I've posted Chapter 4 of Allison and the Primdales. This one was, I admit, just to get it out of the way. I'm no more enthusiastic about weddings than Jeff is, so I wasn't particularly thrilled about writing it. I suppose that's the reason it's one of the shortest chapters in the book. There are some other chapters that are over twice as long.
All things considered, I thought it turned out rather well. By writing it from Jeff's perspective and throwing in some hyperbole, I kept it amusing. Once again there's no sex in this one, just a few character-development scenes that help to solidify some of the relationships.
It also introduces Allison's younger sister Rachael. She's going to show up again on multiple occasions for several chapters at a time. Like many first impressions, this introduction doesn't tell us much about her. She's on her best behavior because her parents are with her. You'll find out later that she's a very different person indeed when she's not being chaperoned.
