There are a vast number of underground news papers, magazines, and periodicals.  Many, perhaps most, are dedicated specifically to sex and special sexual kinks.  One such bi-monthly was a popular, by underground standards, periodical named “Lips”.  A slick, fashionable thirty to thirty-five page offering.  Lips was privately funded and edited by an unnamed woman of obvious wealth that accepted no paid advertising. She did have a section at the back of the magazine that offered public services and facilities for sale. 

“Lips”, was a magazine that dedicated itself entirely to the sexual desires of women that enjoyed sex with children of various ages ranging from preschool age to teenage girls or women that just wanted to learn more about the subject.  The offering was divided into three sections. 

A)…The first section was devoted to practical information surrounding female child/female adult, sex, the ‘how to’ and ‘watch out for’ section…. all practical and legal advice. 

This section was carefully indexed and for instance included:

          *seducing a child into sexual relationships.

          *understanding a child’s need for relationships and acceptance.

          *Tips on likes of children, perfume, tone of voice.

          *Getting her to touch you and kiss you.

          *Tips on training her (how to use her lips etc.)

          *Advice for married women.

          * Use of public lodgings.

B)…The second section was the ‘My Story’ section, three or four true (?),  experience stories sent in by readers about their adventures with young girls, titillating tales that if not always true were always fun to read.

C)…Actually the third section was the most read and re-read.  It included thirty or forty ads in different categories.  In that section like minded women advertised, free, for services needed or services available for interested adult females.  That is where women went to find just the right girl for an evening, a week-end, or a companion for a vacation.  All were available from parents, foster parents, or (un-named) administrators of some city or state institutions.  Money most often changed hands, but not always.  It had become quite popular to simply exchange girls…’you use my girl and I use yours’ kind of game. 

In addition to the girls available for exchange, many ads were for practical services.  Examples would be…Teachers available to show young girls and their parents or sponsors how to dress in sexy clothes, or how to perform ‘lips to lips’ services, how to excite an adult ‘date’, how to pose for pictures (clothes optional), as well as photographers who would take introduction photos, etc., etc..

Lips also advertised sympathetic hotels and motels available for meeting and vacation specials for mothers or friends, with ‘daughters’.

In short “Lips” was a do it yourself guide to sex with young girls. 

“A Mother’s Desire” is the first of what will be a series of stories involving subscribers to the magazine, and previously printed in “Lips”.
