I must admit that I've seen a lot of Isabella lately. It was no

when they have the road clearances, and consists of, initially,
two scenes. A car pulls up in the street, the character gets out
and asks directions of a passerby, then runs in the direction
indicated. The next scene shows the character running up the
drive of a large house and ringing the bell, that's all.


It's sounds easy, but the director wants the camera to pan pass
the runner in the opposite direction. As if from a passing car.
He wants an over-the-shoulder close-up of the character's brief
dialogue with the passerby and the last, a static shot of the
character's back as he runs towards the house. Three set-ups, one
from a 'dolly', one with the camera on a 'lift', with sound, and
the last fairly straight forward. 


As for the passerby, the brief suggested I use a local as an
extra, but I had a better idea. I give Lina a call.
"(Russ) Hey Lina, want to be in the movies"?
There's a moment of silence, then,
"(Russ) What"?
