What does "Azan" mean?

In Greek mythology, Azan was the son of Erato, a dryad (nymph).
The dryad Erato is not the same character as the muse Erato,
who was the goddess of erotic poetry - they just share a name.
But that's good enough for me. These names have no significance
to the story line. (Or do they?)

How many books are planned in the Azan series?

Seven total. Some are in the form of novellas, and others
	are collections of short stories.

Are they all set in the same universe?

Yes. While they're deliberately written in different styles
(first person, third person, etc) they're all set in the same
universe, and there is an overarching plot that runs through
them, but this plot will deliberately be obscure until later
	in the series.

When will the full books be available?

	As of November 2014...

The first book is complete and available.

The second book is probably around 80% done. It is expected to
	be published in early 2015.

The third is around 50% done.

The other books are not much more than plot outlines so far.
