   Physical Exam Follow up

   Sara's mom got a letter in the mail from the doctor's office requesting
a follow up physical exam for Sara.  She immediately scheduled an
appointment with the doctor's office.  Sara's mom had to work that day so

   A nurse showed Sara into the exam room and instructed her to undress and
put on a gown.  The nurse left and Sara did as she was instructed.  The
doctor finally came in and asked her to lie down on the exam table.  He

confused but didn't argue with the doctor.  He then began to strap down her
legs to the exam table.  Sara became scared when he pulled a gag ball out
of his bag and forced it into her mouth.  As this point she knew something
was really wrong.  She screamed for a nurse or another doctor to save her
but the gag prevented her from projecting her voice.  He then used a pair
of scissors to cut away her gown.  She was now extremely embarrassed and

but they were too strong.

   The next thing frightened Sara the most.  The doctor now had a large

her mom asking her to schedule a gynecological exam in about a month.  Sara
took the note and walked home.
