   Several days had passed since those multiply punishments were inflicted
upon five group leaders and one young member of one of their groups.  It
was all because of that meeting both Administrators Daisha and Shari had
with the entire Orphanage.

   Many at that assembly were disgruntled with the new color coded panty
change in rule number three and the addition of new rule and penalty number
eleven.  Some of the group leaders were also heard mumbling among
themselves about the promotion to Head Group Leader of Daniella.

   The harshest penalty was inflicted upon fourteen year old group leader
Allacia and little eight year old JinJing.  But what affected Daniella the
most, occurred in the Orphanage punishment basement when both Mr.  Alex and
Mr.  Bruno took part in Allacia's ordeal.  It was during that time when Mr.
Bruno convinced both Administrators Daisha and Shari that Daniella at age
fifteen and still a virgin was long overdue to experience some adult
sexuality.

   Even Miss Jenny agreed with the others, and when Mr.  Bruno got Daniella

determined, and to receive a punishment much greater than has already been
listed.

   Well that simply didn't make any sense at all to her.  A place not yet
determined?  what place?  there were simply no other places to be taken to
except the cottage on the other side of that fence.  The last sentence of
that penalty was even more curious.

   To receive a punishment much greater than has already been listed.  She
thought to herself what could be worse than penalty number nine

   PENALTY NUMBER NINE...To be taken to basement punishment room to suffer
at the hands of the disciplinarians, a naked body punishment consisting of
whippings, floggings and painful breast and nipple punishment plus added

be determined by disciplinarian.

   So she thought, if penalty number ten would be much greater than penalty
number nine, and the place not yet determined, well then in her own curious

had heard rumors that when that contractor and his men arrived to build the

   Even though little eight year old JinJing didn't really like fourteen
year old group leader Allacia very much, after all it was she who turned
her in for her very first punishment session of rule violation number two,

got even with her by telling HGL Daniella about overhearing group leader
Allacia complaining about the new rules.

   Yet, she had nobody to put her trust in.  She certainly couldn't trust
that newly promoted Head Group Leader Daniella, she was the one who just

never return"

   "I don't know where to go, will you help me leave?  I hate this place,

   Allacia simply nodded her head and patted the poor little eight year old
Chinese girl on top of her head.  She distinctly remembered Allacia saying
how very curious she was, with what lay on the other side of that fence. 
Both of them whispered among themselves about about what options they had
to runaway, but could not find any that showed them a clear path.  They
could not come up with any alternatives other than exploring what
curiosities lay on the other side of the fence that separated the Orphanage
to what the two girls considered their freedom.

   Several days had passed since both Administrators Daisha and Shari had
gathered all the girls to the Orphanages auditorium and told them about the
new color coded panty change in rule number three, and the addition of new
rule and penalty number eleven.

   They heard the grumblings but expected it, they chalked it up to
resistance to more rules being thrust upon them.

   They would have tolerated the grumblings, but not the disrespectful
utterings coming from their group leaders.  So one day five group leaders
found themselves taken down to the unfinished Orphanage basement and
punished for their outburst.

   The two Puerto Rican girls Margarita Lopez and Rosa Perez, plus B'shara
James, and Cinnamon Jones, all received bare ass spankings at the basement

Walcott the contractor arrived with his workers, he introduced his chief

   There was plenty of activity going on at the Orphanage, delivery trucks
and equipment being carried down to the basement, workers moving up and
down the stairs leading to the proposed basement dungeon.  Then there was
the language being spoken, it wasn't English, and adding to the
distractions was the almost intolerable noise level of the construction
work being done.

   It was this interruption of normal Orphanage activity, along with the
recent disgruntled attitudes of a few group leaders, causing them to
receive corporal punishments, that led Both Administrators Daisha and her
sister Shari to call for an immediate staff meeting, which was to be held
in their office.

   Present at that meeting were Alex, Bruno, and Jenny, and when Both
Daisha and Shari sent for HGL Daniella none of the others present objected
to her being there, especially Bruno and even Alex who both seemed to have
a wicked smile on their faces when the suggestion for her presence was
first announced.

   When Daniella arrived she was wearing the regulation Orphanage uniform,
and both men ogled her very short plaid pleated skirt which she wore
according to regulations six inches above the knee.  The rest of her
uniform was also worn to specifications in rule number three, a white
button down the front blouse, and then her undies now reflected the revised
color code, which in her case was the color purple.

   As soon as she arrived Mr.  Bruno patted his knee and shouted out to
her,

   "Hey Daniella your lookin real nice,but are you sure your wearing the
new regulation colored panties?  if not I'll have to turn you over my knees
and whack that sexy ass of yours?"

   The others in the group all laughed and Mr.  Alex said to her.

   "Well Daniella I suppose you had better hike your skirt up and let him
take a look, after all you're the Head Group Leader, and if you cant wear
the proper colored panties how then can we expect all the others to wear
them"

   Daniella once again was flustered and embarrassed, she turned to look
over at mistress Daisha and Shari, but they weren't coming to her defense,
as a matter of fact, Shari said,

   "Go on Daniella pull your skirt up so we can all see your panties and
then maybe we can start this damn meeting"

   Daniella's hand shook but only momentarily, and she lifted her skirt up

   Daisha opened the meeting by saying,

   " The need to tighten security has become obvious to both my sister
Shari and me, We both have become aware that some, if not all our group
leaders have been voicing their opposition to some of the changes taking
place in our facility, and as you all know only to well, we recently had to
punish five group leaders and one little girl.  One of our group leaders,
Allacia was punished so severely she needed several days to recover"

   She then turned to both Alex Wicker and Bruno Martin and said,

   "What arrangements have you guys made with Jerry Walcott our contractor
to begin work in your own basement dungeon over at your cottage?"

   Alex said, " well we told him no work would begin unless either Bruno,
Jenny or I was there, and we were very specific about the restrictions for
his laborers or delivery people.  We told him nobody was permitted to
wander about our property, they were to confine themselves to the work
place and nowhere else."

   Daisha looked over at her sister and they both found his answer to be a
bit reassuring.

   The only one at that meeting who seemed confused at both the question
posed by Administrator Daisha, and the response to it by Mr.  Alex Wicker,
and that person was Head Group Leader Daniella Jefferson.  In her mind she
felt the question and answer only led to more mystery surrounding that
entire restriction or ban placed on the Orphanage girls when it came to the
other side of that perimeter fence.  The chain link fence separating the
Orphanage grounds from Mr.  Alex Wickers private property which lay on the
other side.  She was more and more curious however, to find out just what
was so damned important about keeping the girls away, and especially that
rule and penalty number ten.

   The next speaker was Administrator Shari who continued the meeting by
addressing the problem of maintaining full alertness with all the normal
Orphanage routines disrupted by the construction workers and delivery
people coming and going.  She said,

   " We must all do our utmost to see to it that none of our girls are
caught going down to the basement without permission, and we must also be
vigilant in questioning that any permission being granted is valid.  With
our new color coded panty rule in place it should now be much easier to
determine which girl belongs to which group leader and if the girl claims
permission was granted, we immediately can tell which group leader the
child is referring to."

   Administrator Daisha then spoke again and reminded those present that
both sides of the perimeter fencing would be responsible to see that no
trespassing occurs she said,

   "Since the construction work is going to be split between the two
properties, it means both the Orphanage and Mr.  Alex's area will be short
on staff, and that will open the door for some girls who would ordinarily
not take the risk of being caught trespassing to take advantage of the
circumstance and try their luck at it"

   Daisha then turned and looked directly at HGL Daniella And said,

   "We are going to count heavily on you Daniella to report what ever you
see or hear that would cause any of us to suspect some of our girls would
plan on climbing over the fence and trespassing on Mr.  Alex Wickers
property can we count on you for that?"

   Her time had come, the question was asked, and all she had to do now to
satisfy her curiosity was to say what had been on her mind for such a long
time, and so she just blurted it out,

   "Mistress what's so terrible about playing in the grass on the other
side of the fence?  I mean there are so many fruit trees, and that lovely
cool brook with water so clear and inviting.  why cant we climb those fruit
trees?  there must be hundreds of them and lots of newly planted tree
saplings.  Its unfair for our girls to be forbidden on the other side and
just be able to look there without ever visiting there"

   Alex looked startled at the young fifteen year old girls remarks, he
looked over at Bruno and the others, all of them could hardly believe
Daniella would be so bold as to question the most crucial, the most
important, the most severe of the Orphanage rules, for several moments not
a word was spoken.

   But then only Administrator Daisha responded and when she did it was
very brief and very direct, she simply said,

   "Head Group Leader Daniella Jefferson, we count on you to uphold all the
rules of our facility without question, its one of the reasons you have
been promoted to HGL We do not expect you to question them, they have
become rules because they were well thought out and now you may leave this
meeting and return to your group of girls."

   Daniella had let her curiosity control her better Judgment and now found
herself ostracized from the staff who she counted on to advance her
position above all the other group leaders.

   Her penchant for discovering what was so ominous about being caught on
the other side of the perimeter fence was now stronger than ever, but now
her curiosity had to be held in check until the right opportunity presented
itself.

   Back at the office Administrator Daisha and her sister Shari told Alex,
Bruno, and Jennifer that they all had to be very careful who they put their
trust in, and there was another concern for all of them to ponder she
asked,

   "With all the work being done both in our basement and in Alex's
basement, how or where could those little girls receive their proper
corporal punishments?"

   She continued and said further,

   "Now listen up people, we need to have a private area where our little
girls can be punished outside of our office, That means any girl who
violates rules seven through eleven, who would ordinarily be punished down
in our basement, must now be punished in some other place.  Any of you have
a suggestion?"

   There was silence in her office, even Jenny who had been coming up with
good ideas lately remained mute.  Then one by one suggestions were tossed
about for consideration.

   One being to wait until the workers left for the day, and then bring the
little girl or girls down to the unfinished basement dungeon.  But that
suggestion was quickly tossed out because of the untidiness of the work
area and the clutter of tools and materials that might lay about.

   Another suggestion was to use the outside grounds play area to punish
the guilty child, that suggestion was also defeated, because of the lack of
privacy which might cause panic among those little girls who could be
watching from the windows.

   Yet another idea was suggested to continue using the Administrators
office, but when it was brought out that the limited space would prohibit
the high intensity punishments needed to satisfy the penalty phase of rule
violations seven through eleven, then that suggestion was also tossed out.

   Finally after spending lots of time listening to suggestion after
suggestion, it was Alex wicker who came up with the suggestion they all
seemed to favor.  Alex said that,

   " Ok look since rule violations seven and eight deal mainly with naked
body punishments consisting of whippings, floggings, and painful breast and
nipple punishments, those could be handled by both you two Administrators."

   He went on to say,

   "But rule violation Nine deals with not only spankings, whippings, and
tit punishment, but also mentions cunt insertions, and I think that if we
add some asshole fucking then me and Bruno should take the little girls out
to our property behind some of our trees and then torture and rape her
until she's dead, and then since we are already there, we can simply bury
her right there without worrying about transferring her body all over the
place."

   When he was finished Administrator Daisha smiled and said while looking
over at her sister Shari,

   "That's an excellent suggestion Alex, and one that I know both my sister
and I favor, how about you Jenny?"

   Jenny was all in favor of it and winked at them then said,

   "yeah I agree, and besides it only has to last until the dungeon work is
finished, then after that we can have our basement dungeons to rely on."

   The meeting broke up with Administrator Daisha reminding everybody that
once the workers arrived, Alex, Bruno and Jennifer would be spending their
time over at Alex Wickers cottage and asking them to keep an eye out for
any of the Orphanage girls who attempted to leave.  She said,

   "Your property is so vast with all those trees and stuff, it definitely
presents a challenge to be able to maintain proper security"







   [ The time was ripe but the risk was enormous ]



   Foreign speaking workers were coming and going all day, delivery trucks
were arriving and men were beginning to unload lots of equipment.  Several
large covered objects were being unloaded from the trucks and the girls who
saw them just thought they were pieces of construction equipment, little
did they know those covered pieces of equipment were actually torture
devices ordered by the administrators and their friends to inflict horrible
sexual punishment on those little girls who broke some Orphanage rules.

   These days all ten group leaders including HGL Daniella were extremely
nervous, they knew from the general meeting held in the Orphanage
Auditorium that any little girl caught out of place especially down in the

what made the group leaders fearful was that if the girl belonged to a
particular group leader, then that leader would receive the same punishment
if not worse.

   Daniella convinced herself that to get back in the good graces of
Administrators Daisha and Shari, she would have to do or uncover something
spectacular.  That something was right around the corner just waiting to be
uncovered.

   Fourteen year old group leader Allacia had been waiting for just the
right conditions to develop so that she and little eight year old JinJing
could leave the Orphanage without being noticed and seek a better place to
live out their lives.

   Delivery trucks being unloaded, foreign speaking construction workers
moving in and out of the facility, the noise of the work being done, and
above all the absence of Mr.  Alex, Mr.  Bruno, and Ms.  Jennifer all
seemed to add just the right amount of confusion and distraction that would
seem to be the right conditions Allacia was hoping for.

   It was early in the morning just right after breakfast when the group
leaders took their little girls back to their sections and had them gather
their books and homework for the days school program.

   It was right after the count was taken, and the little girls had to show
they were all wearing the right colored panties for their particular group,
that Allacia told her group of girls to start off to their school program.
With 200 hundred little girls and ten group leaders all moving at the same
time.  Allacia grabbed little eight year old JinJing and pulled her off to
one side.

   "Come she whispered in her ear its time we left just follow me."

   What she hadn't counted on was that HGL Daniella had been keeping her
eye on her ever since she caught little JinJing oversleeping and blamed
Allacia for allowing that to happen.  So when she eavesdropped on their
conversation and overheard their plan to runaway she promptly put Ten year
old Cornesha temporarily in charge and that freed her to pursue the two
runaways and hopefully win the praise of Administrator Daisha and Shari
once again.

   All three girls made it over the five foot high perimeter chain link
fence that separated the Orphanage from the private property now owned by
Alex Wicker.  Allacia and little JinJing kept looking behind them to see if
anybody was following them, but could not see anybody, and felt they were
successful in their attempt to leave undetected.

   Daniella was careful not to be seen by the the two girls and waited
until they were substantially ahead of her before she began to follow them.

   The property they were on was huge and seemed to go on forever, They
soon discovered that the problem to select a path to lead them to safety
and far away from that Orphanage was far more difficult then they had
anticipated.  The fact was that fourteen year old Allacia never did plan
anything other than climbing over the fence and leaving the facility, that
mistake would prove to be costly for both her and little JinJing.

   Allacia and little JinJing saw the cottage and saw the delivery trucks
and the workers entering just like they did at the Orphanage.  Suddenly a
plan began to manifest itself in Allacia's head, she thought to herself
what if they could get close enough to one of those delivery trucks and
sneak on without anybody noticing?  then she thought they could be driven
far away and jump off and finally be free.

   So both girls headed carefully over to the cottage and towards the
delivery trucks, they hid behind one of the larger trees near the cottage
and waited until the driver and those unloading the material went inside,
then they thought they could sneak aboard the back of the truck and hide
under some of those large heavy delivery blankets used to protect sensitive
products being unloaded.

   The truck was now empty and clear for them to climb on and hide, and the
two of them did just that, they moved to the front of the cargo area and
hid under those delivery blankets.

   That's when Daniella sprang into action, she ran inside the cottage and
shouted for Mr.  Alex or Mr.  Bruno or even Ms.  Jennifer,

   "HURRY!  HURRY!  COME QUICK IT'S ME DANIELLA AND I HAVE TO SHOW YOU
SOMETHING REALLY IMPORTANT!"

   All three of them were down in the basement with the delivery men and
some of the carpenters when they heard Daniella shouting, they were
startled to say the least and and all of them hurried up the stairs.

   Alex led the way and it was he who spoke first,

   "Daniella?  what the fuck are you doing here?  don't you know your
trespassing on private property and that's a very very serious thing to do,
I believe it's a number ten rule violation, and that's the worst of all
penalties, you must be crazy."

   Daniella knew she had violated the no trespassing posted signs and broke
rule number ten, but she also knew the information she had, could offset
the infractions and get her back into favor with her Administrators, and
even elicit some praise from Mr.  Alex and especially Mr.  Bruno, who had

   While they were searching the truck Jennifer began to scold Daniella,
she looked at her and said,

   "I'm very surprised at you Daniella, we used to count on you for your
loyalty and certainly for your adherence to the Orphanage's rules, but
instead of alerting your Administrators to your discovery, you choose to
ignore them, and violate the strictest of all the rules, by being Caught
off Orphanage property, no matter whether they find those two girls in that
truck or not, I know we're going to have to deal with the behavior you've
shown lately.  From what I heard you say in our recent meeting in your
Administrators office, you simply are dying to find out what's so secretive
about this place, well you just might get your wish, and the dying part
might not be very pleasant for you to experience."

   Daniella wasn't expecting that reaction from Jennifer and began to cry,
she sobbed and wiped her eyes and hoped that Mr.  Alex and Mr.  Bruno would
think differently about her actions.

   Suddenly the door opened and both Allacia and little JinJing were being
pushed ahead of Alex and Bruno, Alex said to Jenny,

   "Look what we found"

   Jenny responded by putting her fists against her hips and shaking her
head from side to side uttering the sounds of disappointment,

   "TCH TCH TCH" my oh my what bad little girls, I guess your going to have
to take them out to those big trees and make them suffer rule violation
number ten, oh!  and when your finished with them, this one here might need
the same punishment"

   This time Bruno looked over at the sobbing Daniella and said.

   "Oh man I've been waiting a long time to get under those hot sexy purple
panties she's wearing, and now it seems there isn't going to be anybody to
stop me."

   Daniella's heart pounded like a drum within her chest, this was nothing
like the reception she expected and she just hung her head and let the

cottage and shoved them into their car, then drove them over the slight
hill on their property to the rows of fruit trees.  They pulled the girls

color coded panties and bra of the updated rule number three.  In her case
the color was chosen to match her last name which was Allacia White.

   Once again the slapping and spanking began only this time over her bra
