   This story is set in the fictional "Reatcher World"
/files/Authors/doppelganger/reatcher_world.txt.  Read
it to understand why the described events would be possible.

   A young woman is heavily indebted with her bank.  Her parents died a
couple of years ago, leaving a mortgage that she is not able to play with
her modest salary, plus she is paying a college loan for her (or her
younger brother or sister, if she already has finished college).

   The bank threatens with sending her to jail for many years, and passing
the debt to her brother or sister.  The bank offers her the possibility to
participate in an experiment conducted by a pharmaceutical company of which
is the bank is a main stakeholder, in return to cancelling her debts.  But
the experiment will consist in testing cancerigenous substances or
radiation in her body (or a combination of both), though she will be told
she has some chances of surviving.
