This story started out as a Stargate Atlantis fanfic sex story, but has
morphed into an alternate universe story. The sex will continue, just slightly
reduced, with more emphasis on the storyline.
This part of the story has written itself, all I did was put fingers to
keys. After that, it just kind of came out. I actually like where it’s going,
so I’ve kind of hitched along for the ride.
This part will continue. The ending has been written, I just need to
catch up to it.
Setting:
This interlude takes place following the events of Be All My Sins
Remember’d, Season4/Episode11.
The Asuran/Replicator planet has been destroyed, the
Wraith/Traveler/Atlantis alliance has broken up, and business is as usual in
the Pegasus galaxy.
During a routine staff meeting Col. Samantha Carter passes out with no
explanation. Dr. Keller examines her, and can find nothing obviously wrong, so
she refers Carter to Atlantis new resident psychiatrist, Dr. Andi Samuels, to
search for other causes.
The theme of part one...
Carter experiences a negative reaction to an Athosian herb, resulting in
her resigning her command and commission. After an offer to the IOA is
treacherously rejected, Carter and the people of Atlantis take the fate of two
galaxies into their own hands.
Our story continues after Atlantis has been seized...
