Bombing ISIS

Mission summary: Limited success.

Operator: CIA agent James Riverton

Summary of action report:
Action against primary ISIS targets met with limited success. The strategy utilized in this mission was completely successful. Insufficient firepower resulted in several ISIS leadership KIA while the primary target was only injured.

Background:
Analysis of ISIS actions against "Mary" an American Female hostage indicated that ISIS leadership had an interest in sexual interest in blond haired, blue eyed, attractive, young American females. This weakness was identified as exploitable.

Bait Selection and background:
Agent K3 identified and procured suitable bait to be used in locating ISIS leadership. Jenifer (Jen) Kolwalski was selected as a suitable subject for this mission. Government mass surveillance was searched to identify a person of the appropriate age, gender, phyisical build and level of social isolation.

Ms. Kolwalski, an eighteen year old female was selected based on her attractive appearance and lack of family or friends. Ms Kolwalski had an unremarkable childhood until the age of 11. At that time, her parents were killed in an automobile accident. She had no other living relatives. Upon her parents death, she was taken to North Greenham childrens center where she remained for one year. The computer systems of this facility were penetrated and Ms. Kolwalski's records were obtained. Records indicate that she did not adjust well to the facility. Other girls began bullying her immediately upon her arrival at the facility. An administrator became aware of the situation and took corrective action. This only resulted in increased bullying and abuse by the other females in the institution. Psychological assessment indicated that Ms. Kolwalski developed a dislike of female companions as a result and she appeared to have no female friends.

At age 12, Ms. Kolwalski was placed in an interracial foster home with several other female orphans. Ms. Kolwalski's grades in school transitioned from a B average to an F average. After some investigating, Ms. Kolwalski was referred to the school psychologist where she gave the following account:

It started soon after I moved in with the Johnsons. I woke up one night and Mr. Johnson was standing over me with his hand on my side under my shirt when I woke up. He seemed startled and gave me a kiss on the head and said good night. A few nights later, he was doing the same thing but this time his hand was farther up my shirt when I woked up and he was touching my boobies. He kept doing that for a couple of days and he stopped kissing me on the forhead and leaving when I woke up. Then he started pulling my shirt up and kissing my boobies. He did that a bunch and then one night when I woke up he had is hands down my pants on my privates. He would rub me down there and make me all wet and then kiss and lick my boobies and then leave. Ms. Kolwalski was removed from the home and Mr. Johnson was arrested. He is still serving a 10 year sentence for child rape. Ms. Kolwalski was returned to the North Greenham childrens center where she remained for the next five years. Ms. Kolwalski was noted to avoid all male contact since she was returned to the facility and seems to bond with neither gender. Upon reaching age 18, Ms. Kolwalski was emancipated from the facility and was issued a small sum of money to obtain housing.

Ms. Kolwalski obtained employment at a local convenience store. She was the sole night clerk on duty and appears to have formed no relationship with co-workers.

Ms. Kolwalski appears to have had no sexual relationships subsequent to her intercourse with Mr. Johnson.

Analysis of social media and phone records indicate Ms. Kolwalski had no other interpersonal relationships and would not be missed.

Acquisition of bait:
Ms. Kolwalski was easily procured. Her route home was studied for several nights. A van with several agents was positioned in a dark spot between Ms. Kolwalski's bus stop and place of employment. She was taken and sedated immediately. Monitoring of local police activity indicates no one has reported her missing. Phone records indicate her employer attempted to call her for several days and has not subsequently attempted to contact her. Unemployment records incidate employer terminated employment. No further social or business contact is anticipated.

Preparation of bait:
Ms. Kolwalski was kept unconcious thru the entire process. A subdermal locator beacon was implanted within her body. This was a type 3 beacon with audio receptors. This device has sufficient battery power to remain active for 90 days. GPS data and audio tranmssions are encrypted and broadcast using a low power freqency which can be picked up from a geostationary satellite, To prevent any visual indication, the device was surgically inserted into her rectum and implanted abdominally above the small intestine. In addition, we modified her phone with a false history of calls and texts to a fictitious boyfriend. Finally a false passport was created and placed in her possession indicating she was an american citizen along with the appropriate stamps to indicate she had travelled to Turkey a few days prior. Ms. Kolwalski was transported in an unconcious state to Syria and special operations staff safely placed her in an abandoned building where she was left.

Delivery of Bait to intended target:
Ms. Kolwalski regained conciousness several hours after being left in Syria. She travelled aproximately 100 meters from the structure when she was quickly captured by ISIS fighters. They searched her, found the passport, and took her to coordinates J1292.M3372. This location was identified as a warehouse. The audio receptor captured her interactions with the ISIS members at this location. The group leader, identified as Abrem Al Alanti, is a known mid-level regional leader. He immediately realized she must be sent to the Caliph as a war trophy and instructed the men that they were not to perform forceful intercourse on her. He did permit them to use her oral cavity for their pleasures. Based on voice analysis, it is believed that approximately 8 to 12 individuals were operating out of this location. Ms Kolwalski was held in this location for approximatley five days and the men were permitted to use her as much as they pleased orally during that period. The location has been marked for future drone strikes.

After her stay in this location, Ms. Kolwalski was transported by an unidentified male approximately 175 miles to coordinates J1432.V3301. She was held for approximately two days in what has been identified as a residential location. Two females, who are believed to be wives of the unidentified male, along with numerous children occupy this location. While held in this location, Ms Kolwalski was forced to perform oral sex on the unidentified male. She was also forced to perform oral sex on the wives who reciprocated the act willingly. The unidenified male also forced anal sex on Ms Kolwalski once, though he apparently was very concerned that it was forbidden that he use her in that way as she was a gift to the Caliph. This location can not be targeted for drone strike due to the civilian occupants. Future effort should be made to identify the male and use the voice recordings of his anal exploitation of his captive to coerce him into providing additional intelligence should the opportunity arise.

Ms. Kolwalski was then transported to coordinates K0021.Q1271 where she was prepared and delivered to the primary target. As expected, the Caliph was pleased with his acquisition and began abusing her every few hours. An air strike was initiated on the coordinates but cancelled when the Caliph indicated that he intended to "Share you with my cabinet so the can enjoy your tight wet american pussy".

After several days of exclusive use by the Caliph, he indicated to her he would be sharing her with his men that night after a high level meeting. At 09:23 edt time the cell phone that was falsely identified as belonging to Ms. Kalwalski's boyfriend was hacked. Our team now had both an audio feed from the implanted tracking device and a visual feed being pushed to the hacked cell phone. An agent played the role of the boyfriend and watched the video feed while our own hack redirected the stream to the command center monitors.

The first to fuck Ms. Kalwalski was the caliph himself. His assault on her was consistent with his normal man above vaginal intercourse style. Facial recognition confirmed his identity. Once the assault began, a cruise missile strike was launched. Missiles would take 39 minutes and 15 seconds to reach the target.

The next man to rape Ms. Kalwalski was identified as Jihad John the executioner. He performed anal intercourse on her while holding a knife to her throat.

Additonal men include Siem El abba Lousi, Terik am Monpore, Mohammad zier Al Supi and three previously unidentified men. At least a dozen additional men were believed to be waiting their turn to have sex with Ms. Kalwalski but the missile struck before they were able to take a turn.

Mission Results:
It is believe that the Caliph suffered significant injury but is believed to have survived the attack. Jihad John has been seen on subseqent beheading videos from ISIS and is believed to have suffered only minor injuries. It is estimated that as many as ten top commanders were killed in the attack. It is believed that Ms. Kalwalski was also killed by the missile strike.

Analysis:
The general approach was very successful and should be repeated. We believe ISIS has not discovered that they were baited and tracked using Ms. Kalwalski. We believe the Caliph's lust for blond American girls will likely result in any suitable bait being delivered to him. The electronics worked flawlessly. It is our analysis that in the next attempt we should launch the strike while the girl is in the early stages of abuse by the Caliph. He has demonstrated that he will consistently remain near her for the first few days and fuck her every few hours. While waiting did result in many top level commanders being KIA, the Caliph had lost interest in participating in the sexual assault and had moved to an adjacent building resulting in our failure to take out the primary target.
