 I know it's confusing, and I need to rewrite it {Particularly DeusMachina}
because even I don't understand it any more, but let me explain.  They're
Cyberzerkers, most of them were insane, because no one in their right mind
would sign up for medical experiments that have at best a 50/50
success/failure ratio, so they experimented on prisoners, supercriminals,
and lunatics to perfect the technologies.  That's the baseline.

   With the exception of Hand&Hand, that died during the processes, these
are the survivors.  Amanda Hunt, who I swear to God was written before
Batman the Animated Series was conceived, but she would have probably
seduced the Joker, and murdered him in bed.

   Knight is the 1 success, from the whole project.  He came out sane, and
never went on the characteristic rampages, that eventually led to them
being called Cyberserkers in the Atrocity Wars.

   Joseph Gerber was a carrier, born possessed by a schizophrenic
delusion/Disocciative alter called Basiatis, who was actually a program
created by an alien to "Invent" Neuronano.

   LEN is just some tech, who invented an Optical crystal that works as
sensor, emitter, and crystal computer, as well as the Visual Interface that
was have been (Timey wimey) this timeline's Virtual Reality.

   Run by Dr.  Young/ Billy Yuen Ng, medical examiner, overseeing the
enhancements, and charged with coming up with a suite of them that's
survivable, while turning regular soldiers into killing machines, without
going into Berserker rages.  (Who incidentally was raised by a pedophile,
then traded to an Anger Excitation Sadist and spent the first half of his
career breaking up childporn rings.)

   Kenny Jenkins is an Alternate Timeline version of Billy, who originally
helped an FBI agent stop the serial cannibal that kidnappend his
girlfriend, and her mother to gangrape them with a pack of dogs.  (And
these are the guys Running the unnamed unfunded project to turn the
criminally insane into killing machines.)

   Genevive is in a word: Freithe.  Genetically engineered herself for
conscious control over her own biological processes, to correct
experimentation on her, and her mother/niece (Amanda Hunt) by their
Great/Grand/Father who was trying to create a master race with incest, and
hormone manipulation, in utero.  She never even was human to begin with,
and would not have been born in the first place if not created by the same
Alien that possessed Gerber.

   Liggett is an alternative timeline version of Amanda Hunt, and a failed
attempt to give her Desiocrates, a reflex map of Gerber's
fighting/strangling style.  (Which she lampshades by telling people she
took Brazilian Jui Jitzu) An utter failure, which was eventually corrected
by going back in time to start from scratch, over 3 successive generations,
creating Morion.  (Who technically isn't a Cyberserker because she will not
have had been created, yet.)

   Legerdemain is the professional alias for a transgender superassassin,
who started out a magician's assistant, and encrypted his own thoughts as a
defense mechanism against cybernetic possession.

   And finally, the Radulla don't actually make an appearance, but are the
Aliens watching all this to decide whether we are enough of a threat to
glass the Earth, leading with 2 Pallas (A planetoid in the Asteroid belt)
and following up with the moon, leaving a cooling ball of lava with rings
for fucking with Time, repeatedly.

   Basiatis is the one fucking with time, but the character herein, is't
actually Basiatis.  Just a delusional echo of It.
   Long story short, because I know this is all confusing.
