Chapter 93
Dancing and girl talk

Mandi, having arrived home early thanks to Terry and Jackie, was in a
fine position to meet and greet while Helen went shopping for the supplies
that the teens would undoubtedly need for the evening. Dinner was set for
6:00, and they could expect a gradual influx of teens until 7:30 or so.
Planning had the boys ejected by 10:00 - plenty of time for dancing and
assorted hijinks, with girl-talk after, while ensuring that everyone got
some rest for Saturday. On arrival, Denise and Eddie began organizing the
musical program, taking into account the fact that the music at the Prom was
likely to have some slow stuff, as well as the latest tracks. Tim had heard
of the band, and advised Eddie on their likely play list, which would
probably be a bit stiff, having been approved by 'old folks' - but the DJ
had a rep for being current, so it was no big deal.

Al ambled in at 5:30, trailed by Mike, just in time to assist with the
grocery lugging. Bobby and Dina arrived soon after, Bobby staying
studiously out of Mike's reach until he relented, "Awright, Squirt, I can't
stay pissed forever. Missy's making a much bigger deal of this than it
deserves, so it's not JUST your fault."

Bobby nodded, "I DID call to apologize - and left it in a message.
Dina's a witness!"

Dina nodded confirmation, "It was pretty good, for Bobby!"

"Okay, then," Mike growled, "I guess you can keep your skin!" He
ruffled Bobby's brush cut. Helen and Al both sighed in relief.

Dinner was nutritious, if brief and regularly interrupted. The males
were still discovering vegetables as a regular course, so Helen didn't push
them with broccoli or anything, confining herself to green beans. Dina sat
in; the quantities she ate weren't even noticeable, next to the boys'.
Terry and Jackie arrived almost as soon as it was served, having gotten
burgers on the way. Fifteen minutes later, Tim and Dolores did the same
thing. By the time Rick trailed in, things were already well under way.

Denise and Dina were widely experienced compared to the others, so
Dina assisted as Denise put the couples through their paces. The living
room could barely hold the group when they tried a line dance, but everyone
had a blast and came away at least basically equipped with the steps. As
they moved on to more standard fare, it was easier to keep two couples on
the floor competing with one another under Denise's tutelage while the other
two rested and necked. Poor Eddie got a workout, spot-learning steps to
demonstrate with Denise and staying on the floor with her almost constantly.

Mike retired to the den to watch TV, and Helen and Al worked on
preparations for the sleepover that was to follow, finding bedding and
organizing things. Mike's presence in the den aborted a couple of attempts
by couples to drift off and accomplish some heavier petting, which was just
as well as it helped to focus them on the dancing. Periodically, after the
organization phase, Helen and Al would drift to the kitchen door and observe
the frenzied activity in the living room, Helen leaning against a grinning
Al as they watched the couples jitter and whirl.

Dancing was thirsty work, and the couples hit the sideboard regularly
for snacks and, more important, drinks. Between them, the couples consumed
almost 3/4 of a case of Coke - and Rick and Mandi confined themselves to ice
water! By 9:00, everyone was soaking wet, which made it somewhat easier
when Helen started gently chivvying the boys out the door at 9:30. By
10:00, only the McCormick's were still there, and they were in the process
of reluctantly evacuating, using Mike's infirmity as an excuse for the
delay. Al kissed Helen good night, grumbling about how adults shouldn't
have to abide by restrictions designed for the youngsters, but Helen was
firm, "You've got two boys to take home. There'll be other nights..."

The girls started ferrying upstairs to get showers, those off-shift
chattering about the dance steps and the antics of their partners. Finally,
everyone was back in the den, and Helen excused herself to allow the girls
some peace.

"This was a great idea, Denise!" Jackie enthused as she toweled out
her hair. Nobody was too worried about what their hair looked like on this
evening - they were all going to the beauty shop in the morning, anyway, so
the extra hassle of blow-drying wasn't considered necessary. "Too bad you
won't be with us tomorrow..."

"Well," Denise sighed, "I've got two of these to go, anyway, and
besides, I nearly killed Eddie tonight!" The thought of Eddie staggering
out hanging from his big brother's shoulder brought a grin to her face.

"Yeah," grinned Jackie, "We can't push the boys that hard tomorrow
night!"

"Oh? Why is that?" asked Dina, archly.

Dolores grinned, "If I'm catching Jackie's drift, I agree with her!
What I expect Timmy to accomplish in that hotel bed AFTER the Prom is AT
LEAST as important as what we'll be doing there!"

Dina laughed. "You'd BETTER wear HIM out, Dolores! If 'Little Timmy'
crams that whole kielbasa of his in you, we'll have to call the paramedics!"

Dolores drew herself up and assumed an expression of mock hauteur. "I
expect to scream bloody murder - in joy! He's been putting me off for a
week, and I CAN'T WAIT!" She lapsed into a chuckle.

"Me either!" Jackie cried. "Terry's been taking it easy, too - but I
know he plans to pull out all of the stops tomorrow night, and I plan to
cooperate fully!"

Dina nodded. "I don't intend to have a cherry when I wake up on
Sunday, either. I guess that makes it unanimous! Mandi, since you're the
voice of experience in this group, got any advice?"

"Ummm," Mandi pondered, "Enjoy yourself? Don't let him get ahead of
himself? Dina, you had Helen to train Bobby, so if you control things - and
I KNOW you will - you should have no problems. Dolores, you and Jackie
might have to watch out - when they discover how good it feels, they're NOT
going to want to take it easy!"

Denise grinned, "My advice: Give 'em a blowjob, then let 'em return
the favor while they recover! Then you'll BOTH be ready!"

Jackie shuddered. "It's gonna hurt, isn't it?" she queried.

"It's different for different people. For some, it's real tough - for
others, it's nothing!" Denise replied.

Mandi nodded. "I barely noticed, but I've heard horror stories.
Jackie, if you have a hard time, and show it, Terry will probably go limp on
you - so you need to keep a stiff upper lip!"

Jackie nodded. "Yeah, It'd kill him to think he hurt me..." she
mused.

"Hey, what about me?" howled Dolores.

Denise laughed. "You've been crawling all over Tim all week! You're
gonna get JUST what you deserve! Who's rooming with them?"

      "Rick and I," Mandi replied.

"Better wear earplugs! The way she's been teasing Tim, she's probably
going to howl at the moon when he puts it to her - right up to the point it
gets stuck in her throat - from the bottom!" Denise chortled. Dolores
pantomimed being spitted, including a shocked expression and sticking out
her tongue. Everybody broke up, laughing.

"Seriously," Dolores wondered, "How do YOU know what I've been up to?"

Denise gave her the eye. "I'm dating his brother! The way I hear it,
you've done everything but handcuff poor Tim to the bed and impale yourself
on him!"

Dolores looked thoughtful. "If I'd have thought of that, I'd have
done it! Timmy's trying to make my first time something special, but I'd
have settled for three days ago! Ever since I saw that thing peeking over
the waistband of his jeans..." She shuddered.

"You'd better hope it fits!" Dina offered.

Dolores looked confident. "Mama takes Poppa, and he's about the same
size. I'll be fine. Besides, they say it stretches..."

"But they DON'T say it shrinks back!" Denise chortled. "You'd better
hang onto Tim; after he's done with you, other boys would just fall in!"
General laughter followed this remark, renewed by the look of mock horror on
Dolores' face.

When it calmed, Dolores smiled. "Don't you worry - I've got BIG plans
for Mister Tim Vincent!"

"I bet you do," Dina simpered. "So, Jackie - is Terry the one? Do
you know? Or is he just temporary?"

"I know," Jackie announced soberly. "He's the one! Sometimes I think
we share a brain!" She smiled fondly, "And Gawd, is he sweet!"

"Sparks fly off him when you're around, too!" Mandi declared. "I used
to think he was Mr. Milquetoast - but that was before I saw him go charging
in against Bobby like he knew no fear! And the other night, in the den...
Wow!"

Jackie grinned, "You should see him go toe to toe with my mom!"

Dina grinned, "I'll bet the sparks flew! How's your mom taking the
whole thing?"

Jackie's humor dimmed a bit. "Since the accident, Mom's had other
things to occupy her mind... She's cooled down quite a bit, and she's just
about totally accepted Terry - but she's not a happy camper..."

"Bobby's brother?" Denise offered with a knowing wink.

"Yeah," Jackie sighed, "Even I know that she needs to let him give her
a good going over - and he's a sweet guy, not like a certain brother he
has..." Jackie glanced at Dina.

Dina bristled, "I'm training him as fast as I can! In a couple of
months, he'll be fully housebroken!"

"Well, she's being an idiot and staying away - and is absolutely
miserable over it! She cries herself to sleep and wakes up looking like
something out of the 'Night of the Living Dead'!" Jackie complained.

"Well, I know Momma's gonna have a go at her in the morning," Mandi
announced.

"Good!" said Dina. "I've got an idea, in case THAT doesn't work!
I'll drop it on Auntie in the morning!"

"If Dina's got a plan," Denise simpered, "your mom's outgunned
already!"

"Wouldn't take much!" Jackie grunted. Changing the subject, she
addressed Mandi, "What are you gonna give Rick while the rest of us are
surrendering our cherries, there, Mandi?"

      Mandi grinned. "Whatever he wants!"

"And how," Dina probed, "is that any different from any other night?"

Mandi shrugged. "It isn't! We'll just have to enjoy the
surroundings!"

"Alas! Poor Mandi!" Denise wailed theatrically, "She's given her all!
How long do you figure you've got before he gets tired of you?"

Mandi smiled contentedly. "From the way he can't seem to get enough,
several decades, at least! Rick's a real horndog - and I love it!"

Dina laughed. "From the moans coming from his room when you're there,
you'd think I lived in Spookville! You two are either dying, or in lust!"

"That would be the latter!" Mandi announced primly. "I can't WAIT to
catch you and Bobby in full rut! Rick and I are working 24 hours a day on
ideas for how to get even with you two for that Sunday! And as for YOU,
Sister Mine! Selling tickets to your own sister's defloration! God's gonna
get you for that - but I am first!" Gales of laughter greeted this
announcement as the unrepentant duo warded Mandi off by making the sign of
the cross with their fingers.

"Well, I can't WAIT to catch up!" Dolores announced. "I figured that
the first time we got to necking heavy, I was going to lose a wrestling
match - but Timmy's been all gonzo about holding off until tomorrow night!
What's that all about?"

"That's all about Tim being an absolute jewel!" Denise remonstrated.
"He wants your first time to be absolutely perfect, which, given the
temptation, makes him one in a million! You should be proud and happy
instead of moaning and groaning about the delay! Most boys would have
treated you to a miserable quickie in the back seat of their car! Lemme
tell you, that's NOT the optimum place to lose your virginity!"

"Yeah, I know," Dolores sighed dreamily, "but it's just SO HARD..."

"Yeah, and so LONG, too!" Dina simpered. Dolores took a playful swing
at her and the pillow fight was on!
