   Brookside Homeowners Association Agreement [Excerpt] Article III

   As a home owner and resident of the Brookside community, you and your
family have full access to the Brookside HOA website at no cost.  In
addition to the standard information found on most HOA sites, we offer one
very special benefit.  In keeping with the clothing optional policy of
Brookside, our residents are encouraged to post nude photos or videos of
themselves and their guests.  Full frontal nudity in these photos is
mandatory for all young ladies between the age of 13 and 21, as well as
younger girls who have reached puberty.  This means you will have the
opportunity to get to know all of your neighbor girls without their
clothing, even if they do not take advantage of the voluntary nudity
policy. This policy also applies to overnight visitors.  To encourage
compliance, all residents have the authority to require any girl to strip
completely naked if she does not have a recent (within the last year)
photograph on her web page.  This policy will be enforced by Brookside
Security in case of non-compliance.

   All other attractive women are encouraged to set the example for
teenager girls by posting their own explicit pictures on their web page. 
Prepubescent girls under age 13 must post head shots similar to year book
photos.  School portraits are perfect, and Brookside Elementary will post
these automatically upon request.  Note that nude photos in this age
category, including selfies, are not authorized and will be removed when
found.

   FacePlacePornographic photos and videos including fucking, oral, and
anal sex are encouraged, and are permitted between family members. 
Tasteful depictions of multiple partners, cum shots, facials and Bukkake
are welcome.  Naturally, these activities can be filmed in public anywhere
