best tasting shrimp I've ever had!"

   Terra smiles from the praise, before they both began to eat, moaning
with each chew.  It was quite enjoyable to watch Terra and Areil's
pleasure. The bowl of shrimp was empty within minutes.

   "Ohhh, I could eat that all day!" comments Areil.

   "Well I'm glad you liked it." I comment.

   Terra and her mother eagerly waited for Alexandra's shrimp to finish
minutes later.  Seconds after Alexandra happily declares it was done, armed
with toothpicks, Terra and Areil immediately swarms my friend.

   "Hey careful!  Their really hot!" Alexandra quickly states as the two
each take a shrimp and putting it in their mouths.  Amusingly, immediately
after the two gasp and almost in unison, spit out the shrimp to the floor.

   "My tongue!" declares Terra, fanning a hand in front of her open mouth.

   "That's way too hot!" adds Areil, fanning her mouth as well.

   "I told you two they were really hot." comments Alexandra.  "There still
in the freaking skillet." she adds, before taking a paper towel and picking
up the two shrimp on the floor and throwing them away.

   "I didn't think it was gonna be that hot." replies Terra.

   "Me too." adds Areil.  "Way hotter than the others."

   "Well let them rest a while." comments Alexandra, before walking to
Areil grabbing her by the arm and gently pulling her down to eye level and
looking at her tongue.  "Doesn't look like you burned your tongue."

   While I was a little puzzled by Alexandra's extra care for Areil, my
thought turn from it as I notice Terra briefly look to her mother and
Alexandra before walking towards me.

   "How's my tongue?" she asks, sticking out her tongue.

   I chuckle briefly before looking to Terra's tongue, which looked just
fine.

   "It's fine.  I hope you learned your lesson though, when someone tells
you food is hot, then don't just stick it in your mouth so quick, blow on
it a bit first at least."

   I chuckle again as Terra gives me an annoyed frown, before a slight look
of surprise comes to her face as a blush rises.

   "What?" I question.

   "N-Nothing!" gasps Terra, before hurrying back to her mothers side,
leaving me a little puzzled at Terra's sudden change of emotion.

   I think nothing more of it though and given the nice smell, I take a
toothpick and help myself to a few shrimp.

   Shortly after, I see Alexandra get a toothpick and I'm surprised as I
see her take a shrimp, blow on it and offer it to Areil, who smiles and
takes it from the stick, a repeat confirmed it, Alexandra was feeding
Areil, did I miss something between them?

   I look to Terra, who I notice was looking at me and gasps, red-faced and
quickly looking away, before after a moment, looking towards me again and
opens her mouth, expectantly.  I only smile at her silent request.

   "Ok..." I answer, "...but, you have to tell me what's up with you."

   "H-Huh?"

   "I'm not blind yanno." I tease.  "So out with it."

   "F-Fine..." Terra answers with a frown and looking away.  "I was
thinking about something."

   "Oh?  About wh-"

   "That's all you're getting!  So feed me!" Terra suddenly states,
red-faced and mouth open.

   "Heh, fine, fine." I comment, before I began to feed Terra, who quickly
told me to blow on the shrimp before she eats it.

   I thought I had finally began to understand her, but I'd probably never
will.  I was surprised though as Terra got another toothpick and offered to
feed me, which I gladly accepted.

   The four of us spent our remaining time in the kitchen feeding each
other one shrimp at a time until the skillet was empty and it turned out my
earlier thought that Terra and her mother wouldn't like the added flavors
were wrong, they loved both versions.

   Alexandra remained for about an hour and a half more, during that time,
I realized during their alone time, she and Areil had gotten very close,
the two were a pair until Alexandra decided to leave, wanting to get back
to the beach.  Though before that, the two were attached to each other,
literally, openly fucking each other, even having heated kissing matches,
an event that I noticed Terra oddly watching with desire, before looking to
me and gasping, red-faced and hurrying away from me.

   Something was definitely up with her.

   Something, that I discovered what, that night, when we were lying in
bed.

   "David..." comments Terra lowly.

   "Hmm?" I respond, eyes closed and my back to her.

   "Do you like me?"

   My eyes open in shock as my heart raced with Terra's question.  Terra
had admitted she liked me, but honestly, while she was a great person,
despite her oddness, I didn't feel the same way about her that she does
about me, I hoped she wouldn't bring this subject up, but it was here now.

   I turn around to face her, giving a lackluster response of "Ummm...."

   While I could see she looked a little hurt by my hesitant answer, she
didn't look crushed, even smiling, as if she expected my answer.

   "It's ok if you don't." she answers, reaching a hand toward my cheek. 
"It wouldn't work out between us anyway, we're too different."

   "I'm sorry." I comment.

   "Don't be.  I knew we only had a short time together, I can't help it
though that I started to like you."

   "Well, for what it's worth, I consider you a friend." I answer, which
brings a big smile to Terra's face.

   "Really?"

   "Yeah, absolutely and not just because I gave you my virginity, I've
enjoyed spending my time with you so far.  And hey, if I'd never met you,
I'd be doing the same thing I'd usually do, going to the beach and hanging
out with my friends and Alexandra trying to take my virginity.  Meeting you
though-" I answer, before seeing tears fall from Terra's eyes and she
quickly wipes them.

   "You're way too nice." she cries.

   "H-Hey, what's wrong!?"

   "Even with the way I treat you, you think of me as a friend.  I'm not
human and you think of me as a friend.  It makes me so happy!"

   "Oh..." I answer with a smile, placing a hand to Terra's head, before
I'm shocked as before I know it, Terra kisses me!

   Her soft lips pressed firmly against mine, unlike the first time, this
was unmistakably intentional, her hands on the back on my head and her
tongue entering my mouth was even more proof.

   I'm too shocked to react and after what seemed like forever, Terra pulls
back with a smile, her hands still on the back of my head.

   "I think I love you."

   I felt my face burning at Terra's declaration.

   "It's ok if you don't feel the same way about me, just promise me one
thing."

   "W-What?" I ask.

   "Until our last day together, we have all the fun we can."

   "Heh, sure." I answer, smiling, before Terra tongue kisses me again.

   This time, I act and return the kiss, swirling our tongues as I wrap my
arms around Terra's body, hugging her against me as we make out intensely
for what seemed like the entire night, our hands never moving below the
waist as we're completely focused on our tongues and lips.
