   Part One

   Story based on a recent news event

   By this time the Fire Department had arrived and lit the area with

officer said.

   "Thank you doctor.  I think we will get a hotel room for the night.  I
am sure the police will not be finished yet at our house." I said to him.



   "Come Linda, let's you and I and Jimmy leave here, get something to eat
and then relax at a hotel.  Would you like that?" I asked.

there to finish up while I went to get the kids.  When we returned, I
inspected their work and paid them.  The insurance adjuster came and took
