Subject: Mike Our Star Player II-7

Once again folks this is a fictional story. I am sorry that I offended
anyone by including what happened to my little brothers in previous parts 3
& 4.

<From previous part> As I put up the phone I sat there for a few minutes
thinking about Mr. Mike. Mark already knew that I had feelings for
Mr. Mike, but my son Mike was still in the dark about my feelings towards
the nice legally blind guy that was the school's principal. I would deal
with that another day, right now I had to wait until Mike got home to
listen to his BS about his attitude toward Mark. I also knew that Mike was
trying to make up with Mark and that he planned to take Mark out to the
movies either tonight or tomorrow night. But I felt I needed to discuss his
attitude with him to be sure he would not hurt Mark again.

<Mr. Mike's Point of View>

I was sitting in the recliner at my sister's house thinking about my life,
with Bagger at my side. Ok I thought, I have to go back to work soon.
Hmmmm, maybe Valentine's Day would be nice time to return as I can give it
to the kids at New Town as my gift back to them. I decided I wanted to go
back to my condo as soon as possible and yet I was not sure I wanted to be
alone right now.

The phone rang and it was Marty calling to speak with me. I immediately
started to wonder how he got the phone number, as my sister's phone is not
listed. He was calling to ask me to move in with Mike, Mark and him. Even
though I have never been able to see Marty he does have a very deep sexy
voice I thought. (Yeah if you have not guessed by now I am also gay) This
might be a most interesting time getting to know Marty a little better.

When I finished talking with Marty, Marie and I had a talk that turned into
a major blow-up about how Marty got her phone number, and also what the
hell was going on behind my back since Thanksgiving. I yelled at her, "If
I was getting on your nerves so damn much then you should have let me take
that vacation during winter break instead of insisting I stay here with you
and Craig". She was surprised when I told her, "You may be my sister, who
I love to death, but you can be a real bitch some of the time."

After Marie and I had our blow-up, Marty had me over to his house. Dinner
was real quiet at first. I was getting the feeling that none of them
wanted to say the wrong thing in front of me. I asked Mark if he was
playing any winter sports this season or if he was still taking (AP)
Advanced Placement. I did that hoping to break the ice, and was shocked to
hear Mike interrupt and say, "Mr. Mike, I had to tell the story about what
happened to your brothers to the whole student body, after we heard that
you where not returning to school for awhile". Not sure what to say to
him, I just nodded.

Marty was very blunt when he said, "Michael I don't understand your
attitude toward Mark this past summer and most of the football season. What
caused you to turn into such of a bigot?"

I was floored by that question or was it by the way that Marty delivered
it. Either way, I excused myself from the table for I felt this was
something between a father and son to discuss.

As I began to go to the other room with Bagger I started to wish that my
father cared even 1/10 of what Marty cared for his boys. My father never
wanted a kid that needed a white cane as a youngster, and then a guide dog
as a teenager. No, he just walked out on the 5 of us when I was 15, Mike's
age. Taking out my cell phone I asked Mark to dial my sister's number for
me as I wish to talk to her right away. Being the nice kid that Mark always
is he did it without asking any questions. While on the phone to Marie
apologizing for how I acted towards her, and what I had said in a fit of
anger, I heard Marty yelling at Mike about how he behaved towards Mark. It
made me sick to my stomach and I literally lost what I had for dinner. As I
left the room I handed Mark the phone. As I was in the bathroom I heard
Mark asking my sister to please come pick up Mr. Mike from Marty's
house. When I got back into the family room Mark was sitting there holding
my phone. He said my sister wanted to talk to me again, but before I spoke
to her, I asked Mark, "Do you want to stay with me as this does not seem to
be the safest place right now?"

Mark nodded his head yes. When I did speak in the phone it was Craig that I
was talking to and he wanted to know the address of Marty's house. I gave
it to him and asked him to please come right away.

As I waited for Craig to pick us up, the idea of moving in with Marty
didn't seem like a very good idea. Marty, acted too much like my "sperm
donor" father, and I did not think that I could handle that.

Mark asked me, "Mr. Mike did you mean it when you asked me if I wanted to
live with you?"

"Sure did buddy," I replied to him (his voice reminded me of my late
brothers' voices).

"Ok than I am going to pack a bag to go with you when Craig comes to pick
you and Bagger up." said Mark.

When Craig arrived Mark had packed a suitcase, and I went to thank Marty
for the dinner as well as to inform him that Mark was going to be staying
over at my place. I heard him ask in that deep sexy voice, was I sure that
I wanted to go home?

How do you tell somebody that sounds so sexy, that he scares you because he
sounds like your father when he lose his temper? I just told him, "Yeah
Marty, I am sure, and with Mark there to assist me if I need anything, I
will be fine. Thanks anyway."

In Craig's SUV I turned to Mark to ask him, "Do Mike and Marty always yell
at each other as they did this evening?"

"No Sir." was his reply.

"Mike if there is something bothering you, please feel free to say it in
front of my brother-in-law. For he could relay the information to Marie in
case her skills as the school counselor might help." I said. I shuddered
when Mark informed me that Marty and Mike have been going at it like that
since the summer, and it got worse after Mike told the whole student body
what had happened to your late brother. Crag later told me that Mark had
tears running down his cheeks as he told me that. Maybe he will tell me
later what has brought this on, and if he thinks Marty and Mike could use
Marie's help as a counselor.

When we got to my house I thanked Crag and told him to tell Marie I might
call her later on to explain what happened tonight. If Mark tells me more
of what has been happening at Marty's house I may be suggesting that she
provide some help to resolve the conflict between Marty and Mike.

After we got settled in I told Mark that I was going to take some medicine
than turn in. I told him to feel free to watch T.V. since it was not a
school night and he could stay up later if he wished.
