pocket the way that she was following you around and shit. They never should have let her out of the pig pen." Tawnee finally had the chance to say what she'd been thinking. "Damn," Will said, still chuckling, "that's harsh. Give her a break." "I already gave her a break when I didn't slap her when you were playing cards." "True. But you can't fault her for her choice in men, now can you?" he asked. "I guess not. But that's the only thing she's got going for her." "I think you're just jealous. You mean to tell me you went the whole night and no one hit on you?" "Well...that's not the point," Tawnee wasn't sure exactly what the point was, she was getting tired and having a hard time thinking straight. "The point is that sometimes you'll just have to admit that I'm right, even if I'm not." Will erupted into full blown laughter. "Okay, I understand that. You're right. I see it now." Tawnee had to smile. "Thank you, Will. That's why I love you." She leaned across the seat to kiss him, but was stopped and nearly strangled by the seat belt. "Maybe I drank more than I thought, can't fucking function right," she admitted. ***** Tawnee dragged herself downstairs to get something to drink. At least it was Saturday and she was able to sleep in. Those last couple of Jello shots must have been what did her in and led to the headache that she was currently experiencing. "Good morning, Princess. Enjoy your party last night?" Janice asked. It was clear from the look that she received from her daughter that Tawnee must have, to some extent, enjoyed herself. "Um, what's so good about it? Party wasn't bad, I guess." "Don't be grumpy just because you were foolish enough to drink too much. Will and your father are staining the deck, so don't walk out there 'til it dries. Oh, and you got some mail on the table." "Sorry, Ma." Tawnee got herself a glass of water and sat down at the table. She looked at the envelope that was addressed to her. It was from one of the accounting firms that she had sent her resume to through the job placement assistance at school. She looked up to see her mother staring at her. "Well?" Janice asked. "You going to open it, or what?" Tawnee tore the envelope open and read the letter that consisted of several pages while her mother looked on. "Um.." "What?" "Well, it says that they are very interested and pending graduation I would be well qualified for a position in their tax division. I need to call them if I want an interview and head out there after graduation." "To where?" "The Springfield branch," Tawnee said. She was a little stunned, not considering that she'd be able to land a job quite so quickly. Springfield was over two hundred miles away. She handed the letter to her mother. "Oh my god, Tawnee! I've got to go tell your father, he's going to be so proud!" "Wait, Ma!" Tawnee shouted. "What? You can't tell me that this isn't a good offer. Don't tell me you're not gonna take the interview. Aren't you excited about it?" Janice was having a hard time understanding why her daughter looked like she had just gotten a death threat in the mail instead of a lucrative job offer. "No, it's not that. It's just what I wanted. The problem is Will." "Will?" "Well, yeah, you know he and I have gotten kinda like buddies the last couple of months...and well, the other day he was telling me how he hoped that I wasn't gonna move very far away when I got a job. I'd rather be the one to tell him rather than you or Dad, okay?" "Will's not a child, I'm sure he'll understand," Janice said. "He probably will, but I want to be the one to tell him, okay?" Tawnee asked, hopefully stressing the fact that she was serious. "You might be perfectly fine with the fact that I'll have to move a couple of hundred miles away and leave all my friends and family behind, but he might not be so happy about it!" Realizing that she was right on the edge of having a tearful breakdown, Tawnee rushed back up to her room. Janice was shocked. Not the reaction that she would have expected. When she stopped and thought about it, it was understandable. She suspected that it wasn't just Will that Tawnee was concerned with. The girl, of course, would have some concerns, herself. It was no small thing to pack up and move your entire life somewhere else. Janice couldn't expect her daughter to take the job without giving it some serious thought, even if it did seem like it was everything that she was looking for. And who's to say that she wouldn't get other offers that were closer to home? She thought that she would give Tawnee a little while, then go have a talk with her. After a good twenty minutes, Janice made the journey up to her daughter's bedroom. The girl was laying on the bed, staring up at the ceiling. She didn't appear to be crying at the moment. "Can we talk about it, Tawnee?" "Okay, I guess," Tawnee mumbled. "I'm not wanting to kick you out and I don't want to see you move away, you know that I love you every bit as much now as the day you were born, right? It's a good offer and you should think about it, but it might not be the only one, and if you decide not to take it, I'll understand. It's a daunting thought, starting out in the world, especially when..." Tawnee interrupted. "I overreacted, Mom, I'm sorry. I'm still going to see if I get any other offers and try and figure out if this one is really as good as it looks. This is why I've been going to school, right? Springfield's like four hours away, and I don't know. You're right. It's a little scary. You'd think I'd be tough enough to handle it, but I'm just not sure." "Tawnee, honey, you're more than tough enough. I know that, and you know that. I'm not saying that it won't be hard, 'cause it will be. You know, your Dad and I and your brother, we're not going to just disappear. We'll still be here for you." "I know, Ma. I was just thinking the other night that I've had it pretty good. Maybe that's why I don't want it to end. But, you'd probably get pissed if I just went to school forever and never moved out of my room," Tawnee said, with a sigh. Janice and Tawnee spent quite some time talking, and in the end, they were both feeling a little better about the situation. Neither one of them would have considered it to be a joyous occasion, but it certainly shouldn't have been sad, either. Tawnee waited until later in the day to break the news to Will, letting him read the letter for himself while they had the privacy of his room. "Wow, Tawnee. Sounds like they want to have you pretty bad," he said. He tried not to appear to be too sad since he knew that this was going to happen sooner or later. "Yeah." "Kind of a kick in the balls, though, isn't it? Still, I'm really happy for you," he said. Tawnee couldn't help it. She was starting to tear up again. "But you, and my friends and..." "Hey, don't worry about me. And you can buy new friends from the looks of what you'll probably be making." "Heh, yeah. And we can still talk and stuff. See each other once in a while," she sniffed. "Whenever you want," he agreed, trying his best not to cry, himself, but not succeeding very well. It was sort of like taking an ice-pick to the liver. Even if you saw it coming, someone told you that it was going to happen, it didn't make it any less painful. ***** While most of the students were amped up for summer break, some for the impending graduation ceremonies, Tawnee sat, subdued in the cafeteria, picking at a salad. She wasn't feeling anywhere near as depressed as she had been the weekend before, but she wasn't excited, either. "Tawnee?" someone asked. She looked up. It was Symphony, standing there with a tray and a goofy smile. "Mind if I sit with you?" "Oh, go ahead." "Thanks again for the ride last weekend," the girl said, adjusting her glasses. "No problem, we were just heading out, anyway. See anything of uh..." Tawnee struggled to think of the name "...Marcus?" "Haven't seen him since that night. Kind of hope that his van broke down and he got eaten by coyotes or something walking home," Mony said. Tawnee liked that, she smiled. "That's the spirit. Show no mercy." The two chatted while they ate before Symphony grew serious. "I uh, saw Will this morning, but I didn't have a chance to talk to him. I wanted to thank him for the ride, too. Molly vowed that she'll never talk to him again because he didn't want to hook up with her." "I'm sure he'll be all broken up about that. Like I told you at the party, he's not into her," Tawnee said. It took her all of about one second to figure out what her new found friend Mony here was up to. She wasn't sure what she wanted to do about it, though. If anything. "Lots of guys would have just done it whether they liked her or not. Is he seeing someone, or something?" Mony asked, sounding nonchalant as she could. "Well, that's just not his nature, he's not like a lot of guys. It might have been different if he'd been drinking, but drinking's not really his thing, either. And no, Will's not seeing anyone. Too bad you're dating that idiot Marcus, he probably wouldn't mind getting to know you a little better." "What? No! Marcus and I are done! I'm not even sure why I was even with the tool-bag to begin with. He paid a little attention to me, at least to start with, I guess. I don't know," Mony explained. "Don't worry about it, Mony. I'm a regular tool magnet. I can't really explain why I've dated any of the guys that I have." "I'm sorry." Tawnee sighed. "So am I. Listen, I've got to get to class in a minute. You want to hang out later? I was going to hit the mall." "Really? I mean, sure." The two girls exchanged numbers and parted company. Taking care of her tray, Tawnee realized that she was going to have to put a decent amount of thought into what she was trying to do. The last time that she tried to set her brother up with a girl ended in a life changing event for both of them. She wasn't going to be able to keep Will all for herself. That was something that she knew the first time that she kissed him. Perhaps it would make her less of a bad person if she was able to find a decent girl that would appreciate him. It would make her feel a little better to know that Will wasn't going to be laying around, all alone, missing her, when it came time for her to go. Later on, after school, Tawnee was able to talk to her brother before she left for the mall. She didn't want to let him in on her plan yet, just wanted to feel him out a little. Besides, there was a little more than two weeks to go before she even had her interview, and she didn't think that he'd be all that willing to start dating someone else while she was still around. "So, you're hanging out with Symphony, huh? Watcha gonna do?" Will asked. "Go to the mall. Listen to her bitch about her boyfriend. That sort of thing." "Sounds like fun. Tell her I said 'hi'." "I saw you two making smiley faces at each other the other night. How well do you know her?" Tawnee asked. William wasn't sure if he was being accused of something or not. "What do you mean? I know who she is, we have one class together, that's it." "Relax. I was just wondering if you knew anything about her or not. Amanda and I were going to try and help her find a man that's not a disgrace to the gender. I was going to try and get to know her a little better. She's pretty cute, right? I mean as far as nerdy chicks go," Tawnee wondered, stretching the truth a little. "Well, um.." "Will, for god's sake. I'm not going to castrate you if you think she's attractive, I seriously want to know." "Yeah, she is pretty cute. I'm sure there's plenty of guys, including me, that wouldn't have any problem having a nerd-gasm over her. Happy?" he asked. "Hehe, that wasn't so hard, was it? Okay, opinion taken. I'll see you later," she said, applying a quick kiss on the cheek before leaving. Will watched his sister leave, feeling a pang of sympathy for Symphony. He wasn't sure if Amanda and Tawnee would be considered the perfect match-making sort. Their taste in men (excluding himself, of course) was horrendous. There was no telling what the girl would end up with. Symphony and Tawnee had yet to begin shopping and were just sitting in the food court, talking over coffee. "So," Mony began. "You think you're gonna end up in Springfield, then?" "Probably, unless I get an offer that's anywhere near as good closer to home. I'm kind of chicken to go out there on my own, you know?" "You? Come on. You're like one of the most confident people I've ever met. You'll be fine," Mony said. "Well, thanks. How about you? You've got three years left, right? You plan on staying here for all that?" Tawnee asked. "Yeah, I mean that's the plan, anyway. I don't see why it would change." That was one thing to tick off the list. Will wouldn't want the new girl to move away, three in a row would be too much. "Yeah, Will's got to do it for three more years, too," Tawnee said, turning the conversation toward her brother. "You said that you know Will pretty good, right?" "Yes," Tawnee answered, with a small grin. "Do you think that I'd even have a chance with him? I mean if you think it's alright." "Well, why wouldn't you have a chance with him?" Tawnee asked, sipping her coffee. She apparently wouldn't have any work to do in order to get Symphony to go for Will. "Oh, I don't know. I mean, I don't look like Amanda, for one thing." "Damn, Mony. None of us look like Amanda. She's God's gift to men, we can't compete against that. You're pretty, got nice boobs, look like you've been pumped out of the nerd factory, you're right up Will's alley," Tawnee said, watching the other girl's reaction. She smiled, reddened a little, but didn't appear to be flustered. "You think he'd like me, then. I have a hard time figuring things like that out. I haven't done a lot of dating, I'm not clueless, but you always wonder, you know? Been with Marcus for a long time. I just don't feel like being...going through...I just don't want what he and I have anymore." "Let me tell you a secret about Will. Maybe it's not a secret but he might not want me to tell you about it, I don't know. Just don't tell him I said anything, okay? He hasn't done a lot of it, either. He did go out with a chick for a long time that was like his high school sweetheart. First love and all that, but she ended up going to college in Arizona and they decided to break up since they'd be so far apart. They didn't fight, didn't argue, just decided to part ways. He almost couldn't stand it and ran away to Arizona. It took him a long time to get over that," Tawnee explained. "I bet. Poor Will," Symphony said. "Well, after that, the next girl that he saw was Mandy, and I think you probably know how all that turned out. He never thought in a million years that he'd have a chance with her, and when he did, it felt like he had the world right by the ass. A couple of weeks later and he was like crazy-crushed. Now, I don't know. He mostly just mopes around and hangs out with me. I bet you two would be great for each other," Tawnee told her. It wasn't easy for her to say it, either. "He'd never strand you at a party, that's for sure. He's really nice and pays attention to the little things. You'd probably appreciate that." Symphony was picking up on Tawnee's vibe. "You think you're gonna really miss him if you have to go, huh?" "Yeah." "That's kind of sweet. I don't have any brothers or sisters, so I don't really know what that's like." Tawnee shrugged. "It's hard to describe, I guess. I went most of my life trying to avoid him, now I want to look out for him. That's why I was kind of hoping that when I go that he has a nice girlfriend, you know? Maybe I wouldn't miss him as much if I knew he was happy with someone." "That's a lot of pressure on me. I'm not all that exciting or interesting or anything like that. I mean, he might not even like me..." Symphony began. "And you don't really know me, either. You really think it's a good idea, me and him?" Maybe she wouldn't have started asking about Will if she knew that she'd have to go through a vetting process from his sister. She just wanted to grab a slice of pizza with the guy, not babysit him because he was some sort of emotional dumpster fire. "I don't mean to make it sound like seeing Will would be some sort of a job. I don't want you to feel like there'd be any pressure on you, either. And how interesting do you have to be? He's a boy, you're a pretty girl, I think he'd find that pretty interesting. You should talk to him." "Well, maybe I will, then. Just, uh, you kind of made me a little nervous. I mean, more than I normally would be," Mony said. Tawnee hadn't meant to scare the poor girl. "You know, I've been running my mouth too much. Bad habit I have. Let's do something fun. Want to help me pick out a couple of tops?" ***** "What did you and Mandy end up doing to Symphony?" Will asked. He was in Tawnee's room, bugging her while she tried to finish her homework. Thankfully, she wasn't getting huge stacks of it these days since classes were kind of winding down. "It was just Symphony and me, and I didn't do anything to her. We just hung out at the mall," Tawnee replied. She was hoping that she'd have a little more time to break the news to her brother as to what she'd been up to. "You told me you were going to try to find her a man." "Yeah, about that. I told her that she ought to talk to you," Tawnee said. "Why?" Will asked. When he didn't get an immediate answer, he asked again. "Why would you tell her that, Tawnee?" "I think she'd be a nice girl for you." "But...what do you mean? I don't...what?" Will did not like what he just heard one bit. He already had a nice girl. He was sitting on her bed, right now. Tawnee had already done her fair share of weeping and feeling sorry for the both of them for the situation they were in. It sucked, it wasn't going to stop sucking any time soon. She went and sat next to her brother, putting a hand on his knee. "I'm going to be leaving, Will. We just gotta deal with it. If I stayed and we stay together, doing what we've been doing, it'll just turn out to be a huge mess for both of us. It's been great, you're great, and I'll probably miss it for the rest of my life. The last thing I want to do is to hurt you, but I have a feeling that's what's going to happen now, no matter what I do," she said. William didn't reply. He just stared at Tawnee like he was seasick and getting ready to barf over the side of the boat. She continued. "I love you and I want to take care of you. That's why I think Symphony would be good for you. She's a little like me, hasn't been with a lot of guys, and the one that she's been stuck with is a waste of space. She's funny and a little dorky, like you. If you get to know her and treat her right, which I know you would, I think good things could happen. Plus, she's in your class so she'll be around for awhile. It'll be perfect, and you'll have someone to love you, like you should." "I wish you would have said something to me before you started talking to her," Will said. "Yeah, but you wouldn't have let me. Is there something about her that you don't like?" "Not really, she's fine, I guess. I just can't get a grip on letting you go, now it's really happening. I'm not ready. Not fair, not fair at all. There's something between us that I don't think I can have with anyone else. You feel it, don't you?" He wasn't quite crying, but he was sounding a little whiny, like he was getting there. "You know, I do, Will. I'm not saying that we totally forget about each other, we can't. I love you, I've never said that to anybody but you, because it's never happened before. Whether you decide to see Symphony or not is up to you, but I'm gonna take this job. It's not because I want to leave you, it's just something that I have to do." "But you'll be all alone and I won't be there to hold you when you feel sad. I could end up with Symphony and you won't have anybody," he said, having to wipe his eyes with his free hand. This was just about killing Tawnee. She knew it would be hard, and it didn't look like it was going to be getting any easier. If she had her way, she'd stay with Will and be his sex slave, but that just wasn't in the cards. "I'll be okay, Will. I'll find some rich accountant and spend all his money. We can still like video chat and visit once in a while. Please, let's not turn this into a misery fest. We just spent the last few months trying to make each other happy, we can't undo all that now. Now go take a shower or something while I finish up this paper. I'll come see you later," she said. "Okay," Will agreed, standing to shuffle off to his room. Tawnee had to admit to herself that telling her brother that she was going to go see him later certainly wasn't going to help to cut any ties. Maybe she didn't want to cut them, just loosen them a bit. Just because she'd be leaving didn't mean that they couldn't have each other while she was still there, did it? Will was thinking much along the same lines. Tawnee may have been planning to get out of town, but he was going to try and take advantage of the time they had left. There wasn't a thing in the world that he enjoyed more than pleasing her, and he was going to do his best to accomplish that. Hopefully without being a weepy bitch in the process. ***** "Candles, Will?" Tawnee asked, poking her head into her brother's room. She had planned on knocking, but he had left it open about halfway and she was intrigued by the flickering light. Will had just finished lighting the last one on his desk and spun around with a shy smile. "Yeah, I stole them out of the bathroom closet. Thought I would set the mood and all that. Would you care for a drink?" he asked, picking a wine glass from the surface of the desk and handing it to Tawnee. "Why, thank you," she said, taking a sip. "Root beer, this is romantic." "It gets even better. I've prepared a wonderful film for us this evening, the classic Nightmare on Elm Street." "Oh my. You really know how to treat a lady. If I were wearing any panties, I'd probably take them off," she told him, quite amused. "Yes, well that was the desired effect. Why don't you take your place on the bed and get ready for your massage while I start the movie?" he asked. Tawnee smiled and closed the door behind her. In the short time that it took her brother to turn on the television and press the play button, she peeled off her nightshirt and shorts, hopping on Will's bed, now totally naked. "I'm ready," she declared. Will moved beside her onto his bed. "I see. I figured things were getting pretty tense, maybe this would help loosen you up." He warmed his hands by rubbing them together for a few moments, then began to work the muscles of his sister's back. By this point in time, he had done this a few times for her, so he had somewhat of an understanding of what she liked done. "I think it's working," she told him. Will's fingers felt wonderful, he even remembered to add the kisses in to the back of her neck. She was glad that this was how he chose to react to the situation, thinking that there was a pretty good chance of her showing up and he would be nothing but a whimpering mess. Once again, he seemed to know just what to do to make her feel better. A little ways into the movie, Will felt like that he had rubbed everything that needed to be rubbed and thought it was time to move on to something else. "Why don't you get up on your knees, and I could get underneath and lick you while you still watch the movie?" Giggling, she did what she was told while her brother rolled onto his back, sliding his head into place. She lowered herself down until he could get his lips on her pussy. Sighing with the touch of his tongue, Tawnee spread her knees to an angle where she wouldn't be putting too much pressure on Will's face. Wouldn't want to smother him. One thing that Tawnee had learned about her brother during their almost nightly sexual trysts was that he really enjoyed eating pussy. He had gotten to where he was really good at it, too, knowing just when to tease her, knowing when to be more aggressive. At that moment, he was using everything that he had learned she liked to coax her toward orgasm. He nibbled around her entrance, and fucked her with his tongue while she clenched her fingers in his sheets and hummed with pleasure. William knew that he was accomplishing something when his sister began to rock back and forth slightly and started grinding herself on his face. He loved being in that position, looking up at her while her face was bathed in ecstasy, the black waves of her hair falling about her neck and shoulders. And, of course, her wonderfully firm tits that never sagged or bounced, just moved in rhythm with the rest of her body. She came while he was twirling her swollen clitoris around in his mouth. It wasn't a mind-blowing orgasm, but it was a nice one. It hadn't taken all that long from start to finish, which may have spoke for how much she had enjoyed it. "Oh Will, you've really gotten good at that," she told him, once the main wave of her pleasure had passed. She didn't know how Marcus was in bed, but Tawnee had a feeling that if things ever got that far with Symphony, the girl would think that she died and went to heaven. Will slid out from underneath his sister and pulled his tee-shirt off, using it to wipe some of the various moistures from his face. "I've had a lot of practice lately." He wrapped his arms around her from behind and kissed her cheek from over her shoulder. "And I've loved every minute of it." "I have, too," she said, spinning around and squeezing his butt through his shorts. "Why am I always the one getting naked first? You should get these things off," she told him, snapping his waistband. "Well," he began, slipping the rest of his clothes off, "I think it's because it's more fun for me to see you naked than to see me naked." "I think we have the most fun when we're both naked," Tawnee said, moving in for a kiss and laying her brother flat on his back. With little wasted motion, she was on top of him, and he was inside of her. "Yeah," he said, "this is pretty fun." The first penetration was always a remarkable feeling, especially after having to deal with his building arousal from cunnilingus. It was an immediate relief to his hungry cock. Tawnee smiled, and began to fuck slowly while Will stroked her sides and told her how beautiful she looked. Again, she thought, with a bit of regret, that Symphony was really going to be getting something special. Will was going to be a difficult man to replace, seeing as how, as far as she was concerned, seemed to be her perfect lover. Anything was possible, but still, she didn't relish the idea of having to give this up. "Are you okay, Tawnee? You're not going to cry are you?" Will asked. He had been watching the expressions change on his sister's face and was beginning to become concerned. He didn't think that it would speak well if the girl you were having sex with suddenly burst into tears. She snapped out of it and smiled. "No, no. I was just thinking about how much I like this," she said, regaining her focus and her rhythm. "You know how to make me feel good, Will." Will had a hard time responding now that he had Tawnee's attention back. She had a way of grinding down against him that could take his breath away, and that was what she was doing at the moment. There wasn't a whole lot of that that he could take, and she knew it. "Oh fuck, Tawnee! Please don't stop doing that!" he gasped. She had no intention of stopping, sliding up and down his shaft with a greater urgency, wanting to bring Will the orgasm that he deserved. Soon, he was grunting with his release and Tawnee was feeling her insides being coated with his semen. She sat down on him, and played with his little tuft of chest hair while he caught his breath and she leaked a trickle of their combined juices. It was fun to look at his face while, and just after he came. Like he was going through electro-shock or something. She was smiling, clearly pleased with herself. "See? Lots of fun," she said. He nodded his agreement. ***** "Hey, Will. You got a second?" Will was hoping to avoid this for a while, but from what Tawnee had told him, it was more than likely going to happen. Symphony was approaching him after class. "Sure, what's up?" he asked. The girl didn't appear to be overly nervous, but she seemed to have some difficulty gathering her thoughts. "Um, uh, well...I wanted to say thank you for the ride home the other day. That was really nice of you." "That was no problem." "And, uh, I was wondering if maybe you weren't too busy, maybe we could hang out sometime. If you wanted," she said. Will estimated that he had a few weeks, maybe a month at best before Tawnee could possibly be gone for good. It wasn't a sure thing, obviously, but did he really want to take the chance of losing all that time with her? He didn't want to start hanging out with Symphony if he was still romantically involved with his sister. That would be far too similar to what Mandy had done to him for his tastes. "Well, things are kind of hectic being around the end of the semester and all. Tawnee might be leaving soon, and things are kind of busy at home, too..." he started to say. Symphony looked down at the tile on the floor, as though she may be getting ready to get sick on her shoes. She could tell from his tone that she was being rejected. Will couldn't hardly stand to see it. She was cute, both in looks and personality. Everything about her said that she was a nice girl, yet he still didn't really want to get involved. Thing was, in an ill-advised move, he had promised Tawnee that he would listen to what the girl had to say and possibly entertain the notion of showing some interest in her. If the timing had just been a little bit different, it would have been much, much easier on him. He wouldn't have had to think twice about it, and would have been more than happy to spend some time with her. "...But I wouldn't mind hanging out. I mean, I probably won't have a whole lot of free time until summer break hits, but that's cool." "Really?" Mony asked, perking up. "I thought you were going to brush me off there for a minute. Tawnee's not making you, is she? I know you must have talked to her." "Well, she might have a little bit to do with it, but trust me. If I didn't want to, then I wouldn't do it. Besides, she can't be wrong about every girl that she tries to hook me up with, right?" Symphony was satisfied enough with that to crack a smile. "I don't know. I hope not. I just want to hang out, okay? Nothing too serious." "Sounds perfect." ***** Will was changing his clothes when he got home from school, getting ready to mow the yard. It wasn't really that much of a chore considering that it wasn't all that large, and with the water regulations in place, they were lucky to have one at all. Still, every once in a while it needed to be hacked down. Tawnee caught him just as he was putting his shirt on. "Hey Will. Busy tonight?" she asked. "Nope. Dad wants me to mow, after that I don't have any plans." "Oh, just wondering. Symphony tells me that she talked to you today and you two are planning on hanging out sometime," Tawnee said. "Yeah. That's what you wanted, right?" he asked with a sigh. "Don't be like that, you like her and you know it. Besides, you should have seen how excited that she was at lunch today. She was acting like she'd just won the lottery or something," Tawnee said. "I do like her, she's nice. I just...you know, I didn't want to start anything until we found out for sure that you were going. It's hard for me to get excited about it," he told her. "Look, we've talked about all this before, and it won't do us any good to talk about it all again. We're just going to have to cool things off and plan on me leaving. Neither one of us are going to like it, that's just the way it is. I hate it, as a matter of fact. I'm handing you this girl on a platter because I don't want you to be lonely when I go. If you ruin things with her because you're sad about me, then I'm going to have to kick your ass, but I'm still gonna to have to go. Don't be a little cry baby." She was trying to sound tough, and she did, though Will could see through it all. It was still hurting her more than she cared to admit. "I promise that I won't ruin things with her, Tawnee. You're doing something really nice for me, and I won't spoil it. I worry about you, too, you know. I wish there was something I could do. You'd let me know if there is, right? In case I'm too stupid to figure it out on my own?" "I will. Mandy and I are driving up to Springfield after school on Friday, we're going to come back on Sunday. Gonna check the place out. Maybe you ought to see what Mony's doing," Tawnee suggested. "Yeah, I guess I could." The two began to turn away from each other, but Will seemed to have second thoughts. He spun around and took his sister into his arms, and by surprise. Delivering a kiss on her cheek, he spoke into her ear. "We have a little time before we cool down completely, don't we? It's not over yet, is it?" Tawnee took a breath relaxing herself in her brother's arms. "Not yet, Will. I promise. We don't ever have to totally forget about each other, but we ARE going to be apart. I hate it, but have to face it. Now, I've got some stuff to do, you need to mow, we'll get together after dinner, okay?" Will was able to gain back a little bit of his control. "Okay. Sorry. Lost it there for a second," he said, releasing his hold on Tawnee. She stepped back and smiled. "It's okay, Will. I know exactly what you mean." It didn't seem to matter how Tawnee tried to handle things, it was just a frustrating and sad situation. She decided to try and push it to the back of her mind, having a couple of exams coming up, maybe she'd be able to worry about them, instead. Heading back to her room, she went to her computer to study. Will had a few exams coming up, as well, though none of them particularly daunting. He'd always been good at taking tests, or learning anything for that matter. He had an incredible memory and rarely had to go over material more than once or twice. It was a good thing when applied to his schoolwork, haunting and painful when applied to women. Being able to remember every delightful thing about one, the sound of every pleasured sigh, the taste of every kiss, that could be downright depressing when he didn't have them anymore. Tawnee had told him not to be a crybaby, but he just couldn't help it. He had a little bit of crybaby in him. The yard mowing was dusty, boring, and unfortunately did little to lift his spirits or kill much time. He whipped through the yards, front and back, and raked up the weed stalks that he chopped down, and there was still hours to go until dinner was over. Will hit the shower to rinse the dust off, then retreated to his room, hoping to find something to occupy hismind for a while. ***** "You two are quiet tonight," Janet said, over the dinner table. "Worried about your exams?" "Just a little," Tawnee said. She was fairly confident that she'd be able to handle most anything that her professors had to throw at her. "How 'bout you, Will? Got things under control?" Jacob asked. "Pretty much." "Have you ever done bad on a test?" Tawnee asked. "Uh, that first driver's test was fairly humiliating. Got the big F on that one," he replied. "But in my defense, that old lady wasn't even IN the crosswalk. And if she really was so blind, why was she walking around by herself anyway?" "I forgot about that. I guess giving an old woman a stroke would be considered bad, but I was talking about in school. I suppose there wasn't really any need to ask. What about Symphony? How's she doing? I bet she'd love to have you study her or help her study or something," Tawnee said. Will looked at his sister and shook his head. Now he'd have to answer a hundred and one questions about the girl from his mother. Why would she do something like that? "Symphony? Is that really a name? Who's that?" Janice asked. "Oh, just a really sweet and cute girl that has a crush on Will. He's being a bonehead and not paying any attention to her," Tawnee replied, then stuffed some mashed potatoes in her mouth. "What? That's not true! I just told her this morning that we could hang out sometime," Will said. "Well, I think that it would be good for you see a nice girl. Are you honestly that busy to where you can't find any time for this Symphony? Don't you like her, Will?" Janice asked. Will sighed and looked down at his plate. He wasn't angry, just a little irritated. Thought that Tawnee had progressed beyond trying to make him feel uncomfortable in front of his parents. Apparently, she still found that to be amusing. "I like her just fine, Mom." "Why don't you have her over for dinner one of these nights?" Janice asked. "Oh my god, I've only ever talked to her a couple of times, we haven't even gone on a date. Tawnee knows her a lot better than I do, and I'm not even sure why she brought the girl up other than to get you to start asking questions about her," Will whined. Jacob chuckled. "That true, Tawnee?" "Well, I just thought that I should mention her, since she's totally in love with Will. I mean, why keep it a secret?" Tawnee replied. "Are you trying to keep her a secret?" Janice asked. "Are you embarrassed to be seen with her? What's wrong with her?" Will raised his hands in the air, but couldn't think of a reply right away. Luckily, his father saved him. "Would you two stop picking on the boy? It runs in the family. If he's anything like I was at his age, he's probably bored with all the women throwing themselves at him. And since he's not a woman, himself, he might not feel like gossiping about every little chick that walks his way." Tawnee kept eating, content to see where the conversation would turn from there. Janice spoke up. "Oh please, Jacob. How many women could have possibly thrown themselves at you? When you and I met, you acted like you'd never even seen one before." "Well, um, it's because I could tell that you were special. Made me nervous," her husband replied. "Mmm-hmm. That must have been it," Janice said. "How many boyfriends did you have before you met Dad?" Will asked. If Tawnee could turn the dinner conversation for her own amusement, he could at least try and point it in another direction. "That's not important. What's important is that your father and I fell in love and ended up with two wonderful children," Janice said. "I don't know. I think it's a legitimate question. Our wonderful children might want to know how many boyfriends that you burnt through before you settled down with their dear old Dad," Jacob said. Will turned to his sister while their parents argued back and forth. "You see what you started here? Why?" Tawnee shrugged. "Bored, I guess. Am I in trouble?" Then she leaned over to him and asked in a low voice as not to be overheard by their bantering elders, "Are you going to punish me?" Will was left shaking his head again. "What's gotten into you?" He had long thought that his sister may have had a touch of bi-polar disorder. Here it was, bubbling up to the surface again. Tawnee laughed and carried her empty plate to the dishwasher. Sometimes it was fun to change the mood. She was certainly going to miss the family dinners when she was gone. Will soon followed his sister from the dining room into the kitchen. "You were such a sweetheart this afternoon, makes me wonder if maybe Mom was right and you are on drugs," he said. "Oh, relax, Will. Just trying to keep the mood light. Now, what are you going to do to entertain me until later?" she asked. Rinsing his plate in the sink, Will's mind was blank. He didn't have any good ideas, he'd been bored since he'd gotten home. He shrugged. "I don't know. Why don't you entertain me? Why do I always have to figure out stuff to do?" "Because as a man, it's your job. If you let your woman get bored, then she won't want to waste her time on you. You got to keep things fun and exciting," Tawnee explained. Will scoffed. "So, you're training me to be a good boyfriend, is that it? I'm not sure if I buy that or not, but if that's all you got it must mean that you don't know what to do, either. Want to go to the mall, see what's playing at the movies?" "I don't know. If we watch a movie, I'd rather do it here. Why don't we go to the car wash and the Quick Lube? I need to get an oil change and clean that thing out before Mandy and I go this weekend." "Heh, that sounds like loads of fun, but I think I'd rather stay home and defragment my hard drive." "Oh come on, it will be for me. I should have had my oil done a long time ago, and I don't like going by myself. You can frag your computer when we get back," Tawnee said. "Fine. You gonna buy me a sweet ride after you get a couple of those fat paychecks?" Will asked. "What? Because you rode with me to get my car serviced? I don't think so. You might end up with the one that I got, though," Tawnee told him as she grabbed her keys off the counter. "Seriously?" Will asked. Sounded like a generous offer. "Sure, why not? Mom and Dad bought it for me. I haven't done anything but beat on it, not like I could get much for it," she replied. The prospect of a free vehicle in the near future seemed to perk William up quite a bit, he even volunteered to vacuum the inside of it. Maybe Tawnee was just putting the thought out there for a result like that, but whatever. He wasn't doing anything, anyway, and he didn't mind hanging with Tawnee. They didn't have to be having sex for him to enjoy her company. His sister was animated and cheery, it was hard for him not to enjoy being around her when she was like that. When she was happy and smiling, it made him feel the same way. Tawnee was feeling happy. Despite some brief moments of gloom during her rapidly changing moods, she was thinking about Springfield with much less dread. Speaking with the people on the phone, it sounded like unless she did something incredibly stupid during the interview, the job was hers for the taking. She'd gotten her friend Amanda back and it looked as though Will was going to be taken care of, as well. Everything seemed to be coming together, just as it should. With any luck, her brother would develop some sort of attachment to Symphony while she was gone for the weekend and he'd stop being so damned mopey. He was trying, Tawnee knew, but it would make things so much more difficult on her if he was hurting too bad when she left. She would much rather be the one hurting enough for the both of them, convinced that at this point in time that she'd be able to suck it up and take it. Telling Will that he could have her car was a spur of the moment decision, but it seemed to cheer him up. Tawnee hoped that he didn't expect it right away, though, a lot of things had to come together before she'd be able to toss him the keys. For the moment, however, he was inspired, crawling around in the backseat with a vacuum hose, eliminating all traces of dirt and debris from his ride of the future. He worked until the quarters that Tawnee had fed into the machine by the wash bay ran their course, then stood back to examine his handiwork. "Looks good, Will. And you acted like you didn't want to come. Look at all the fun you've had. Know what else is fun? Checking the air pressure in the tires." Tawnee said. "Heh. I think you've been reading Tom Sawyer. Isn't that how he got the other kids to paint the fence for him? Convinced them it was fun?" Will asked, hanging up the hose. "I don't know about that, but would you check them for me, please? Since we're right here by the air pump?" "Yes, dear." The tires turned out to be fine, and having already done the oil, the two set off in search of further adventure. It would have to be a short one, though, seeing as how it was getting dark and they didn't want to stay out too late. They settled on grabbing a pretzel again, since it seemed decent last time. They caught the fellow right before he packed up shop and sat on the same bench as they did before to eat them. "So what are you and Amanda actually going to do up there?" William asked. "Just look around, basically. See where the office is, maybe get an idea of where I might want to look for an apartment," Tawnee replied. "Gonna do any partying? Hit the bars, pick up men?" Will was more than a bit jealous that his sister had chosen to take the trip with Mandy and not himself. It was selfish of him, he knew, but couldn't help it. She was leaving him with a girl of his own, after all. Tawnee soured at the question. Things had been going so well up until then. She had no desire to make a two hundred mile drive to pick up a stranger in a bar. If she had wanted to, however, she felt like it was within her rights. "Oh, for fuck's sake, Will. That's not what the trip's about. If I'm going to end up living in the fucking place, then I want to fucking look at it first," she said. Rather hotly. Realizing that he may have flipped the switch from manic happy to manic angry, Will tried to diffuse the situation. "I know, I know. I didn't mean anything by it. If you do decide to hook up with a guy, I can't stop you anyway. I know you don't operate like that, though. Mandy, well, we both know what Mandy can be like. Have fun, but be careful. That's all I'm saying." Tawnee took a breath and a vicious bite from her pretzel before speaking. "Okay. But you sounded like a jealous turd there for a second." "Well, I am kinda. But I'll just have to get over it, won't I? I'll still worry about you, though. There's nothing you can do about that." Having reasoned that the response was understandable and acceptable, Tawnee mellowed. "We probably will go out Saturday night for a little bit, but I've already talked to Mandy. She'll either stick with the plan or end up riding a bus back from Springfield, cause I'm out of there Sunday morning. I wanted to go up there with her 'cause it might be one of the last chances that we'll have to actually hang out together. You never know what's gonna happen to us or where she'll end up. She has no idea. I would have asked you to go with me, but I figure there's a pretty good chance that we'll stay in touch. Don't be jealous that I'm going with Mandy. Besides, I want you to get to know Symphony. I've got a good feeling about her." "Got it all planned out, don't ya? I hope your trip goes well. I hope I grow a set of balls from between now and when I'll have to do something like that, 'cause I have to admit, what you're going through seems a little scary to me," Will said. "Fuck yeah, it's scary. I'm trying not to think about it too much, telling myself that I'll just deal with things as they happen, you know? I feel a hell of a lot better now than I did when I first got that letter in the mail, though. It'll be a long time before you have to do it, don't worry. I'll walk you through it." Not quite ready to give it up yet, the two made love that night, slowly and with subdued passion. They both had been on such emotional highs and lows as of late that they did it more for comfort than for pleasure. Not to say that it wasn't pleasurable, that went without saying, it's just that pleasure was more of a side effect. Even though they slept separately and Tawnee retreated back to her room when it was all done, they slept well. ***** "So, you think you're ready for our exam on Monday?" Symphony asked. "Oh, I'm not worried about it. Think I've got a handle on things. How about you? I'm not keeping you from studying or anything, am I?" Will asked back. The two were meeting for lunch. "Na. I need to relax a little today. Monday's my last one, and my head's been spinning. I'll have to do some tomorrow, but for right now, this is nice," Symphony replied. "I can help you, if you want me to. But only if you want, I know that some people study better alone." Symphony knew that Will had gotten what was basically perfect scores in their class all semester. She had done well too, and was more than capable of taking the exam right at that minute if need be, without any additional preparation. "That'd be awesome. Maybe you could come over tomorrow," she suggested. "Sure." Symphony's phone began to vibrate and she picked it off the table to look and see who was calling. Disgusted, she tapped the screen and set it back down. "That was Marcus. The dumb-ass keeps calling me, like I don't have anything better to do than to go crawling back to him. I go for weeks without hearing from him and now he's back to being madly in love with me," she told him. She was about to explain in more detail about how much she hated her ex when she caught the amused expression on Will's face. No need to dwell on the past when she had the future sitting there, right across the table. "Sorry about that, he just pisses me off, I won't talk about it anymore." "Oh, it's alright. Some people just don't know when to quit and move on. If I was him, I'd probably try and get you back, too," Will said. "Aww. Well, if he were more like you, then we probably wouldn't be having this conversation in the first place, would we? Let's talk about something more fun than giant douche-bags. Have you seen the new Star Trek movie? It's playing tonight." William had liked Symphony, almost from the moment that they had met. Getting to know her a little over a couple slices of greasy pizza confirmed what he had suspected. She was a nice girl, and she was into him. He hated to, but it was time to take his own advice and move on. ***** The trip to Springfield with Mandy wasn't some kind of a wild, end-of-college party-time road trip, as much fun as that probably would have been. It was much more of a business trip. Tawnee wanted to see where, in all likely hood, that she would be working. Mandy had her resume to submit to the same firm, as well as a couple of other places in the city. She didn't have as many opportunities flying at her as Tawnee, and wanted to cast a wide net. There were also the issues of figuring out where to eat, shop, and eventually live. Springfield wasn't anywhere near as large, as it turned out, as their hometown, making the answers to some of the questions a lot easier. Tawnee was worried that a new city would be overwhelming, but it wasn't like she'd be moving to Los Angeles or Chicago. The visit helped to ease her fears of the place, though try as she might to embrace it, the place still felt lonely and unfriendly. She'd have to give it some time, she supposed. "I don't know if I'm gonna end up living here or not, but if I do, I don't think I'm coming back to this place," Amanda said. The two were in a quiet bar that the man that worked at the motel had suggested. It was dark, gloomy, and the music that was playing was making Tawnee want to slit her wrists. Tawnee sipped her drink and smiled, trying to stay in a positive mood. "I know what you mean. Maybe we should come back in a hundred years when we're old enough to enjoy it." She looked around, noting that most of the patrons were much older. There were a couple of men checking them out, probably thinking that they were call girls. "Let's get out of here." Back in their room, Mandy flopped on the bed while Tawnee kicked off her shoes. "Do you really think that you could live in a place like this?" "What? A Best Western?" Tawnee asked back. Mandy giggled. "Yeah, a crumby motel. No, I mean the city. It doesn't seem like there's much to do, and everyone we ran into just seems so old." "It will probably be fine. It's not like it's out in the boonies or anything. Plus, back home, there's like a giant college campus in the middle of town. We're used to hanging out in all the places where the other kids do. 'Round here, it's more like the real world," Tawnee replied. "The real world's a drag. And this bedspread is sticky. Gross. I'm taking a shower, if there's not any like, body parts in there." "Well, next time, you can pay for the room and we can stay wherever you want," Tawnee suggested. "Yeah, yeah." Tawnee had been trying to call her brother, but he must have had his phone turned off. Perhaps he and Symphony were getting busy, but to find out for sure, she called her mother. She'd already spoken with the women a couple of hundred times throughout the day and figured that one more call couldn't hurt. Janice was more than happy to chat again, hopefully for what was the last time that night. She informed her daughter that Will was on a date. Tawnee told her mother goodnight and set down her phone. She knew that her brother going out with Mony was exactly what she had been trying to make happen, but it still bothered her for some reason. Not a lot, but it was a noticeable effect. She had been sharing his bed, just the night before. They really weren't doing a good job at cooling things down. Mandy must have noticed how Tawnee was feeling when she came out of the bathroom to grab a few things from one of her bags. "What's wrong with you? Get bit by a rat or something?" Turning toward her friend from staring out the window, Tawnee was able to muster a weak smile. "No, just trying to call Will to say goodnight, but he has his phone off. Mom says he's on a date with Symphony." That was the first that Amanda had heard that the two were going out. She'd been making it a habit of not discussing Will at all with her sister. "Mony, huh? I didn't realize they were together. I know that Molly had it bad for him there for a bit, she was kinda bummed that didn't work out. Mony seems alright, doesn't she? I see you guys talkin' once in a while." Mandy wasn't sure why the news would upset her. "Oh, she's fine. It's their first date. I just haven't talked to Will all day, got a message from him earlier, that was it. Oh well, I shouldn't worry about him. He's kind of like a little puppy dog, though, I wanted to make sure he was okay before I went to sleep," Tawnee explained. Mandy had to smile. Tawnee had gone from considering her brother to be a pest to a pet. "I'm sure he misses you but he'll be okay, even without you to keep an eye on him. If you want, we can stop and get him a treat or something before we go home tomorrow." "Stop it. Besides, he's probably getting a treat right now, if he's doing it right," Tawnee said, some of her humor coming back. "I don't know. Think Mony puts out on the first date? She's never stuck me as being that kind of girl. Though she did go out with Marcus for a long time, and there's only one thing that he could have been good for. Maybe he is getting a treat," Mandy said. ***** It was early in the afternoon by the time Tawnee made it back home the next day, and there was a strange car parked out in front of her house where she normally parked hers. Before she had much time to think about it, her brother and Symphony came out the front door and down the drive. Tawnee could tell by the way that the two were smiling at each other that there was something really blossoming between them. At least her nieces and nephews were going to turn out to be little Einsteins. Or maybe androids, if they decided to build them instead of giving birth. Tawnee got out of the car and greeted them. "Hey kids." "Hi Tawnee, how was your trip?" Mony asked. "Boring. My ass is sore from sitting behind the wheel for so long. I ought to make Will rub it for me for ignoring all my calls," Tawnee replied. "Don't be mad, I didn't ignore you. I had my phone off because we went to the movies last night and forgot to turn it back on. I did this morning and sent you a message. I didn't want to call 'cause I figured you were on the road. You're not gonna make me give you an ass-massage right here on the street, are you?" Will asked. "Na. Later, maybe. What are you guys up to?" Tawnee asked. "Oh, Will and I are going back to my house and study for our exam tomorrow," Mony replied. She was obviously quite excited about it. "You two computer nerds need to study for a computer test, huh?" Tawnee knew what they were up to. Will looked down at his shoes while Symphony continued to smile. "Well, have fun. I won't keep you, I'll let you know how things went later, Will. Don't study too hard." Or you'll end up making little nerd babies, she didn't add. "Well, you need a hand taking anything inside?" Will asked. "No, I got it. You two go on. Life is short. Better get all the studying in that you can," she replied with a smile. She headed inside to tell her parents about the wonders of Springfield while, she imagined, that William and Symphony went off to press each other's buttons. "I know that you two are close," Symphony began as her and Will climbed into the vehicle that was in his sister's spot. She continued once they were safely inside and the doors were shut, "but she's not really going to make you rub her ass is she?" Nervous laughter came from Will. "Probably not. Why would you ask that?" "Oh, no reason. Just making sure. You guys got kind of a funny vibe going on." A funny vibe, indeed. One best left unspoken of. William decided to change the subject to their upcoming exam and what kind of classes that each of them would be taking in the next year. Academics, it would seem, was something that Symphony enjoyed and liked to talk about. He would much rather discuss credits and class schedules than have to sit there and lie about the things that he either hadn't done, or had done to Tawnee. Will missed dinner that night, he ended up spending more time with Symphony than he had originally planned. Keeping in accord with her wishes, and his for that matter, they kept things at a slow pace. The most sexual thing that happened was when she dropped Will back off and kissed him on the cheek. They had spent most of their time together playing with Symphony's computer, and had even studied a little bit. He made it home just before dark. After greeting his parents and heating up some leftovers, Will went upstairs to talk to his sister. She was laying on her bed, thinking about going to sleep early since something about driving all that distance sapped her energy. Tawnee perked up a little when Will knocked on her doorframe. "Hey," she said. "Hi. Sorry I didn't stick around to talk when you got back," he said, walking over to sit on the edge of her bed. "That's alright. Get a lot of studying done?" she asked. "A little. We messed around with her computer, mostly. Mony's got an awesome system," Will replied. "Yeah, I bet she does. So, did you two do the nasty or what?" "No. We just hung out. That's alright with you, right?" he asked. Tawnee sat up with a frown. She wasn't sad or angry, mostly just tired. "Yeah, of course. I know it really shouldn't be any of my business what you two do together, but it would be nice if you'd let me know to satisfy the nosy side of me. I figure that you and I ought to be able to tell each other things." "I'll tell you whatever you want, Tawnee. Right now there's not all that much to tell. We saw a movie last night, hung out at her house today. She kissed me on the cheek before she dropped me off. I really like her, she acts like she likes me," he said. "You know I'm always going to be a little jealous, no matter who you're with, right? I imagine you'll be the same with me. I'm glad for you and Mony, though. I'm sure I'll hear about how great you are tomorrow in the cafeteria," Tawnee said. Her cafeteria days were numbered, having already taken some of her exams, she only had a couple of classes left. Will was in the same boat, by mid-week the semester would be over and summer break would be upon them. Graduation ceremonies a week from the coming Saturday. "I doubt there's anything Symphony can tell you about me that you don't already know. Now, you gonna tell me about Springfield or what?" Will asked. Telling her brother all about her brief stay in the little city, they lay together on Tawnee's bed. She described everything that she could about the place and what she did, even though it didn't really amount to a whole lot. The slight wave of homesickness, mainly being away from him, being the final part of the story. "It wasn't too bad," she explained, "I was just a little sad that your phone was off." "I'm really sorry about that. I want you to be able to call me anytime you want. Plus, we'll be able to video chat, too. Mom will want to do it, I'm sure. We don't want you to feel all alone while you're settling in," Will said. "I'll be able to get used to it, eventually, I guess. Mandy put in a few resumes around town, but who knows how that'll turn out. Might have to make new friends," she said. "That probably wouldn't hurt." Tawnee reached over a little ways and grabbed her brother's hand. "Do you think I could come over tonight? I know you started seeing Symphony and all, so if you don't want me too, that's fine." It was a difficult offer to resist and William wasn't even going to try. He had thought about it, should such a situation present itself. This was Tawnee, not just some random chick from a party or a bar. Technically, they weren't supposed to have done anything that they had already done together, and there was no way that Symphony should find out about any of it. It was all wrong, so it just boiled down to what his conscience said. Was it cheating on Mony? Maybe, but Tawnee was what he considered to be his true love. Was it wrong to make love to your true love, keeping it from your new love? Probably, but most everything that he did was wrong, so what was the fucking difference? "I want you to come over. Would that make us just as bad as Mandy and Doug?" he asked. Maybe Tawnee would care to share her opinion. "I don't think it's even close to the same thing. Would it make you feel too guilty? 'Cause I don't think it would bother me all that much," she replied. "Maybe a little, but I figure that we're not supposed to be getting together, anyway." "I'll come in about the usual time, then," she said softly. It was kind of sad to think that their time together was coming to an end, but still nice to know that it wasn't over. Will gave his sister a kiss, a wonderful, deep kiss that lasted a long while. He most certainly would have taken her right there if it wasn't for his parents. He and his sister always were mindful of their schedule, planning their 'get togethers' well after the old folks had retired for the evening. Instead, he willed himself off Tawnee's bed to go and take a quick shower and get ready for his own. After showering and shaving, it was only a short while of wait time until Tawnee came over to join him in his room. They didn't speak at first, just held each other, kissing lightly and letting their hands roam where they may. While they were still standing in the middle of the room with their arms wrapped around one another, Will spoke. "You know that I'll always love you, no matter how far apart we are, right?" "I know, Will." She hugged him tight. "It was the nicest thing in the world to hook me up with Mony, I wish I could pick out your next boyfriend, but you'll be on your own for that. Please, please make sure that he's a nice guy. No more Dougs, okay? Someone that will appreciate you and take care of you like I would." "I promise. I might have to have a couple of try outs first. I don't want to settle down and start popping out kids. Got to try and have a little more fun first. Besides, it's hard enough to find one perfect guy, the odds of finding two have to be pretty slim," she said, smiling, looking straight into his eyes with her arms around the back of his neck. Will smiled back. "Do whatever you have to do, just make sure that you don't settle for something less than you deserve. And, by the way, I'm far from perfect, you're a lot closer than I am. All you have to do is try a little and you could have just about anyone you want wrapped around your finger. Just make sure it's someone worth it, is all I'm saying." "I got it, Will." They stood there, holding and kissing, as if slow dancing to a song that wasn't there. Eventually, they made their way over to the bed and Tawnee made her brother disrobe and lay down on his back. She had him tingling and gritting his teeth in anticipation while she slowly licked the sides of his erect cock and tickled his balls with her tongue. Taking her time, she began to give him head, taking him deep into her throat and holding him there for several seconds before releasing and doing it again. It was hard for Will not to love it. Not only did it feel fabulous, just watching Tawnee take him in her mouth like that was supremely sexy. She definitely knew just how to work him. It wasn't all that long before he felt his orgasm building and he was getting ready to blow. "Oh damn, that's it," he hissed. Knowing what that meant, Tawnee smiled around his cock, quite pleased with herself in being able to make her brother cum so quickly. It was nice to get his first orgasm out of the way so they could settle down to some real business. She moved a little faster and soon felt him releasing his load, spraying the back of her throat and the roof of her mouth, groaning with delight. Satisfied that he was done, Tawnee smiled, stood, and peeled off her night clothes before joining him on the bed. "That was quick," she said, leaning in for a kiss. "Sure was. You're awfully good at that," Will replied, smelling his sperm on her breath. He wasn't sure how other men reacted to such a thing, but it was just another thing that he found to be sexy. "Do I get to do some licking now?" Tawnee thought that sounded like a fine idea. Giving head was fun and all, but getting eaten was even better. Especially from her brother, who was fairly skilled at it. "Yes, please," she replied, rolling to her back and spreading her legs. "Oh, so polite, I like that," Will said, with a grin and moving into position between her legs. William had developed a real knack for pleasing his sister orally. Partly from all of the practice that he had, partly from just enjoying it so much. He had learned where to lick and how much pressure to use with his tongue to really excite her. He suckled and toyed with her labia while her pretty little cunt took on a blushing hue. She spread her lips for him, exposing her clitoris and willing him to take it into his mouth. It was hard for Will to not just go after it with frenzied passion, but he knew that Tawnee didn't like that as much as she did when he kept things slow and steady. He worked his way toward the prize slowly and deliberately, tracing around her erect clit before pressing against it with the tip of his tongue. Tawnee whined with delight as his lips clamped down on her pulsing, pink nub. Will did this for several moments, then thrust his tongue inside of her, then back to her clit. Tawnee couldn't help but thrust her pelvis toward her brother's probing lips, making his task a bit more difficult, but far from impossible. Even though it was a little harder to hit a moving target, that only meant that things were going well, so spurred on by the encouragement, Will kept at it. She came against her brother's face, stifling what would have been rather loud cries of passion by burying her face in his pillow. Finished with screaming, Tawnee pulled her face from the pillow and ran her fingers through Will's hair while he stretched his jaw. "Oh god, Will. Thank you. I needed that," she told him. It had only been a couple of days since her last orgasm, but it felt like forever when she really wanted one. "You're welcome," he said, sliding up beside her on the bed, his stiff penis brushing against her side. One thing that Tawnee liked about starting their sex off in this manner was that after cumming, then eating her, Will was always harder than hard again. There was only a few brief moments between feeling his tongue inside of her to feeling his cock inside of her. Splendid progression. Tawnee turned on her side and reached behind to line her brother's cock up to her slick entrance. The two slid into place, fucking slowly from the spooning position. She liked being on her side like that, even though it was difficult to keep any sort of a decent rhythm going for long. From there, Will pushed her onto her back and climbed on top, pounding into her missionary style. It was always the most exciting time for Tawnee, when she realized that Will was really getting into it and beginning to lose himself to the act of coupling. She was doing the same, feeling another orgasm building inside of her. Everything seemed so natural and easy with her brother, it was like he could make her cum as easily as pouring her a glass of water. Tawnee bit down lightly into his shoulder, moaning as another wave of pleasure took its grip. Providing his sister with such carnal delight was nothing less than pure joy for Will. Who wouldn't be favorably impressed with bringing such pleasure to a beautiful woman? When he found himself to be right on the very precipice of climax, Tawnee was just coming down from hers. He let loose his second load of the night while kissing her deeply on the lips, then they lay together, content and spent for the moment. ***** Sitting in the cafeteria, Tawnee gave Symphony a brief summary of her trip to Springfield. It was getting tiresome for her to repeat the story, it was boring enough the first time that she told it. She thought that next time that she did anything that people wanted to hear about that she would just make a video and post it to YouTube, then tell anyone that was curious to look it up. It would certainly save her a lot of time. They paused, eating for a bit once Tawnee had finished, then she spoke again. "So, Will tells me that you two seemed to hit it off pretty good. I take it that you're not sick of him yet." Symphony brightened at the mention of Will. "Oh no, I'm not sick of him, at all. It's amazing how much we have in common, really. It's nice to be able to have a conversation with someone that you really like, you know?" Tawnee smiled. "Yeah, I know. Good for you. Got your classes about wrapped up? Ready for break?" "Yeah. Will got me a ticket to go see you at graduation. That's okay, isn't it?" "Sure, but you don't have to go just because Will wants you to. I can't imagine that it would be very exciting for ya," Tawnee said. "It'll be fun. I think that it's exciting that you're graduating with honors, Will told me about how hard you've worked. He's pretty proud of you, you know. I think that you're like one of his heroes or something," Symphony said. Tawnee laughed, though it did make her feel good to hear that her brother was bragging about her. "He probably told you to say that, didn't he? I mentioned the other day that I was thinking about giving him my car when I get a new one and he's been trying to butter me up ever since." "Well, look at you, that's so nice. He didn't say anything about that to me, but I guess that could be his plan. Is it working?" Symphony asked. "Yeah, I'm a sucker when it comes to compliments. Besides, he's gonna need something to drive you around in this summer. I don't want to see you two having to date over the internet or something," Tawnee said. "He'd be able to drive up and see you, too," Mony pointed out. "That's true." ***** The day of the ceremony had arrived and passed. Tawnee wasn't nervous or emotional at all until she heard her name to be called to go to the podium and receive her diploma. Then it was as if everything was hitting her all at once. Tears filled her eyes and she was having a hard time getting her legs to work, as though they were suddenly refusing to hold her weight. Though disoriented and weak, she made it through as if she was watching the whole thing play out like an out-of-body experience. She remembered looking out into the crowd and seeing her parents and Will (Symphony too) clapping wildly, and wondering to herself why everyone was so excited. It wasn't like graduating was a surprise or anything, at least she had always planned on doing it. Perhaps they didn't believe that it could ever happen, though more than likely, as Janice pointed out time and again, they were just extremely proud. There were enough parties to go to that weekend that anyone that was in Tawnee's class was lucky to survive to see the following Monday. She, herself, had opted not to partake in any such wild partying. There were only a few days before her interview, and Tawnee was opting to spend as much time with her family as she could. Her father took her out and treated her and the family to a lavish dinner at a place with things on the menu that even Will and Symphony couldn't pronounce. They played croquet in the backyard on Sunday and had a barbecue, all in all, she really enjoyed her last weekend home. Come Monday, it was time for Tawnee to take her first tentative steps out into the real world. She wasn't doing it alone, though, Will was there by her side for moral support. They awoke at the unheard of hour of four in the morning to make the drive up to Springfield. Tawnee had just enough time to check into her motel room and freshen up a little before it was time to head to the office for her interview. She was beginning to feel the same way as she had on the stage at graduation, jelly-legged and nervous as all hell. "The worst that can happen is that you won't get the job," Will reminded her. "Then we can just throw some eggs at the place and go home." "I've been waiting for this for months, Will. Turned down two other interviews because they all but promised me a position. If I don't get the job, it'll be bad. Like really fucking bad," she told him with a frown. "You're worrying too much. You're beautiful, and you're smarter than hell with the papers to prove it. What else could they want?" Will asked, putting a hand on her back. "If you can watch a zombie chew someone's face off and suck their brains out through their eye sockets, and laugh about it, answering a few questions out to be a piece of cake." "I'd kiss you, but I just put on lipstick. You'll ride over with me, right?" "That's what I'm here for," he told her. He was rather nervous for his sister, as well. Will knew what a big deal this was for her. He also knew enough not to say anything that would reinforce any of her fears. It wasn't a long ride from the motel to the office. Tawnee had told Will that the town was tiny and boring, but as far as he could tell, it wasn't much different than theirs. The streets were full of people trying to get to work on time, being baked and blinded by the morning sun. There were coffee shops and traffic lights, it didn't seem like it would be that big of an adjustment for her. It wasn't like she was going to be moving into a starving third-world village or something. Tawnee pulled into the parking lot and cut the engine after finding a spot. She looked at the time on her phone and let out a sigh. "Well, here it goes, I guess." William took his sister's hand and kissed the back of it as he had grown so fond of doing. "I love you, I think you'll be just fine." Despite her brother's tenderness and encouragement, Tawnee still found the walk up to the building somewhat difficult. She took a deep breath, and decided to get it over with one way or another. Besides, like he had said, what was the worst thing that could happen? She wouldn't get the job. Sure it would mean that everything that she had worked for over the past four years would now mean next to nothing, and she would have to go home and live in shame, but it could always be worse, right? Neither Will nor his sister had any idea as to how long the interview would take. As he sat in the car for the first hour or so, he took that to be a good sign. He figured it would only mean something bad if he had seen her walking right back after just going in. Going into the third hour, he was wondering what the hell was going on. It didn't seem possible that she'd be interrogated for so long. Maybe there was a lot of people and she had to wait her turn. Maybe she got sick and was laying in there on the bathroom floor, puking her guts out. Maybe a terrorist had seized control of the building and was holding everyone hostage. There was just no way for him to know for sure. All he could do was scan the grounds for any sign of her, and check his phone for any messages. As it was, the only call that he had gotten since he'd been sitting there was from his mother, who was just as anxious as he was to find out what was going on. Lounging back in his seat and dozing, Will didn't see his sister approach. She tapped on the window to wake him on her way to the driver's side. Tawnee slid behind the wheel while her brother rubbed his eyes. "How'd it go?" "It wasn't as much of an interview as it was an orientation, I would say. Sounds like they pretty much had their minds made up, as long as I showed, I'd have the job. I start tomorrow," Tawnee informed him, then smiled. It wasn't so much out of happiness, but plain relief. She had no idea what she would be walking into when she'd first stepped into the building. "Tomorrow? Holy cow, Tawnee. That's great! I mean, are you ready for that and all? Where are you gonna stay? What can I do to help?" William had pictured things going a little slower, even if she landed the position. Still, the company had been waiting for her to finish school for months, they probably didn't feel the need to wait any longer. They seemed to want her even more than he did. "I guess I'm ready, I don't know. Not really. Glad that's over with, though. They're gonna put me up in a hotel until I can find a place, right down the street from here, I guess. Between you and me, I kinda get the impression that they're desperate to have me. The place is right full of old geezers and they've been dropping like flies. They couldn't stop praising me up and down, and they haven't even seen me work yet. Hope it's not too good to be true or some shit," she said, starting the car. Will thought that if the place really was full of old geezers that they wouldn't mind having Tawnee around, even if she couldn't make her way through the alphabet. He imagined that praising her up and down wasn't all that they were doing, but he kept that particular opinion to himself. She was smart and qualified, and had a pretty good chance to land the job before any horny old men had the chance to meet her. It was just their good fortune that she turned out to be hot. "So what are you gonna do? Gonna go back home, then come back?" he asked. "Fuck, I don't know. Got to go back to our room first and check out of there." Tawnee was kicking herself a little for not being prepared for such a situation, but she really didn't expect to be beginning work the next day. She was only packed for a one day trip. If they drove home and back, it would be deep into the night before they got back, and that was if they really boogied. She was still thinking about the situation after they cleared out of their current lodgings. "Why don't you just stay here? You got your credit card, go get something to wear for tomorrow and I'll drive home. You can walk to work, right? It'll kill ya to go all the way home and back. I can go and grab a bunch of your things and you can get a decent night's sleep, I can, too, and I'll be back tomorrow afternoon or so," Will suggested. "That would be awesome, Will. You really wanna do that? That's an awful hassle to have to go through for me." "Sure is," he agreed. "But, I don't mind, really. It's not like you're just moving across town, it's gong to be a pain in the ass no matter how ya go about it. There's no sense you getting all worn out. Besides, I don't really have anything on my calendar besides sleeping in and maybe playing some video games. You need to be rested up so that you can be fresh to impress the geezers." "You're a sweet boy, Will. I won't ever forget that," Tawnee told him. She didn't relish the idea of having to stay there alone, without a vehicle, but the idea was sound, not to mention it would make things pretty easy on her. Will thought about coming back with something witty, maybe sarcastic, but the mood wasn't quite right for that. Instead, he kissed the back of his sister's hand and stayed quiet. The inevitable end was taking place in front of his very eyes and Tawnee was being set loose out into the world. Luckily, they had gotten most of their crying and worrying out of the way long before the moment happened, but still, it wasn't what he would have described as a joyous occasion. ***** With the help of her father, and Will, Tawnee was able to secure a place of her own within a couple of weeks. Her new job was about what she had expected it to be. Boring for the most part, long hours, as well, but she was good at it and didn't really mind the hours, especially when she got her hands on her first pay check. Despite what she had told her brother, there were actually a couple of people around the office that were close to her own age and Tawnee was able to make a few friends here and there. It made things a bit more bearable, though she found herself missing her brother terribly at times. They spoke on the phone quite often, but it wasn't the same as having him there. It was a shame to have to give something up that was as wonderful as what she and Will had, but that was just the way things had to play out. It just wouldn't have been fair to Will to try and hold onto him. Besides, Symphony was keeping him pretty busy, and Tawnee had been getting the google-eyes from a guy that one of the office girls had introduced one night over drinks. It would be a pain in the ass to have to train another man, but she had needs. In the back of her mind, she had always pictured her brother coming up to spend a few nights with her every now and then during the summer, but it just didn't turn out that way. He went to see her a few times, but when he did, he had Symphony with him. It was sign enough for Tawnee that they needed to give things a rest. They both knew, individually, that there was something between them that would probably never totally disappear. It may have faded from sight for the time being, but it would still be there, even if it was hidden away in some dark corner of their minds. If need be, they would always have each other. In the mean time, they had their separate lives to live. pics---->> http://bit.ly/1D1q3qp
