   jcf4762B is the main juvenile prison complex in Germany.  The year is
2188.  Offenders in this institution range in age from 12 to 17.  The
prison has both a male and female sections.  Guards here are selected on
their psychopathic merits - the more sadistic the better.  Most of the
young people at this unit are long-term prisoners.  Prison terms are
extended or sometimes decreased depending on the behaviour of the inmate.
The regime here is brutal with corporal punishment and degradation used

stay for an inmate at this facility is 3 years.  All inmates are
transferred to adult facilities on reaching 17 years of age.  Spectator

   In some languages the word 'stick' literally means 'sting', which is
appropriate for the stick referred to here.  We are in a correctional
facility for young people somewhere in Germany.  The year is 2188.  The
majority of the 1450 boys and 880 girls at this facility are aged between
12 and 16 years and are held for a variety of offences ranging from theft
to illegal drug use and sale.  Time served at this unit ranges from 2 to 10
years with prisoners transferred to adult prisons when they reach 17 years
of age.

   The regime here is strict and harsh physical punishment is dished out
for even the slightest infringement of discipline .  Days start at 0500 hrs
with exercise and breakfast.  Work starts at 0700 with one break at 12 noon
for food then work right through until 1900 and supper.  The boys work in
different workshops producing clothing for the military: gloves, underwear,
hats and the like.  There is also the punishment workshops which we will
come to later.  The boys are expected to work hard and continuously. 
Talking without permission is strictly prohibited.  Shirking (working
slowly or poorly) is usually punished a number of strokes (usually 2 on
each hand) with the cane.  Talking is punished either by the strap or the
dreaded stick (paddle) on the bare buttocks.

   The boys uniform consists of a white T-shirt, and blue trousers, thin
grey-green boxer-type underwear and plimsolls.  No socks.

   Serious infringements of regulations such as attempted escape, sexual
activities (masturbation is strictly prohibited) or lack of respect towards
a guard usually results in a particularly harsh beating and a designated
stay in punishment wing.  There, all sorts of punishments are carried out.
Work in punishment wing consists of soul-destroying hard-labour.  Typical
work includes filling wheel-barrows with sand and transporting them 50
meters to be emptied and refilled with sand again and returned to the start
and repeated for hours on end.  The boys are stripped to their underpants
for this work.  Working the treadmill is another detail where boys are
stripped naked.  Boys can spend up to 3 months in punishment wing (PW).  It
is common knowledge that boys providing sexual favours for the guards
sometimes gain early release from the hellish PW.  It is also commonly
accepted that outside spectators pay for the privilege of watching boys
being punished.  Boys on PW are beaten for the slightest of reasons.  A
wrong look towards a guard can result in 40 licks of a thick strap on the
boys bare backside.  Beatings are merciless and are dished out to all boys
regardless of age.  If a boy is caught masturbating then the whole cell (6
boys) receive the cane and stick.  They are stripped naked and thrashed
sometimes in front of paying guests.  ( Undetected masturbation is
difficult as the boys wear armbands with jingles on which chime when their
hands move.  It is impossible to remove the jingles.  This often results in
boys 69ing it and sucking each others cocks.  Many boys have been taken for
this form of sexual contact.  Straight forward masturbation is just about
impossible without the accompanied jingle.

   More often than not, boys receive the cane on their hands together with
20-40 licks with the strap or the paddle (stick) on their bare buttocks. 
No mercy is shown- the more the boy screams the harder the thrashing until
their arses are blood red.

   Escape from this facility is futile but never-the-less, some try, and
they deeply regret it.  Capture means special punishment in PW.  On arrival
at the PW the escapee is stripped naked and placed in a tiny cage known as
the fridge (because of its coldness and placement in a dark cellar).  The
boy stays there for a week on bread and water.  After a week he's
transferred to the treadmill for 3 months hard labour.  As previously
mentioned, boys are stripped naked for the tread-mills.  It is particularly
gruelling work especially for the youngest boys; the 12 to 14 year olds. 
The treadmill masters use the birch on boys buttocks when the mill slows
and many a boy's arse is purple with welts before the day is over.

   'I usually like to watch the punishment sessions on Friday's.  I like
the sight of skinny naked young boys.  I like to see the fear in their eyes
as they are brought to the strapping bench.  The screaming and howling is
exquisite.  It's hard to believe such pain can be endured by one so young;
their bottoms are bright red when they finished with them.  I suppose I am
a sadist but there we are.'

   Watching has become expensive nowadays but it's worth it.  The boys are
beaten mercilessly and that's how I like it.  I also enjoy the thrashings
in the female prison on Saturday's.  The Birch is used on the girls and my
don't the howl in agony.  50 or 60 lashes with the birch is usual and to
girls as young as 12.

   I love the skinny boys.  Some of them have big penises and balls for
their age.  I love it when they stand in line miserably awaiting their turn
for the stick.  Some of them have hard-ons..so cool.  Love listening to
them scream.  I once saw a boy strapped so that the skin on his buttocks
was flayed and they continued strapping the raw flesh.  The films they make
of the beatings are getting expensive too.  I bought a one hour special the
other day but it cost me a lot, more than I could afford really but I love
the filming of the boys' faces when they are beaten.
